Fishing is year around and we have a canoe, and a peddle boat with a variety of life jackets, fishing poles and bait available. There is a full size washer and dryer installed. There are lots of built-ins for office space and work space in the king bedroom. However, it seems most people like to take there laptop in the front area to observe the beauty. Guest access Parking is on the premises. Guests have full shared access to the dock for viewing nature/wildlife or fishing from the dock. There are two boats accessible. I have a variety of poles with lures and colored bait.
