Enjoy a modern kitchen, spacious living area, and breathtaking lake views. Private stairs lead to the beach, perfect for swimming & relaxing (weather permitting). Plenty of parking, minutes from downtown. Your perfect getaway awaits—book now! 🚤🏡🔥 The space Check-in & Check-out Check-in: 3:00 PM Check-out: 11:00 AM House Instructions: Car Parking – Please park in the driveway. Entrance – Enter through the front door with the keypad lock. TV – The TV has Google Chromecast. Connect your phone to the home Wi-Fi to stream Netflix or YouTube. Kitchen (Main Level) – Fully equipped with a stove, fridge, microwave, toaster, and coffee machine. Sugar, powdered milk, and tea bags are provided. Oil, salt, and pepper are also available. Outdoor Firepit – Feel free to use the firepit! Bring your own firewood or purchase it locally (Walmart and Canadian Tire are nearby). Cleaning Supplies – A vacuum and mop are stored in the laundry room. Cleaning supplies are under the kitchen sink. Entrances – After sunset, please close the front door quickly to prevent bugs from entering. BBQ (Charcoal) – Please clean the BBQ after use. Bring your own charcoal, or buy locally from Walmart or Canadian Tire. There’s a yellow hose in the yard for cleaning. Guest access Guest Access & Nearby Attractions You’ll have full access to the entire house, backyard, and private lakefront, with stairs leading directly to the water. 💡 Pro Tips for Enjoying the Lake: ✔ Bring water shoes – The Lake has some stones, so best to wear water shoes to avoid any discomfort. ✔ Shallow, gradual entry – Even 100-150 feet out, the water is only about 4 feet deep, making it great for wadi g and swimming. But again, its mother nature and water levels are different and sometimes higher than expected. ✔ Use caution on the backyard stairs – The wooden steps may be slippery due to constant lake exposure. Guests should use safety precautions when accessing the water. Life jackets are not provided. Please bring your own if needed and use stairs and lake at your own risk Enjoy the beauty and serenity of this incredible lakefront retreat! 🌊✨ Other things to note House Rules We want you to have a pleasant stay and enjoy your time at our Airbnb. Please take a moment to review our house rules to ensure a comfortable experience for everyone. If you have pets: No pets on the furniture (sofas, beds, mattresses). You may wash or bathe your pet outside in the yard using the hose. Please do not bathe your pet in the house bathroom. General Rules: Quiet Hours: Please respect quiet hours from 11:00 PM - 8:00 AM. This is a residential area, so we ask that you keep noise to a minimum. "No events or parties" are permitted, and please refrain from playing loud music. No smoking inside the house. If you smoke outdoors, please dispose of cigarette butts properly. Please leave the house neat and tidy when you check out, as you found it. Do not move furniture around, and please avoid eating on the beds. Wash and dry dishes before checking out. Empty trash bins before you check out and dispose of waste in the designated bins outside (located in the shed on the side of the house). If you use the BBQ grill (charcoal), please dispose of charcoal and clean it afterward. Use the yellow hose nearby for cleaning. Stack the outdoor chairs before you check out to prevent them from being blown away by the wind. If you enjoy the lake or beach, please brush off sand or mud before entering the house. Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. 10 minutes to Holiday Beach for swimming hiking and bird watching. This is a new 3 storey home accross the street from the lake each bedroom has a private bath and balcony. The second floor master bedroom has a steam shower. The area is park like with public access to the lake at each end of the street. Guest access There is 3 bedrooms open for guests if guests book more than 6 people the other two bedrooms will be unlocked or if they request the other bedrooms to be unlocked.
