It is rented as a 3 bedroom (king beds in each bedroom) 2 bath, Full kitchen, Living Room, Laundry Room. The space o Three spacious bedrooms with very comfortable king size sleep number beds. The beds are adjustable firmness on each side. o The walkway to the apartment's entrance has a rock path that runs along side of the house with a some stairs. It is not ideal for strollers nor wheelchairs unfortunately. o The basement patio has comfy outdoor furniture to relax and enjoy the view. Guest access The walk out basement rental has its own entrance and patio at the rear/lake side of the home. The main living space (kitchen, living room and all of the bedrooms are completely locked off from above) and totally separate. The Co-Host does normally reside upstairs in the home but will not access the basement apartment space. He is rarely there except to sleep. Other things to note Easy check-in/check out. I will provide you a newly made door code that only works for your visit dates the day before you arrive. The space The culdesac is tight and does not have much room for street parking, so you'll be limited to 3 cars. We ask to please park in the driveway/garage and front of the house as much as possible. We are flexible with number of people if additional guests wish to stay on an inflatable air mattress. *PETS: We are Pet Friendly. There will be an extra $75 cleaning fee. Maximum 2 dogs per stay. The town of Monument offers shopping, great restaurants, parks, playgrounds, farmer markets. Major Grocery Stores, Walmart, and most stores are just 5 - 10 minute drive. We are steps from the Glen Park with play equip. & the Reservoir Trail head. Enjoy the true Colorado experience by being surrounded by nature while enjoying the close proximity to town, restaurants & Colorado Springs! The space The entire home is yours during your stay. The Glen house has 4 bedrooms(3 bedrooms plus a loft room); all located on the top floor, three full bathrooms, a King primary bedroom with a huge full attached master bathroom and walk-in closet. The second bedroom has a full over full bunk bed & a twin over twin bunkbed(be careful of the ceiling fan). The third bedroom has a bunkbed and is the style of a loft. It has an open "window" that overlooks the Living room downstairs. There is plenty of room for 13! The living space downstairs has vaulted ceilings and comfortable seating. You'll see deer and enjoy the peaceful surroundings during your stay. The home is a little older & perfectly imperfect, but so lovely and so comfortable for a family get away. Our goal is to offer you every amenity stated in our listing. That being said, sometimes things break and some amenities may not be available for part or even all of your stay & are typically not reimburse able. If you notice a problem, we trust you will bring it to our attention right away. If we know of an issue we will fix it ahead of your stay or notify you.
