The Guest voluntarily assumes all risks associated with the use of the hot tub, whether known or unknown. Conditions of Use: 1. Age Requirement: Guests under the age of 18 are not permitted to use the hot tub without direct adult supervision. 2. Health Precautions: Guests with health concerns, including but not limited to pregnancy, heart conditions, or skin sensitivities, should consult a physician before using the hot tub. 3. Safety Rules: Guests agree to abide by all safety rules posted at the Property and to use the hot tub in a manner that does not endanger themselves or others. Do not use, or allow the hot tub to be used, alone. 4. No Glass: Glass containers are strictly prohibited in or near the hot tub area. 5. Cover: The hot tub cover must be replaced after each use to maintain water temperature and cleanliness. 6. Duration: To avoid overheating, Guests are advised not to use the hot tub for longer than 15-minute intervals. 7. Alcoholic beverages should not be consumed before or during hot tub use. The temperature of the water may intensify the effects of alcohol and cause drowsiness, dizziness and/or unconsciousness. Release of Liability: The Guest hereby releases, waives, discharges, and covenants not to sue the Owner, the Owner’s agents, employees, and any other parties involved in the ownership and management of the Property, from any and all liability to the Guest (which includes but is not limited to the Guest’s family, friends and invitees), their personal representatives, assigns, heirs, and next of kin for any loss or damage, and any claim or demands therefore, on account of bodily harm, or injury to any person or damage to property, arising out of or related to the use of the hot tub at the Property, whether caused by the negligence, conduct and acts of the Owner or otherwise. Come on in, kick off your shoes, relax and enjoy our private, approx. 1700 sq. ft. house to welcome a maximum of 6 (six) people. All guests must be able to climb stairs as all bedrooms and full bathrooms are located on the second floor. This bright 3-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom home is just a short drive from Sandwich Village, Town Neck Beach, and the Sandwich Boardwalk. The home offers everything you need for a stay to remember. Conveniently located near Route 6 and Route 6A. Quick and easy access on and off the Cape, near numerous restaurants and family friendly activities. A skateboard park, pickleball courts and new bike path are just down the street. We offer our beach pass to registered guests to access the private freshwater pond nearby, or simply hop onto the highway to drive to other Cape Cod towns and beaches for the day. On the 1st floor you will find the bright and cozy living room with a couch and comfy chair, a TV and gas fireplace. The fully equipped kitchen includes stainless-steel appliances, a glass stovetop, full size oven, microwave-oven, dishwasher, a Keurig coffee maker, a French Press, a 4-slice toaster, pots, pans, dishes, bowls, cups, glasses, eating and cooking utensils. A breakfast bar (seats 2), the breakfast table (seats 4). The formal Dining Room (seats 6) and the Laundry Room with washer & dryer and Half Bath are just down the hall. Step outside through the slider door and onto the deck furnished with a gas grill, outdoor table and chairs. Enjoy the sights and sounds of nature in our beautifully landscaped yard and the natural woods of Cape Cod. Enjoy your morning coffee or evening glass of wine while listening to the birds sing, watch the bunnies hopping by and the turkeys out for their daily stroll. All bedrooms and full bathrooms are located on the 2nd floor. Each bedroom includes blackout curtains. Bedroom #1 is furnished with a Queen size bed, a TV, nightstand, lamp, a small glass desk, lighted makeup mirror, six drawer dresser, a walk-in closet including 2 suitcase stands, an iron and ironing board and hair dryer. On the opposite side of this spacious room is an additional closet with 1 suitcase stand, and a portable fan. The attached ensuite bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower, vanity, sink and toilet. Bedroom #2 is furnished with a Queen size bed, nightstand, lamp, six drawer dresser, 2 suitcase stands, a small desk with a lamp, a lighted makeup mirror, and a closet with a portable fan. Bedroom #3 is furnished with 2 single beds, a nightstand, lamp, a dresser, 2 suitcase stands and a closet with a portable fan.
