Enjoy single level living, all new kitchen appliances, new mattresses and bedding, and a large manicured yard, affording you space and privacy. The well-appointed kitchen provides everything you need to cook meals with your friends and family. You can walk downtown to shops, restaurants and local attractions. A memorable holiday awaits you! The space Our home contains 3 spacious bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, a total of 1700 square feet (not counting the full basement). There are two steps to enter the home, and otherwise it is a single-level residence. The home sits on a double lot with a spacious yard. A gardener's delight, there are many trees and plants for you to enjoy. Along with other beautiful bird species, a pair of goldfinches frequently visit and are visible from the dining room. The kitchen appliances are brand new, including LG stainless steel refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, and oven with an induction range. The kitchen is well appointed with two coffeemakers, an electric kettle, appliances, utensils, cooking and baking supplies, and dishes, glasses and flatware. Each of the three bedrooms has a king-sized bed with a new premium mattress and new linens, and the primary bedroom also features an additional twin bed with trundle bed. The washer and dryer are located in the basement. In the living room, you'll find comfortable leather seating, a new 65" smart Samsung Frame art TV, and books, games and puzzles. There are two workspaces (each with a desk, chair, and lamp), as well as high speed internet (1.2 GB). Parking includes three spaces directly in front of the house, with enough space for 3 large vehicles. We are close to all the amenities Olympia has to offer. It's a short distance to walk downtown, to the farmer's market, and to Capitol Lake. The Capitol Mall, shopping, supermarkets and Target are just over a mile away. This is a peaceful area with kind neighbors. Quiet hours are 9 pm to 8 am, and music should be played inside only. We allow one dog to accompany your stay, and ask that you deposit all pet waste in the outside trash prior to departure. The yard is fully fenced for your pet's safety and enjoyment. Dogs are not permitted on the furniture, and should not be left alone in the house. For any questions prior to or during your stay, contact us on the Airbnb platform. Located just 10 minutes from Evergreen State College, 10 minutes to downtown Olympia, the Capital Mall and to Highway 101 and I-5. The space The entire house sleeps up to 6 people at the standard fee per night. A maximum of 8 guests can be accommodated at an additional fee. Please inquire. There are three private bedrooms, one with a king- size Tempurpedic mattress, air purifier and a newly remodeled adjoining bathroom with granite sink and fully tiled shower with excellent water pressure. The 2nd bedroom has a very high quality pillow-top queen sized bed covered with organic cotton blankets. The room is filled with art and antique armoires. The 3rd bedroom-office has a memory foam queen mattress. An optional queen size sofa bed with a luxe memory foam mattress is located in the living room. Organic sheets, comforters and cotton /wool blankets ensure comfort and a cozy sleep. Only green, non-toxic cleaning substances are used inside and out, (Except by cleaning emergency) ensuring a healthy stay for all. The kitchen is equipped with whatever you need to create a meal-simple or complex, including specialty items like a blender, food processor, coffee grinder and more. Purified drinking water via reverse osmosis is provided along with a fully stocked spice cabinet. The salon offers cork floors, a large screen “smart TV”, (with Netflix and Amazon Prime available via our accounts or your own and comprehensive cable channels, alongside comfortable couches and a recliner chair. An adobe-colored clay (non-working) fireplace is a center piece in the room. The Travertine-tiled dining room has a glass dining table with chairs for 6-8 people and the living room invites relaxation with stuffed couches and a tiger-wood piano with views of the trees and garden. The house is supplied with internet and smart TVs. There is no cable so bring your log in to Netflix, Prime, Hulu, Peacock and more. Our home is on the bus line, on one of the main roads through town and minutes away from restaurants, a grocery store and much much more. Our family friendly, two bedroom suite. Puget South has one king bed and a private bathroom. Puget North has two king beds and a private bathroom. It features its own private entrance and is situated around the corner from the Inn's main entrance (check-in still takes place in the Inn). It can be rented as a B&B suite, or longer term. There are many combinations and configurations for the renting of this suite. It can be seen as a vacation rental, serviced apartment or traditional Bed & Breakfast room with full breakfast each morning in the main dining room. There is a kitchenette, with full size range, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, hot water tap and service for six people. There is a dedicated laundry with Washer and Dryer. It also has a vacuum, and stores the pack and play for infants and toddlers. No pets please. The space Part of our B&B but totally separate, giving it more of a luxury apartment/bungalow feel. Also family friendly! The rate quoted here is our Vacation Rental rate for stays of 3 nights or more and does not include the B&B breakfast. Other things to note We offer five guest rooms in total. We serve a three course gourmet breakfast, to our B&B guests which you may add on for an additional fee.

The private, fenced backyard has mature fruit trees, your own private patio, a garden space, and a new large private secured office sanctuary with full electrical (including heat and A/C), 2 desks with desk chairs, and a sofa.
