Here, you're a 5 min drive to Overlook park, 10 mins to the Chattanooga Zoo and downtown attractions like the Tennessee Aquarium, Bluff View Art District, Chattanooga Lookout Stadium and endless shopping and dining experiences. We would love to host you in our home! The space You'll enter the home through the front door with a code that will be provided to you at check-in. Walk left from the foyer and you will be in the main living space. The living room features two sleeper sofas and the original fireplace (Not for use). On your right is the dining room with a table for 6! Just past the dining room is the fully-equipped kitchen; ready for all your cooking needs! The laundry room is off the kitchen on the left. Through the original french doors is the master bedroom with a queen and full bed. There is an ensuite full bathroom. The second bedroom has a double bed and there is a queen in the third bedroom. They both share the hallway bathroom. Don't forget to check out the spacious backyard with a cute porch, charcoal grill and picnic table! This is a transitioning neighborhood. We have had some guests who say they do not like the neighborhood. We think it is great, and we love our family-friendly neighborhood and have never had any security issues or concerns., but we recognize that every guest has different life experiences. Please do not book this house if our neighborhood makes you uncomfortable. If you do decide to cancel after arriving, it will be subject to our moderate cancellation policy. Guest access The house has a digital keypad at the front door which will provide you access to the house. The code will be provided upon check-in. You will have full and private access to the home. Other things to note To provide guests with additional sense of security, we have also installed a ring security system, along with a digital door lock. This allows for remote entry and a sense of privacy and security. We require a signed rental agreement and for guest to be 15 years of age to book. I purchased this newly built home in 2024 and furnished it with all new furniture, TVs, dishes, towels, beds, sheets, etc. The house is occupied during the week, so you have condiments, spices, oils, coffee pods, and various staples for cooking, which make your trip more enjoyable. No need to stop at the grocery store for basics. All three bedrooms have hybrid mattresses, mattress encasements, mattress pads, and 100% cotton sheets. In addition, you have 100% cotton plush towels, and ample storage. The fully fenced flat yard is perfect for outside entertaining with a 7-piece dining set. Games, puzzles, books, and cookbooks will entertain you during inclement weather and the desk with multiple monitors, super-fast WiFi, and a Wi-Fi printer will keep you productive and in touch with work, if necessary. This allows for remote entry and a sense of privacy and security. We require a signed rental agreement and for guest to be 21 years of age to book. If you notify us of your intent to cancel prior to the lapse of the free cancellation period, we will return 97% of your payment. The other 3% will already have been collected by the credit card processing company, and we have no way to return that portion of the payment. We are a pet friendly home. Pets must be crated when they are left unattended in the home. We do not allow pets on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. All pets require a non-refundable pet fee. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. In the event that a security deposit is collected, we will retain all or part of the security deposit to cover any costs associated with additional cleaning due to pets.

Dogs are welcome and the BACK YARD IS FENCED. FIRM 2 DOG LIMIT and the females must be spayed. There are televsions in all 3 bedrooms. The space The location of the property is centrally located to downtown, hospitals, and the attractions. It is tastefully decorated so that it feels like home away from home. Breakfast consists of Little Debbies and coffee. No cats and No Parties ($500 fee). DEAREST PARENTS, if you know your children have "accidents" in the bed, PLEASE bring pull-ups. Mattress's are very expensive. My insurance will not allow chows, pit bulls, or dobermans or any of these three mixes. "Makin' Memories" Bungalow (1340 sq ft) was originally built in 1919 and was an original Mill House, also known as a Shotgun House. I has had numerous add- ons over the last 110 years. The house has been totally gutted and remodeled with new electric, and plumbing. The Battle of Missionary Ridge was fought on this property, located on a 2 block street. It is convenient to the downtown area and all the hospitals. 2 miles to downtown. No military discounts. 2 DOGS ONLY. The space DEAREST PARENTS, if you know your children have "accidents" in the bed, PLEASE bring pull-ups. Mattress's are expensive. The house was an original shotgun house built in 1919. It is 1340 square feet. It was a mill house that has been added on to over the years. I have found old horse shoes and civil war bullets in the flower beds. I lived in this house for three years, after I had my old one demolished in 2010 and the new one built in 2013. This house was on the Hamilton County Garden Show in 2013. Two dedicated parking spots are provided directly off the road. The building has perimeter security cameras and steel auto-locking doors — guests consistently tell us they feel very safe inside. Other things to note A few things to know upfront so there are no surprises: - Road noise is unavoidable. We're on a busy thoroughfare, and ambulances pass by on their way to local hospitals, so you'll hear sirens at times. A white noise machine is provided to help. - Parking takes some care. Our two dedicated spots require pulling in and out directly from the busy roadway, which is uncomfortable for some drivers. We recommend backing in when possible, especially during rush hour. No overflow or off-site parking is available. Only park in spaces marked “Reserved Parking - Moonrise Guests Only” - Second floor, one flight of stairs, no elevator. - Small building with two other units on the floor — not a private standalone home, but it has its own character. - The neighborhood isn't especially walkable, so you'll want a car. All major Chattanooga hospitals are within about 3 miles.

Central to downtown Chattanooga with plenty of hiking, biking and tourist attractions nearby. Super close to great restaurants and views. Rental is the entire basement with 2 bed rooms a jacuzzi bathroom, rec room with tv and walkout basement, laundry room available if requested . Private from second floor. There is a back patio area with semi fenced in yard you have access too. Dogs are welcome if notified in advance as I have dogs in the property as well. The space You will be renting out the basement to our home. There are 2 full bedrooms with a bathroom with a jacuzzi only. There is a hand held shower. Laundry room is available if needed. Large common area with tv and dvds, back patio with semi fenced in yard as well. Other things to note This is a quiet neighborhood and I will not allow parties or loudness after reasonable hours. Please be courteous of the neighbors.
