DO YOU HAVE A POOL AND SPA? Our home features private salt water pools and spas! If you would like the pool to be heated, you may request a temperature of up to 88 degrees for a fee of $100 per night. *** ( Please keep in mind pool and spa can not be heated at the same time if pool heating is paid for pool remains on 88 degrees when you want to use spa you just put it on spa mode and spa will then heat once turned off pool will turn back on) Pool heat must be requested and paid for 48 hours prior to arrival time.*** The pool will not be heated during the summer months. There is no fee to heat the spa, recommend temperature is between 100-102. Please keep in mind when heating spa it could take anywhere from 45min to hour and half depending on weather. Pool heating requires a minimum of two days; we do not offer heating services for just one day. WHAT IS PROVIDED WITH MY ACCOMMODATIONS? All of our vacation rentals are fully furnished including all linen, bath and pool towels. Kitchens are fully stocked with dishes, silverware, cooking utensils, some spices, appliances and much more. Please ask us if you are wondering about the availability of a specific appliance or amenity. We also provide a starting supply of bath soaps, trash liners, toilet paper, paper towels, and dishwasher soap. Laundry facilities are also equipped with laundry soap. We are in the desert, we do get our house sprayed monthly, but there is a possibility to run into our local pests and critters. Please help us keep the home and yards pest free by keeping all exterior doors and screen-less windows closed at all times and cleaning up trash from outside. Please keep in mind we are in the desert and they try to ru. From the heat they may try to make there way inside the house but they won’t be alive because the house is sprayed monthly. Extended Stay Policy: Guests planning to stay for more than 28 days are required to submit a refundable deposit of $2,000. A utility allowance of $350 is provided; any charges exceeding this amount will be deducted from the security deposit, and corresponding bills will be provided for verification. Additionally, mandatory cleaning services will be scheduled every 15 days during your extended stay for an additional fee. Should you have any questions, please feel free to reach out. OUTDOOR LIVING SPACE The expansive resort-style backyard features lemon, grapefruit, and pomegranate trees, a large palo verde tree, fragrant lavender, mint and rosemary bushes (favored by numerous Hummingbirds), mid-mod kidney shaped pool, spa, Sunbrella daybed/loungers/swinging egg chair, putting green & outdoor kitchen with bbq & elevated Philippe Starck counter seats. Completely walled for privacy, the entire property feels like an exclusive, upscale resort. **The pool will be heated to 87 degrees upon request with an additional service fee. Please let me know if you'd like to heat the pool to ensure it is heated before your arrival. Spa heating is included with your rental at no extra cost. ** Guest access You'll have access to the entire house, save for the garage and owner's closets (locked and labeled). Other things to note Guests will enjoy their own private concierge for the duration of their stay. You'll receive a welcome greeting, local recommendations, a walk through the property and most important, any questions or concerns you might have will be addressed. Your concierge will be easily accessible via phone/text. Upon request, groceries or any particulars can be pre-stocked (for an additional fee).
