The space This is a basement apartment, so please note that the ceilings are around 6.5–7 feet tall. There is a private entrance on the side of our home that guests will use. In addition, there are 2 stairs that lead from the entrance into the space. Our space includes a living room equipped with a Netflix-enabled TV, a bedroom with spacious closets, an office area ideal for remote working, and kitchenette. The kitchenette has a portable induction dual burner stovetop and a microwave for any light cooking during your stay. In addition, it has a full fridge, french press and electric water kettle. You will also have access to a laundry room with a washer and dryer, free of charge! Guest access There is a private entrance on the side of our home that guests will use. Other things to note Our 1900 Craftsman home is built so that you will be able to hear some foot traffic above the basement space. We are mindful of any guests staying with us and are fairly quiet when we are home. Quiet hours are also observed. The basement space shares a furnace with the main floor, so just let us know if you'd like the temperature warmed or cooled. However, we've found that the basement stays comfortably cool during the summer and warm in the water. Ours however, is new (construction) and is it's own little stand-alone home. There is a 8" privacy fence surrounding the cottage from the main house so you have complete autonomy. There is one dedicated parking spot right out your front door and also plenty of open street parking at the front of the main house for any add'l cars/guests you have. The cottage has vaulted ceilings, a fireplace, Roku TV, is full furnished, has a full bath, full kitchen with and Caesar stone counter tops, stainless steel new appliances and stocked with everything you need to whip up a nice meal while you're in town. Includes a coffee maker, electric teapot, Cuisinart juicer & food processor (great for those smoothies), etc. The cottage kitchen includes pantry basics you are welcome to use such as olive oils, some spices like cinnamon, salt/pepper, sugar, etc. There are hardwood floors and cozy furnishings inside. There is a murphy bed in the unit that also has closets and storage. This is not your normal murphy bed...there is a westin heavenly mattress in there so you get a really great, super comfy night of sleep when you stay! The space Because the condo is north-facing, the natural light stays soft, cool, and consistent all day long, making it a perfectly calm environment to return to after a busy day out. Kitchen & Rituals: We take our morning coffee seriously, so we set up a station stocked with fresh beans from our favorite local roaster, Lighthouse Coffee. You will find pour over tools and a MiiR Moka Pot for a rich brew on the stove. The kitchen itself is sleek and fully equipped for real cooking, including an Our Place Wonder Oven for air frying or roasting without heating up the entire unit. There is also a proper dining area so you can sit down and enjoy a real meal at home. Living & Workspace: Our favorite spot in the house is the lounge chair facing the retro fireplace; it is the perfect corner for a glass of wine and a good book. The living space also features a comfortable sofa, a large TV, and a dedicated workspace for when you need to plug in. Rest & Refresh: The bedroom is outfitted with blackout curtains for a quiet night of deep sleep. Guest access The Entrances: You can enter via the main entrance on Etruria Street or through the alley side (where the trash and recycle bins are located). The Walk-Up: Please note the building does not have an elevator. You’ll climb two flights of stairs from Etruria Street, or just one flight down if you enter from the alley. We find the extra privacy and the beautiful natural light on the second floor make the short climb well worth it. Laundry: Free washer and dryer are on the ground floor. If you enter from Etruria Street, the laundry room is immediately to your left. Other things to note Getting Around: Parking: Your stay includes a dedicated, covered parking spot, a rare and convenient find in this neighborhood. Transit: You really don't need a car! We are both fully vaccinated and require all guests to be, too. The space A set of French doors gives you a private entrance, with an electronic doorkey. There is also a small porch to relax and enjoy the garden views. You will have the chance to see the hummingbirds as they drink from the pond fountains. Guest access Use of back lawn or front courtyard to enjoy the sun and garden. In summer, the vegetable and berry garden will be full of wonderful nibbles. You’ll have the entire space to yourself, offering a cozy and tranquil home base while being in the lower level of our family home. Experience the best of Seattle with comfort and convenience in this idyllic getaway. Note: although there are 3 other UNUSABLE doors in the unit ( one a storage room, one an unavailable art studio, and one the access to our upper home) you are alone in the unit. No one else down there but you! You’re also welcome to sit in the front garden on the bench. Guest access You have access to the guest room, kitchenette, shower and bathroom and outside bench space. Please note that this unit is not wheel chair accessible. There is a step from the stairs to the garden pathway, and the private entrance is around to the right side of the home. The views from the loft bedroom are simply stunning. Our tiny home is located in Queen Anne which is the closest neighborhood to downtown Seattle The space Everything brand new ! 10x10 ( 100 sq. Ft plus loft) luxury tiny house with kitchenette, wall heater, private entrance and shower toilet combination with beautiful Moroccan tiles. Plenty of outlets including USB and high speed internet. Nespresso machine and pods . This is an incredibly cozy private tiny house nestled under a 100 year old pine tree. Fremont and Queen Anne are both walking distance but (with a few hills) , and both neighborhoods have tons of restaurants, coffee shops, bars, street markets, ect. Downtown is a 7 minute drive away. This tiny house is best suited for close couples or singles and does not have a lot of luggage storage space. The only thing I ask is to keep conversations on the back deck to a low-ish level between 9pm and 10pm, and pretty much refrain from making much noise on the back deck after 10pm. Also, all the houses in this part of Seattle are about 100 years old. Noise (foot falls and muffled voices) can travel pretty easily in this house, which is why I prefer to keep have single guests, and charge more for extra guests. Stay 365: Cozy Modern Guesthouse

For lease, a beautiful 1 bed, 750 sq ft condo a stones throw from the heart of Fremont, Ballard and Queen Anne. Situated by the Fremont Shipping Canal, the condo offers easy access to local neighborhoods and downtown. Several bus routes, including the 40, 3, 4, and 62 also run within a couple of minutes of the apartment block. 

The condo features a large bedroom, attached bathroom and spacious living area with all mod cons. There is plenty of storage inside in addition to a storage locker. In addition the building has a great roof terrace (only one floor up) and an assigned indoor parking space/bike storage. 

The condo is available from the beginning of December (can be earlier if needed), with a lease running until the end of April (potential to extend). Potential for some furniture to be included if of interest.
