The Pine Cone Lodge is a beautifully renovated modern cottage. The house sits on 2 acres of woods & gardens with tons of wildlife passing by throughout the day. 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a large kitchen, spacious deck, screened in porch, playground for young kids & a hot tub! This property has everything & more to give! The space The best part about the lodge is that it’s located in New Buffalo, however not in the bustle of downtown. It is in a very quiet, relaxed, wooded neighborhood and just FIVE minutes from all the shops & restaurants downtown. The home is entirely renovated and very clean. Every update has been so thoughtfully curated for your enjoyment. Bedrooms consist of the following.. Bedroom 1: queen size bed with master bath attached Bedroom 2: queen size bed Bedroom 3: day bed with twin mattresses The main bath has a walk in shower, master bath is a tub/shower combo. The living area is comfortable and cozy with a sectional sofa, large coffee table for game nights, WiFi, & smart TV with local channels available through the antenna. Kitchen is stocked with everything you could need to cook a meal. Bring along your own favorite spices & food and you’ll be all set! Grilling utensils, s’more sticks & wood for your campfires are provided. The outdoor space is impeccable! It features a large beautiful deck with plenty of seating options. A gas grill is here for your use, please follow care instructions posted at the house. The hot tub is beautiful and private at any time of day. The yard is luscious and green & filled with tons of wildlife throughout the day. We have two separate picnic/dining tables in the yard near the fire pit. There is a small playset to occupy restless kiddos needing to burn off any extra energy. Cornhole sets, yard Yahtzee and other outdoor games located in the wood shed. We provide beach chairs, an umbrella, and a cooler for use at the beach. PLEASE be courteous of our belongings and bring them back to the location you found them in working condition. (We understand that accidents happen, so please simply let us know if something is broken and needs attention.) The screened in porch is a favorite part of this property. It’s the perfect hang out to stay away from the bugs yet continue to feel as if you are outside. There’s beautiful lighting with a ceiling fan in case it’s too warm. Plenty of tables and seating for dinners, snacks or just hanging out. A dart board as well as other games are located out here. We recently groomed walking trails in the woods at the back of the property. Feel free to check them out! Guest access Guests have access to the entire property. There is an old barn located toward the back of the property that we ask guests to please stay out of. We recently made walking trails in the woods behind the the barn. Feel free to take a nature walk out here but please stay on the trails!

This is a lovely three bedroom home that provides 1734 sq ft of house to roam. The home sleeps 10-12 in beds in three rooms and a sleeping loft for additional guests. Once you are here you can rides bikes to town, relax by the clubhouse pool, make smore's in the fire pit or jump in the hot tub. Its a short distance to the beach where you can swim and watch beautiful sunsets. There is a local restaurants within walking distance. If you prefer to stay home there is grill for you to cook out. The space Enjoy the peaceful environment anytime of the year. Summers are great to enjoy the beach and the local fair. Winters you can enjoy the local attractions and tour the wineries, breweries and try your luck at the Four Winds Casino. Guest access You will have the entire house to enjoy along with the hot tub in the back yard and the fire pit to roast marshmallows and keep you warm on a chilly evening. Private beach is all yours to enjoy, just bring the HOA flag so everyone knows you belong here. 5 burner propane BBQ for all your grilling needs. Wood burning fireplace inside to cozy up to, wood burning fire pit outside to enjoy, and the HOA allows bonfires on the private beach ask me for a copy of the rules. Full kitchen stocked with pots and pans and cooking utensils, oversized refrigerator with freezer, full sized electric oven with 4 stovetop burners. Guest access Confirmed reservations will trigger a door code that will be active from checkin time and deactivate at checkout time. I will text you when you reserve and again closer to your arrival date. Other things to note The private beach across the street requires you to bring the Beach Flag. Plant the Beach Flag in your area on the beach so the HOA knows you are my honored guests. Please remember to bring the Beach Flag back. There is a $300 fee for a lost/missing Beach Flag. Please ensure the Beach Flag is by the front door when you checkout so the cleaning crew can acknowledge that it is there. At no time is parking on the grass acceptable. Parking on the grass results in a minimum $500 fine which will be passed on to the guest. Please ensure all vehicles are parked on the horseshoe driveway and not on any grassy part of the yard, this includes the middle of the horseshoe. New Buffalo has a zero tolerance for parking anywhere other than the hard driveway.
