This Ridgecrest 3 bedroom plus loft condo is a great place to stay in any season. You'll enjoy fantastic views from a unit that has nice furnishings in every room. The space **Spring 2026 - Upgrades & New Photos Coming for Summer 2026 ** This already nice condo is seeing some upgrades in Spring 2026! Work is beginning in early April, with completion expected by mid May. This unit is getting fresh paint throughout. The kitchen is being remodeled with new tile backsplash, new countertops, and rearranging the layout to add a washer/dryer for in-unit laundry. Bench seating is being added to the dining table, to accommodate more people. There will also be new furniture in the living room to increase seating. The bathrooms are getting all new accessories, possibly new vanities, and new shower enclosures. The bedrooms are getting new wood flooring. This condo has 3 bedrooms plus a loft and two living areas. There are 2 King beds, 3 Queen beds, and 1 Full (double) bed, making this property ideal for couples, but also great for singles and families with kids. Bedroom 1 is a large space, and is found on the main level. It has a King size bed, large HDTV, large closet, ensuite bathroom, and vaulted ceilings. Bedroom 2 is on the upper level. It has a King size bed, large HDTV, large closet, and ensuite bathroom. The loft area is also upstairs, adjacent to Bedroom 2. It has a bunk bed with a Full (double) bed on top and a Queen bed on the bottom. This space also includes a wall mounted TV. Guests staying here have the option to go through Bedroom 1 to that ensuite bathroom, or go down the stairs and use the third full bathroom, which is right across the hall from Bedroom 3. So, Bedroom 3 is on the main level and just like Bedroom 1, is a pretty big room that feels even larger due to its high vaulted ceilings. This bedroom includes a Queen over Queen bunk bed, large closet, and wall mounted HDTV.   Stainless steel appliances are featured in the kitchen where there is also a dining table that will be enlarged for Summer 2026. The kitchen boasts granite counters, slate tile floors, and beautiful cabinets. You'll have everything you need to cook up a great meal, and then some, with additional items like the blender and crock pot for your convenience. What is better than coming home from a day on the slopes to a big pot of chili or beef stew? Easy and delicious! Right next to the kitchen are two cozy chairs where you can sit back and warm yourself in front of the fire. This is an ideal spot to read a book, or to remove those ski boots and relive your day on the slopes! The living room has a comfy couch and HDTV. From this couch, you can enjoy the warmth of the fire, the HDTV, and a view of the slopes all at once. The bedrooms all have a good size and style. There are 2 master suites, each with a King bed and full ensuite bathroom. One of the King master bedrooms is upstairs, next to the loft living room, which makes the upper level a really nice suite of its own. The main level King master has vaulted ceilings and fabulous views. You might have to flip a coin to decide which you prefer. The third bedroom is also on the main level. It has a Queen bed, vaulted ceilings, great views, and a dedicated full bathroom right across the hall. This property also has free WiFi and a reserved covered parking spot for your use.   The Ridgecrest condos are located right above Ski Time Square and Gondola Square. Some guests might consider walking down to the base area in the summer. The elevation which gives this condo such spectacular views over and across the base area also means that you're walking downhill to the base area, but more importantly, uphill coming home. So, you might walk down and then hire an Uber, Lyft, or the local Go Alpine taxi for the way home. For guests without a car, these options represent an affordable "pay for what you use" option, which can be so much better than paying for high price lodging with a "free" private shuttle service. The walk to and from the base area includes sections without a sidewalk, and a short section which is pretty steep, so we do not recommend making this walk in the winter, if you have kids, if you're not in very good physical condition, when it is icy, or if you have a car. The Steamboat Ski Resort has free parking at the Meadow and Knoll lots, both of which are very convenient to this property and the Gondola.   This condo has good quality, fantastic views, nice amenities, plenty of space, and a price that leaves room for dining, activities, and adventures. I will allow up to 2 babies in pack n plays. The unit has 2 king beds and the loft has 2 twins and a set of log bunks. Should you have more than the maximum capacity, you will be evicted and all monies collected will be forfeited. This is a non smoking unit & that includes the deck. Please respect this request and don't smoke in the unit. No smoking means this unit is 100% tobacco & cannabis free. We supply laundry detergent, TP, paper towel, tissues, soaps/shampoo/body wash, napkins, coffee filters, salt & pepper/spices, trash bags, Cascade for the dishwasher, kitchen sink soap, etc. All sinks have hand soap. All supplies are there for you to use but we do ask that you do not take any when you depart. The unit will be extremely clean and sanitized (this will probably be the cleanest rental condo you have ever stayed in). All linens have been washed on hot. Everything has been cleaned. Every door handle, light switch, all remotes, pens, hard surfaces have been cleaned. All magazines are new for each client. We have gone way beyond any other mgt company in town to make sure the unit is clean and safe for you, your family, your guests, our owners and staff. I think you will appreciate it very much & feel comfortable. The two hot tubs are managed and maintained by a different company that manages the Association of the complex. Condos in Steamboat does not have a check-in office. We do live in Steamboat and work from our home office. We are always here to help in the event of a problem, question or concern. All the info you need to arrive and check into your unit will be in the email. Check in is 4pm. Check out is 10am. You will be in possession of 4-6 keycards (depending on how many people are staying in the unit) in plastic ID holders attached to lanyards and a key fob in the lockbox. If a keycard or the fob is missing on departure, the fee charged is $75. Please leave all keycards, plastic ID holders on the kitchen counter on your departure day. The fob must be in the lockbox. There are restrictions on vehicle size and number of vehicles. Please talk to Kim about number of vehicles and size. Towing of any vehicle & expense by towing company is the responsibility of the guest. Absolutely no trailers or RV's. If you have a car Kim will provide you with a parking pass. Guest will abide by all HOA rules and regulations. If Kim is notified by the HOA that you have violated a HOA rule, Kim will call you. If Kim is notified a 2nd time during the same stay of a HOA violation, you will be evicted from the unit and forfeit all monies paid. Guests shall leave the condo in the same condition and position as when they arrive, normal use and wear excepted. If furniture was moved, please move it back to the original location. Additional charges will occur for any piece of furniture that is not in its original location upon departure. On departure day, you are required to strip sheets & towels that were used. Dirty sheets on the floor of each bedroom and dirty towels on the floor in each bathroom. Used robes on the floor in either the bedroom or the bathroom. Blankets, duvets, quilts are to be folded up and placed on beds (not in a pile on the floor). The dishwasher needs to be put on but not over packed. Any extra dishes that don’t fit in dishwasher should be left in sink or washed. All trash needs to be removed from the unit & taken to the dumpster. All windows need to be closed. All lights & TV's need to be turned off. Please do not start any laundry. We wash all linens in a special sanitizing detergent. Kim is the last person to see the property before you arrive & the first person in the unit after you depart. The location could not be better without having double or triple the prices (right next door). The condo is nicely renovated and remodeled with new furniture, bedding, and linens throughout. Ground floor location is wheelchair accessible with zero stairs to deal with.  This is a large condo with an extremely good location! It has seen some significant upgrades in the last few years. This includes brand new hardwood flooring, new beds, mattresses, terry and linens, upgrades to the kitchen, bathrooms, and more. Even the artwork and décor was replaced throughout to give this condo a warm, tasteful, yet sophisticated style. The bedding was reconfigured and upgraded to make the condo work well for many different types of groups.
