This unique property is in Cypress, NW of Houston in a country setting yet close to all amenities, best restaurants and shopping venues: the Outlet Mall is 10 min away, 30 min to downtown and Bush International Airport. Located in a 4-ac lot this property has 5 spacious bedrooms, a chef’s kitchen and fantastic living area for a large group to enjoy with comfort. Large private pool and SPA with various water falls, diving and sliding features are paradise for the young hearted. Other things to note The hot tub is bigger than normal and could hold more than 10 guests. The heater seems has a limited of 104F on temperature, it is understandable that too high temperature could hurt people inside. Each time when I am in it, in the day or night, the warm water will give me a feeling of relaxation and merging into nature, especially at night. It will not get to steamy level because of the temperature limit of the equipment. The pool can be heated. However, it may take at least 6 hours to warm it, and 6-12 hours to maintain the warm water. Since each 12 hours of heating could cost fuel fee of about $150. Therefore, we may have to ask for a fuel fee compensation if you want to maintain a warm water pool in the winter.

Please note that we have a 2 night minimum stay. A pond stocked with Bass and catfish with a covered fishing pier is the perfect spot to go fishing! We provide some fishing gear but you should bring your own if you are a serious fisherman! The pond and the white house at the end of the pier also provides a picture perfect spot for proposals and small celebrations. There is a covered outdoor kitchen area perfect for grilling and entertaining and we have a smoker. A huge Master Suite with a King bed as well as a Twin DayBed with a ginormous bathroom with step in shower and jetted tub. We do our absolute best to keep the pool in pristine condition, but when it rains, hails, sleets, freezes, etc. it is impossible to control a 70,000 pool. We realize that most renters are hosting family and friends and we want to ensure the best possible experience but ask that you keep in mind that Texas weather can wreak havoc on all of our plans. If weather affects the temperature or appearance of the pool, we ask for patience while we use every imagineable treatment possible but we will not be issuing any refunds due to Mother Nature. The pool is not heated. However, if you choose to request it to be heated, you will need to pay $500 for the first 2 days then $250 per day after that. We do not guarantee a specific temperature and will not refund the heating fee if it rains or weather affects the ability of the heater to keep the pool warm (snow, downpour, hail will throw off the temperature no matter what we do).
