Mid-stay services are available upon request but are not included in the booking fee. Same-Day Bookings Bookings made on the day of check-in are subject to availability. If a guest has checked out on the same day, we may not be able to guarantee a 3 pm check-in due to required housekeeping. Guests who booked in advance are prioritised. No refunds will be provided for delayed check-ins resulting from same-day booking limitations. Early Check-In Standard check-in time is 3 pm.
