The second level offers another master bedroom with a mountain view worth of a masterpiece, two additional bedrooms with two twin beds each, and a sizable private suite. The suite comprises a large bedroom with a king-size bed, a full bathroom including an air-bathtub, and a private office. The finished basement has a bar with a full kitchen adjacent to a bathroom suite, and sizable game space. There is room to spread out between the great room, loft, bonus room, and deck, and then bring everyone back together around the large dining room table. There is a wood stove in the great room, a grill on the porch, and an open fire place outside by the playground for roasting marshmallows in the summer and fall! The downstairs bonus room and two bedrooms are great for the kids to have their own space to play. Entry is through the lower level and there is a mud room to store all your gear for easy access. Guest access Guests have access to the whole house, deck, yard with fire pit, and wooded lot. Nearby you can purchase passes to the Waterville Estates amenities including a pond for fishing and swimming and basketball, tennis, and volleyball courts. Bring the whole family or a small group to relax and play at this amazing four plus bedroom home with access to the Waterville Estates Community Center. You will find two living rooms, a game room, wood burning stove and sprawling decks in this expansive home that can accommodate all your needs. Two indoor and outdoor pools/hot tubs are within walking distance of this mountain retreat with hiking right out your back door. Skiing at Waterville valley (15 mins away) with Loon and Cannon nearby. The space The home boasts four private bedrooms and one bedroom that is a cross through to another bedroom for a total of five bedrooms. There are two living rooms on the first floor along with a kitchen, dining room, bathroom, bedroom and foyer. On the second floor you will find the master bedroom, a bathroom, a small bunk room, a large bunk room and the fifth bedroom that leads into the large bunk room. In the basement you will find a game room which includes games such as air hockey, foosball, The Nintendo Wii, board games and legos. There is also a large deck in the front of the house that has an outdoor fireplace and deck seating all around the deck. There is a smaller deck on the back of the house which includes a grill. You will have access to bring your group to the community center with two guest passes available. The community center has two indoor pools and one indoor hot tub, two outdoor pools and one outdoor hot tub, a fitness center, small game room, tennis courts, small playground, children’s play area inside and a pond for recreation. The two guest passes will get two adults into the community center at no charge but every adult and child over 7 will have access to the center with a fee, children 7 and under are free. Weekdays seniors and children over 7 are $5 and weekends seniors and children are $10. Weekdays adults are $10 and weekends adults are $20. The Waterville Estates also has a robust hiking system throughout the community which can be accessed from the home. The front entrance starts at a mud room where guests can leave their ski equipment and boots before ascending the wide rustic staircase. The back entrance goes along the lake and past the cedar hot tub to a staircase that leads to the back deck overlooking the lake and a sliding glass door entering the kitchen space. Guests have exclusive use of the hot tub, fire pit, deck and grill. Other things to note Please note: There are stairs to the back entrance and once you enter the front entrance. If anyone in your party is unable to navigate stairs, this would not be a suitable accommodation. We do have an owners unit on site. We have two small children and one large dog.

High Noon Mountain House offers wonderful views and is perfectly set up to accommodate holiday groups, ski racers, hikers, wedding parties, and multi-generational family gatherings. Just steps to the Ski Shuttle Schuss Bus (winter) and Historical Trolley (summer) that provides access to all of the Valley's year round amenities. The space Inside you’ll find 5 separate bedrooms on 4 levels, with 4 1/2 baths, 2 living rooms with fireplaces as well as a well-appointed kitchen, sauna, and two laundry areas. Lots of extra parking, many outdoor spaces to relax, and VIEWS galore! All linens and towels, plus basic amenities including paper products are provided. Guest access Garage and utility room are not accessible for guests. Other things to note Per Airbnb policy, no parties are permitted on the property. Fireworks are stricly prohibited in Waterville Valley and the surrounding White Mountain National Forest. For a fee, High Noon guests can participate in alpine skiing, cross country skiing, 9-hole golf course, mountain biking, ice skating, snowtubing, frisbee golf, arcade, yoga and many other activities around the village and valley. The Waterville Valley Rec Center, just down the street from the house, offers pickleball, climbing wall, open gym, etc. for a nominal fee.
