This historic home was built in the early 1900s and later added onto in the the later years. I have been lucky enough to travel over the years and have stayed in hotels and vacation houses all over. I have taken all the things I've loved and put it into this home. This home will not disappoint. The space We had one rule as we put this home together and it was, if I was staying in a vacation home what what I want. I'll be honest, I am picky and like the nicer things. You will see that this home has all the nicer things and is ready to host. I have been lucky enough to host much of my family in my own home and always get the same response "I wish my house was this nice". I have taken what I have learned and what I have experienced in my own travels and dumped into this house. You will find that every detail has been thought through. From the board games in the living room, to the fully equipped kitchen to the king sized beds, it has all been thought of. As you walk through the home you will find décor from stores like Pottery Barn, Rejuvenation, Crate and Barrel and more. The hot water in the downstairs shower is backwards. You barely need to turn the water on (this is usually the cold side) and let it run for several minutes to allow time to heat up.
