The 4 main guest rooms are on the second floor. 3 of the 4 rooms on the second floor offer a closet space for clothing and luggage storage with the 4th featuring a standup wardrobe. The master bedroom features a king size bed while the other 3 rooms on the second floor offer queen size beds. The full bath is located on the second floor and offers a bathtub with tiled shower surround. We provide towels and washcloths as-well as body wash, shampoo, and conditioner in sealed dispensers. The 5th and 6th guest rooms are located on the third floor and are accessed through the master guest room on the second floor. These rooms do not have a private entryway. Walk through the private backyard to the back door and enter the home via our large and newly renovated kitchen.   This kitchen has everything you should need to host your group from a large gas oven to a giant fridge and two dishwashers.   Our kitchen opens up to a living room with a comfortable sofa and two swivel chairs. The TV is an amazing experience via a giant projection screen that unfurls from the ceiling when you're ready to wind down for the day! We will have you logged into Netflix or feel free to log into any of your preferred streaming accounts.  Beyond the living room is a large sitting room with four large green velvet chairs and a built-in bench so you can connect with your family and friends after a day out on the town.  Cooking in? The third floor has 4 private bedrooms with queen size beds. One bed even has a separate nook with a twin bed —perfect for the kiddo in the group. There is a full bathroom on the third floor with a double sink and full size shower. A kitchenette rounds out the space and has an electric stovetop, coffee maker, and fridge. The kitchenette is open to an L-shaped leather sofa facing a large smart TV! Arcade games makes the third floor the perfect hang out for those late night owls. You will notice the owner does keep tools and other storage items in the garage.   City rules state quiet hours are to be observed from 9pm-9am daily.
