The spacious master bedroom has a king bedroom with nice desk and workspace and an en suite bathroom with shower. The other bedroom has twin bunkbeds and a queen bed with lots of closet space. There's a guest bathroom with a full tub and shower in the hallway. We have a young family so provide plenty of books, toys, puzzles, and family games to keep you all entertained when not adventuring in the outdoors. We are cooks and keep our kitchen well stocked. You'll also enjoy meals or a good book on our new Trex backporch (no splinter worries for the little ones!). Our HVAC was fully redone in 2022 and a Coway HEPA filter is also available in the case mountain air becomes smokey in the summer. We hope you love our home as much as we do! Our tranquil home is tucked away in the trees, yet located just 2 minutes from the Village. We believe that relaxation begins with comfortability and we have tried to make our home as comfortable as possible. We want this to feel like an escape, where people can gather and relax. All are welcome (including your pup) and we hope you enjoy our home in the heart of Sunriver! Guest access You have access to the entire home. We also offer the front portion of our garage for guests to store their adventure equipment. Please note the garage is under 24 hr. video surveillance to ensure the safekeeping of all valuables. *We do not have SHARC passes* Other things to note Guests: We have a maximum capacity of 4 adults, with a total guest count (kiddos included) at 6. There is a king bed both downstairs and upstairs but unfortunately, the bunk beds do not support additional adults. If the guest count exceeds what is allowed, there is a $50/pp charge for each night stayed. Pets (2 maximum with a $75 pet fee, per pet): We are so excited to welcome your pets in our home. We do have a maximum of 2 dogs, please do not exceed this number, or there will be additional fees. If pet waste or damage is found, there is a minimum fine of $25. However, this fine could go up and is dependent on the cleaning crew. Please don't have your pet ruin it for the rest of us. Parking: We only have parking available for 2 vehicles. We do not allow, under any conditions, RVs to be parked on site. We are happy to provide you with information on where to park your RV if you are traveling with one. Please be aware that RV parking must be reserved with plenty of advance notice. Winter Months: During the winter months, the exterior spaces of the home can be extremely slick. We have a plow service come plow the driveway and we leave a snow shovel available for you during your stay. We do ask that you use caution when entering and exiting the home. Summer Months: In the warmer season, biking around is our favorite mode of transportation. With that, we allow our guests access to store bikes in the front portion of the garage. This space is under 24 hour video surveillance to ensure the safekeeping of all valuables. Our home is nestled in the beautiful wooded community of Sunriver, offering guests a true Pacific Northwest experience. As with any home in a forested setting, occasional visits from small outdoor critters like ants or spiders may occur, especially during warmer months. We have regular pest control measures in place and do our best to minimize their presence, but nature is always nearby in this special location! Additionally, your summer stay may unfortunately coincide with fire season. We are not liable and will not reimburse for poor air quality.
