You are a short distance from several beaches ( Cape May, Wildwood, Higbee and Townbank) and close to affordable resturants. Quiet and fun...all in one! The space Keurig, kcups and tea available Shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion Beach towels, beach bag and 2 chairs Also available. Laundromat is right down the street. I do have 2 flatscreen TVS, but we only stream on them with the WIFI. There is no cable TV. I currently have an xbox 1 and roku to access apps to watch but you will need your own sign in. NETFLIX is accessible under GUEST without having to sign in on the xbox1. Other things to note My home sleeps 6 but when temps drops in the fall and winter the backroom which has a pull out couch can not ge heated... there isnt a heating duct in that room... it still lists as sleeping 6 because i do have 2 couches in the rest of my home although they dont pull out... they are very comfy to sleep.

Spend time outside on the deck, or hanging out in the shade of the back patio, catching some of the areas best birding, and enjoying the sounds of nature in the woods. It's truly the best of both worlds! The space Our 2 bedroom, one bathroom 700 sq foot Bungalow is small, but loaded with everything you and your family needs for a week down the shore. We are nestled in a quiet neighborhood backing the woods. Our home is newly renovated, and has a fully stocked kitchen that has all of the essentials to cook inside, or out. The kitchen, backyard and covered patio provide plenty of space to gather as a group or spend some time alone. The primary bedroom has a queen bed, and the secondary room has a twin over full bunk bed, as well as a pac-n-play for those with littles. A smart TV hangs in the bunk room, as well as in the living room. The sofa in the living room also pulls out into a queen bed if needed. **Sheets and bath towels are included with your stay. We ask that you bring your own beach towels, please. The back covered patio has space to lounge as well as a dining table. There is plenty of green space to play, and farther back you will find a fire pit and small seating area. The shed out back has 4 beach chairs, a beach umbrella and a rolling cooler, as well as 2 life jackets, some fishing gear and beach games available to you. The Bay Beach is free, and 6 beach tags to Cape May are also included with the rental. We are within walking distance of a handful of local coffee shops, restaurants and ice cream parlors. There are plenty of great local eatery's, winery's and breweries within 10-15 minutes as well! Other things to note Fresh linens will be placed at the bottom of each bed prior to your arrival. The Bayshore Sportsman Club is close by, and may be heard during the day.

Many other homes with pools charge an additional pool heat fee but we have priced into nightly rate. Cook a gourmet meal in our upscale kitchen with granite countertops, custom cabinetry and stainless steel appliances including stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, toaster and drip coffee maker. Fully stocked kitchen with utensils, cookware, dishes, glasses (indoor and outdoor) and spice rack. The home is a short 10-minute walk from the beaches of the Delaware Bay, where you can enjoy stunning sunsets every evening The space Our newly renovated home features 2 bedrooms and 1 full bath, with a spacious private backyard perfect for morning coffee, happy hour, and evening cookouts. .The first bedroom accommodates 2 guests with a queen-sized bed, dresser, and closet. .The second bedroom accommodates 3 guests with a bunk bed (twin on top, full on bottom), a closet, and a hotel-style luggage rack with a shelf. We provide ample linens for each bed, along with extra pillows and blankets. The living room includes a leather sofa that converts into a twin-sized bed if needed. There is a 40-inch Smart TV with guest access to Roku. The house is equipped with central air conditioning and heating. The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances and utensils, including pots, pans, and baking sheets. The breakfast bar seats 2 guests. Bay Beach and Wildwood beaches are free to access. Beach chairs and an umbrella are available for your use. POLICY The checkout fee covers up to two dogs. There is a $50 fee for each additional dog. No smoking or drug use is permitted on the property. We maintain a smoke-free, drug-free home. We have a living room with open concept to the kitchen. Living room has a 55 inch smart TV, you can log in and use your own streaming services. There is a couch and love seat. Full kitchen has a dishwasher, counter space for eating, microwave, airfryer. The bathroom has a big shower, no tub. Master bedroom has a queen size bed. 43 inch smart TV. There is a large closet. 2nd bedroom has a bunk bed (bottom full size, sleeps 2, top twin) there is also a twin size trundle to roll out. 32 inch smart TV. Dresser with drawers and a closet with shelves and pole to hang clothing. Both bedrooms and living room have ceiling fans and window unit ac. The kitchen has a ceiling fan. We have beach towels, board games, propane grill. We have a wooden deck (ground level) right outside off the kitchen. We have a hammock in the yard, our yard is fully fenced. We are in an area where you will see mosquitoes, spiders and ants. We do treat for this but it's an endless battle here. Do not leave food out on the counters or the ants will find a way. Keep all open food in the microwave or fridge. We keep breads, chips etc in microwave when not eating. Other things to note Our listing includes linens (towels, sheets, blankets, pillows) most rentals down here don't supply any linens and most cleaners will not wash linens or make beds. We thankfully found someone who will wash and make beds. Our cleaning fee reflects this. Thanks!

We have recently completed our beautiful new flooring and a quiet Bosch dishwasher to complement our fully equipped kitchen. You won't be disappointed with all the amenities we provide. Other things to note Before you arrive you will be assigned your unique four digit code so you can safely enter the cottage. Press the Schlage emblem to light up the panel and then put in your four digit code. When you hear the deadbolt unlock you may enter the house. To lock the door you may either lock it by pressing the Schlage emblem or put in your four digit code. You will hear the deadbolt lock the door. Security cameras at both outside entrances are present. There are solar motion lights that illuminate the driveway when you arrive at night. The booking price does not include towels or sheets. Sheets for all beds, 6 bath towels, 6 hand towels and 6 wash clothes can be provided for an additional fee of $45. Please let us know during booking and these items will be delivered before you arrive to the cottage. You are welcome to bring your own or you can make arrangements from these recommended local companies. Relax in the hot tub after a day at the beach, or an outdoor shower. The home has a full kitchen, grill, two bedrooms and one bath that sleeps 7 comfortably. The house has everything you need to make wonderful vacation memories. The space The house is located in a quiet part of the Villas only a short drive from the Delaware Bay, historic Cape May or the Wildwoods. The home has 2 bedrooms. Bedroom 1 has a queen bed, large closet and is equipped with a 40-inch flat screen television. Bedroom 2 has one twin bed and one twin bunk bed. Note: for the top bunk bed it is not recommended for anyone more than a 150 pounds. There is a closet. Both bedrooms have good size bureaus for your clothing. The living room has a large comfortable leather queen couch that is also a sofa sleeper with a 40-inch flat screen television. The home has high speed internet /Wi-Fi. The Smart TVs are equipped with Roku. You can connect / logon to your account to your favorite Streaming Services. There is also a DVD player in the living room along with a library of DVD movies for your enjoyment. The updated kitchen is equipped with all that is needed, utensils, cups, plates, refrigerator /ice maker, gas range, dishwasher, seating for 4 - 6, blender, mixer, Keurig coffee & regular coffee pot, place settings for 6, pots, pans and slow cooker. A beautiful deck awaits you in the private backyard oasis and a grill to enjoy cookouts on the private deck relaxing on our patio furniture in our fenced in private oasis. And rinse off from the beach in our hot and cold outdoor shower. The laundry room is equipped with a regular size washer & dryer. Iron and ironing board located in twin bedroom closet. A great place for relaxing on our private deck, outdoor barbecues, playing yard games & dogs have plenty of room to explore. And an outdoor shower with both hot and cold water. The beach in Villas is the Delaware bay beach less than a mile from our home (15 min walk, see our panorama pic known as the home of the BEST sunsets). The Villas beaches welcome dogs all year long. This beach is great for walking your dog, relaxing at the beach, fishing, or paddle boarding & kayaking (we have one of each for you to use when you vacation with us). However, the Delaware Bay beach is not the ocean water. Most prefer to swim at Cape May or Wildwood beach. Cape May and the Cape May beaches are about 8 miles away (15 minutes). Cape May Beach tags are required Memorial Day through Labor Day. You can purchase them at each beach entrance. See all the historic Victorian charm that Cape May has to offer. Shop at the Washington Street Mall, eat at the many restaurants, walk or bike through the Victorian streets, stroll the beaches, use our paddle board and kayak, and take in all the beauty of this remarkable town. The beaches at Wildwood are also about 8 miles (15 minutes) away. Beaches are always free in the Wildwoods. Visit the amazing beach & boardwalk, that has restaurants, nightlife, shows, amusement piers, and water parks. The cottage is located just 10 minutes north of Cape May in a quiet neighborhood perfect for families or couples. Large tree filled, fenced yard with a beautiful deck off the back of the house! The space The Space Adorable 2 bedroom, 1 bath cottage that has been completely renovated. One bedroom has a queen bed, the other has a 2 twins. There is also a full size futon on the sun porch. As is customary in Cape May, guests must bring their own sheets and towels. Comforters, blankets and pillows are provided. Off street parking. Guest Access Whole house and yard! Interaction with Guests Other things to Note Check-In is at 4:00pm and Check-Out is at 11:00am. There is plenty of parking on the street in front of the cottage. The second bedroom is a bunk room with a single bed on top and a double bed on bottom. The house uses mini split HVAC systems, adding cooling and heating climates, for all season adventures.
