The guys in your group are sure to enjoy the outdoor tv, bar and propane BBQ. Lanai provides relief from the sun. Pool cage provides relief from the bugs. The space It’s all about outdoor living at this coastal cutie but we also offer 2 spacious bedrooms with King size beds. 1.5 Baths with a rain shower head and hand held for ease and comfort. Plenty of cotton bedding, bath towels and beach towels. We have everything you need for a comfortable stay, including plenty of beach gear! The Pool: It’s refreshing, receives full sun all day, and has a wonderful “lazy river effect” where the jets gently push you around the pool when lounging on a floaty. (Pool is heated upon request, fees apply @ $15 a day.) We do not recommend heating for the months of May ~ September. Yard: The yard is completely fenced and provides total privacy from neighbors. The Neighborhood: We have friendly neighbors that keep to themselves with most being elderly & retired. We find the area and street to be very safe with sidewalks and street lamps. We leave our car and doors unlocked and feel safe. With that said, please note that our home is located in a blue collar neighborhood. If you only feel safe in ritzy upscale high-end neighborhoods, this home is not for you. Grocery stores like Sprouts, Aldi’s, Publix, and Walmart Super stores: All within 3 miles Shopping, Restaurants & Bars aplenty all within a couple of miles of the home.
