Our patio has a umbrellas and a large covered area so even in the sunniest parts of the day, guests can always find some shade. The space The common areas indoors include a spacious, comfy living room with a working fireplace and an Apple TV. This area opens onto the dining room and kitchen which then spills directly out onto the wonderful patio, spa, and large pool. There are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Each bedroom also has its own Apple TV. The main bedroom and its connected bathroom also open up onto the patio and pool, with a detour at the hammock if you're so inclined. This room also has a giant double-closet with sliding doors. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed and large closet and dresser. Bedroom 3 has an even larger closet and dresser. It comes with two XL twins that can be set up together (like a king) or separately, depending on your preference. Just let us know! There is a desk and workspace with ring-light within Bedroom 3, for anyone being productive between dips in the pool. Guest access No keys needed, as we provide keypad entrance. Although the open bright space and spectacular views are plentiful, the front wall makes the premise very private, secure and quiet. As you walk through the house, the tasteful remodeling blurs the indoor and outdoor living. Many outdoor areas are shaded throughout the day, including the outdoor dining, allowing for more comfort during the day. When you’re ready to retire in the evening, the fresh and new bedrooms are quiet with their own TV sets and exits to private patios and pool area. All furnishings are new, modern, hip, stylish and especially selected for this property. The house was designed to be home away from home, so you will find all amenities you need for comfortable everyday living, but we also added a few extra features to make your stay out of the ordinary or more pleasant. The heated salt-water pool and spa (bubbles, bubbles, bubbles!) are ready for you to jump in and on the cool nights in a private, spacious and fenced-off yard. The fire feature inside will keep you warm while the toys will keep you entertained: free fast Wi-Fi, 55” flat screen TV with streaming, Blu-ray player, the sound system (including smartphone hookup) and last, but not least – a special treat for audiophiles: a turntable with a vinyl record collection. You will find the kitchen fully equipped (even a chef would approve!), so you can eat out or stay in and cook up a storm, including an outdoor BBQ and dining for 8. Espresso and drip coffee machines will please any coffee snob, so just imagine sitting with your morning coffee in hand looking at the beautiful mountains from the living room or your bedroom. Other conveniences include an onsite washer and dryer, dishwasher and a garage. We are dog owners ourselves, so we made the house and the backyard dog friendly with a fee (see below).
