There is only one house right next to the property (we own this property as well), which is unique for a city-limits home. Additionally, the yard is two city lots; so even more privacy. There are storage units located behind the back alley. These storage units are owned by a company that uses a fully-fenced/personal code entry. This can be a great convenience if you are in the process of moving/purchasing a home and need temporary living quarters. House has 2 queen beds, and a large sectional sofa for sleeping arrangements. This listing is pet friendly and has a fenced in back yard perfect for your pets to stretch their legs. All animals welcome! The space This is a quaint little house with hardwood floors and rustic charm. I love old, eclectic pieces, so the house has a fun mix of modern and antique furnishings. While here, guests have access to a full kitchen along with essentials for cooking or baking. There is also a gas grill in the back yard for grilling. The dining room seats up to 6. This house is snuzzled on the corner waiting for you. It is a craftsmen style house of the 1900s. We just restored the original hardwood floor, so that means she’s squeaky and perfectly imperfect! Gather around the Dining Room table to stretch from your drive. Pick either spacious Bedroom to lay your head. Snuggle up on the spacious couches to snag a movie! The space There are two spacious bedrooms, Living Room and Dining Room. There is plenty of room to gather in the Kitchen, even. The Covered Front Porch allows you to get some fresh air and watch the traffic go by. Guest access You are welcome to park on either street or use the driveway. The keyless entry is on the front porch. You will not have a key to the backdoor. Many do lock the handle and leave out the back door and enter through the front door. Blue Moon Cottage is a great place for traveling nurses or anyone here for work. Blue Moon Cottage is located in a nice quiet neighborhood. We are within 2 miles of I-24 and both hospitals, 4 miles to the riverfront and 5 miles to the mall. The nightly price is reduced for longer stays. The space Blue Moon Cottage is a 90 year old house that has been updated. It's 1000 sq ft. Guest access You have access to the house, front and back yard, and the carport. There is a building connected to the carport, there is no access to that building. Other things to note We like our neighbors and ask that you be respectful of them. The yard is usually mowed on Thursdays in the summer.

The space You will have the whole 3 bedroom, 2 bath cabin to yourself. There are 3 other cabins on the property if you are traveling with more than 1 group. Look for The Crown's Cabin, The Colonels' Cabin and The Coal Miner's Cabin. There is plenty of parking throughout the whole facility. Built in 1870, “The Parlour” is a historic property that has been renovated with modern touches while preserving yesterday’s charm. Guests can walk to many local attractions and Paducah’s best bars, shops, and restaurants. The space The space is a beautiful open concept condo that reminds me of a soho loft. It has over 1900 square feet of space so you’ll have plenty of room- but it still feels comfortable and cozy. While there are no doors on the bedroom spaces, curtains and the long hallways provide plenty of privacy. There is a private gated courtyard just off Maiden Alley for outdoor entertainment. The condo is perfect for solo travelers, families, couples, groups of friends, and businesspeople. There is a free public parking lot behind the building you are welcome to park at. There is also free street parking on Kentucky Avenue. The condo has 2 beds (one king and one queen), one fold out sofa bed in the living room, and an inflatable queen size air mattress stowed away in the closet. The condo can host up to 8 people depending on your requirements, but 6 would probably be more comfortable. Guest access You will have access to the entire 1900 square foot loft with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. You will also have access to the gated outdoor courtyard. Other things to note The condo is located on the second floor, so you'll need to be able to climb a flight of stairs. Please note: There is a security camera outside the building that faces the outdoor patio and back parking lot. The camera is for our guest's security as well as the security of the businesses below.
