Welcome to our beautiful artistic tropical paradise in a quite neighborhood and very close to the beach and all the downtown restaurants and shops. The beautiful open-aired pool area is perfect during the day and magical at night and includes a heated spa, heated pool, a sunshelf with umbrella, a bubbler, a larger umbrella for the lounging area, a large hammock, and a covered screened lanai with a grill, a firepit, and a triple sliding screen door. The inside of the house is unlike any other. Other things to note I'm currently dealing with an endless argument with AirBNB about the one customer review claiming their group was bitten by bedbugs. I immediately had a professional company come and look at the place and there were and are no bedbugs. I have documentation from this company if desired.

The kitchen is stocked with brand-new Whirpool appliances. It also offers brand-new utilities and utensils as plates, bowls, silverware, toaster, blender, coffee machine, and glasses. Other things to note The pool is heated during the wintertime only (December-March) If you need the pool to be heated, different time of the winter season, there will be an extra charge of $50 per day. Please give us at least 24 hrs advance so we can get the pool heat on!!! Also, this is not a jacuzzi,this is a outside open pool , which means the temperature for the pool can not go more than 70 F.

The lanai around it is a comfortable place to rest and relax. Please check out the pictures. There is ample parking on our driveway, so please do not park on the street. The space We have added many kitchen items, as well as bikes and beach gear. The pool and screen cage is now finished! Its a great space we think our guests will enjoy. As a stand alone single family home, there are no other guests to worry about so you can be assured of privacy for you and yours. We hope that you will love this home as much as we do, and help us to make sure we add whatever is needed to make your stay as memorable as possible. We are very close to the Naples airport, but as a private airport, any noise is minimal. The main airstrip goes out over the gulf. Our house is very well insulated, so when they do use the auxiliary runway, if you are inside, you will not hear it. Guest access The home is accessed using an electronic lock code. We also have a Ring doorbell for safety and so we can better help you out if you are having trouble getting in. You will have access to the entire home. The pool is now complete and screened in. There are alarms on all doors and windows on pool side. Just push button on the frame before opening the door to enter or exit. If the alarm goes off, just push the button to silence it, and close the door. Part of the garage will be accessible for your bikes and toys. We have beach toys and accessories stored in the garage as well as a 5 bikes for your use. Please respect that at certain times of the year, we may have a car in the garage during your stay. Other things to note Shopping, restaurants, and Breweries, oh my! There is something for everyone. Downtown Naples for those with real money, Tin City for those less affluent, and craft Breweries for the beer snobs. We will even try to have a couple empty growlers here you can use for trade, as long as everyone plays fair. The Naples Botanical Gardens for those with green thumbs. This changes all the time, so you can visit every time you are here, and see different things. What would Florida be without beaches, and of course Naples has many of them. It is a 3 mile bike ride through the mangroves and city street green way to Naples beach. If you have a car, our personal favorite is Clam Pass Park. It is a short car ride away, and they have a free golf cart ride to get yourself and some of your beach essentials to the beach. There is even a fireplace and we have also provided some family games which you will find in the media console below the TV. The dining area is perfect for indoor entertaining - it seats 8. The fully equipped kitchen, includes a breakfast bar and if you are a coffee lover, you'll find everything you'll need. There is a choice of a Keurig or regular coffee machine, a french press and even a coffee bean grinder, as well as starter amounts of Keurig pods, ground coffee, sugar. The refrigerator has a water and ice dispenser, essential for those hot Florida days and you will find all major appliances, as well as many small ones, including a toaster, a blender for those healthy morning smoothies, a hand mixer, and much more. . The master suite, occupies one side of the house, and overlooks the pool and has private access from the bedroom. It has a comfortable king-sized bed and leads through to a large walk-in closet, and private ensuite bathroom. The master bathroom has a large soaking tub, a double vanity, a walk-in shower, and a separate toilet. There is a hairdryer, make-up mirror and we supply shampoo, conditioner, body-wash, and hand soap for your convenience. On the opposite side of the living areas are the 3 guest bedrooms and 2 guest bathrooms. The guest bedroom at the back of the house has a king size bed, a smart TV and plenty of closet space. There is a bathroom next door to it with a walk in shower and the entire hallway can be closed off to create a private suite. The bathroom also has access to the pool deck. The second hallway leads to a queen guest room, a twin guest room, and a shared bathroom, with a tub/shower combination. Both bedrooms have smart TVs, and closets for your clothes storage. For our tiny guests, there is a pack ‘n play and a highchair - stored in the master bedroom closet. All the beds are new and the mattresses and pillows have sealed coverings which are 100% bed bug proof. The bedding is new and comfortable to sleep in and all duvet covers are fully washable and laundered after each guest stay. The laundry room is equipped with a washer and dryer and basic supplies and has access to the 2-car garage. Feel free to park in the garage. The second (smaller garage) is reserved for the owners. In the garage, you will find a variety of pool inflatables, as well as 2 adult bikes and 2 kids bikes for your use. And for those Florida beach days, we have beach chairs, beach umbrella, beach cart, cooler, beach towels and beach toys for the younger guests. The home is professionally maintained and cared for throughout the year. It's 5 minutes from Tin City and Naples Bay. There is a large screened lanai for soaking up the sun and enjoying South Florida weather. It features a grill, seating area, and outdoor dining table. Free parking on-site. The house is located in a quiet and safe neighborhood of single family homes. The space As you enter the front door, you walk into an open living space that combines the living room, dining area, and kitchen. The kitchen is fully stocked. There two master bedrooms on opposite sides of the house. They both have king sized beds. Bedroom three has full bunkbeds. Bedroom 4 has 1 queen bed. There is a third bathroom between bedrooms 3 and 4. Outside Master bedroom 2, there is a dedicated workspace. There are four French doors that lead to the lanai. There is a French door from each master bedroom, one from the dedicated work space, and one near the dining area. There is large covered space and a large uncovered lanai space. In the covered space, you'll find an outdoor dining area, grill, and refrigerator. In the uncovered space, we have set up a canopy with an outdoor seating area. The outdoor area has string lights all around it to create a nice ambience for evenings outside. If you exit the lanai, you'll find a putting green. We keep a few golf balls and putters available. In the garage, you'll find the washer and dryer. You'll also find beach chairs, a cooler, and a beach umbrella. Guest access You'll have access to the entire home. Other things to note Guests are required to electronically sign a rental agreement and upload government-issued ID. Garbage pick up is on Thursday. Garbage and recycling are picked up on Mondays. A perfect location to sit in the hot tub and enjoy the sunset. Also part of the lanai, is a shaded patio area with a dining table, ceiling fans and a barbecue. The space The spacious house offers separate bedroom and bathroom areas with linen and towels, a fully equipped kitchen, and an open-concept great room looking out to the lanai. Our private gated-community provides communal pools including a lap pool, tennis courts, pickleball courts, basketball courts and a children's play area. Also, enjoy a day at the beach with the chairs, towels and beach items provided. Other things to note The cleaning fee of $360.00 includes the $100.00 registration fee for the Briarwood Association as it is a gated community.
