Please note that the HOA prohibits parking trailers, campers, or similar vehicles in our driveway. No parking passes are needed.   BEACH SERVICE ⭐ Bring your own beach chairs and equipment to relax on our sugar sand beaches with breathtaking Emerald Blue Waters! Or have a Beach Setup Service provide you with all the beach chairs and umbrellas you'll need!  POOL ⭐ There is a fun community pool in between the two townhome buildings! No alcohol or glass is allowed near the pool/hot tub. You are not to use this amenity if you have consumed alcohol or are pregnant.
