We do our best to ensure both are maintained regularly, but cannot guarantee driving conditions will be ideal during inclement weather. INTERNET We have high-speed internet. It is still satellite internet as this is our only option for our location. This means it can still occasionally be interrupted, though this is rare. CELL SERVICE Due to our location in the mountains, there is little to no cell service. WiFi calling works well and can be used by most mobile phones.

An open kitchen allows guests to enjoy each others company and the large flat-screen TV included with Netflix. The kitchen is well stocked with all cookware, dishes and appliances you will need including dishwasher, microwave, stove/oven and small appliances. The Main floor bedroom has a king size bed, 32" TV with Netflix, and a full bathroom. The loft bedroom holds a king size bed and seating area, perfect for your morning coffee and a good book. The lower level has a queen size bed and full bathroom. A separate area has a full size couch with a 50” flat screen TV and serves as a great play room for kids. The hot tub for six sparkles and heats to a comfortable 104 degrees. Turn on the mood lighting and connect to your phone's Bluetooth for outdoor easy listening and relaxation. Pool towels are also provided for your convenience. The firepit area can host six people and is a great space to unwind and recap after a full day of fun and adventure! There's also a charcoal grill available for a quick barbecue. After you've counted all of the stars and enjoyed the mountain air and tranquil night sounds, you can head upstairs to find all 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The sleeping arrangements allow for a great night's sleep for any group of people. Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located luxury home. We fully stocked the house with anything you could possible need for both adults and children. We are located 15 min to Waynesville, 30 to Asheville, Ski Cataloochee! It’s great for kids! We are in a really great spot in between all the national parks and forests: Smoky Mountain, Blueridge Pkwy, Pisgah, Nantahala. Surrounded by hiking, rivers, lakes, tubing, u-pick farms, swimming holes, and fishing. The space Our property is located 15 minutes from downtown Waynesville and 30 minutes from Asheville. Completely updated, luxurious, but yet still family friendly. Master has an en-suite bathroom and brand new Saatva Luxury Hybrid King bed. Downstairs there is a second master with Queen bed, and a third bedroom with full over full bunk beds and a twin trundle bed. Both masters have Smart TVs. We have a Google mesh network set up and Skyrunner internet, so we have been able to successfully work remotely every time we’ve been up. There is a full bath with tub downstairs and laundry. Our kitchen is fully stocked, and we have two large places to cook, both in and outdoors. We have storage wardrobes for hiking or ski equipment, etc downstairs. We have a third half bath upstairs near the kitchen. There is a never-flat queen blow up bed on a frame available, as well as single frame and mattress, in order to create flexible sleeping arrangements. All beds are new and very comfortable. We have 1000 sq ft of porches both covered and uncovered. There is an outdoor covered grilling area with wine fridge and tv. We have outdoor tables large enough for multiple families to eat together. There are outdoor couches, chairs, and a fire table on the uncovered porch, as well as a very comfortable fire pit area in the yard. We have an elevated sitting area on the top of the hill (at the end of the yard) with another great sunset view and outdoor lights. We recently added a 6 person Viking hot tub to the deck area! We have a large mostly flat yard, with a great view, which is rare in the mountains. It’s amazing for kids and safe. We have a children’s swing/playset, badminton set, bocce set, soccer net and balls to use while you stay. There are cows, birds, squirrels, butterflies, bunnies, even wild turkeys who regularly visit the property. We have a lot of children’s toys, books, utensils, pack n play, diaper genie, art supplies, and bug catching nets on property. Our goal was to make it easy to go on vacation, by having what you need to relax already there. We are centrally located to all the best hiking, skiing, waterfalls, U-pick farms, swimming holes, lakes, and fishing. We are a quick trip away from Asheville and Waynesville, which allows you to enjoy all the attractions of the city, while staying in the country/mountains. These are not frequent and it is, frankly, quite cozy to get snowed in at the cabin. The snow typically does not stay long on the ground due to warmer daytime temperatures. We advise during an inclement weather to use an all wheel drive or 4 wheel drive and/or tire chains. Again, THIS MAY BE NEEDED ONLY DURING AN INCLEMENT WEATHER. We cannot predict or control weather, so we don't offer refunds due to inclement weather.
