Our single story, two bedroom/two bath home is located in the heart of Topaz Lake, Nevada and an hour from Lake Tahoe. The space Our single story, two bedroom/two bath home is located in the heart of Topaz Lake and is just a short walk to the Lake or Topaz Lodge & Casino. The home features beautiful lake views from the living room and deck, a newly remodeled living room and new furnishings in the bedrooms. The house sleeps 4 comfortably. The master bedroom has a Cal King Bed and a small attached bathroom with a shower. The Guest bedroom has two extra-long twin beds. The Guest Bath has a single sink and a tub/shower combination. Guest access The kitchen is fully equipped and has basic spices, oils and condiments for your use. There is coffee in the freezer and powdered creamer and sugar, please help yourself. You may use the washer and dryer in the garage. There is a BBQ grill on the deck for cooking the catch of the day. There are two stand-up paddle boards in the garage that you may use. at "your own risk". There is plenty of space for boat/trailer parking in the driveway. Other things to note We do not have cable TV at this time. The living room entertainment center has a smart TV with Netflix & Pandora (as well as other options) and surround sound and a DVD player. The Master Bedroom TV also a smart TV and is connected to a DVD/VCR. There are detailed instructions at the house for the living room electronics. There is a forced air heating and air conditioning system. The thermostat is in the hallway between the guest bedroom and kitchen. The living room has a pellet stove that will keep you warm on chilly evenings, please note the pellet stove can only be used with the pellets we provide, do not try to burn wood, pressed logs or any paper in the pellet stove.
