Our home is very family oriented and is located on a quiet side street in the neighborhood. It’s also walking distance to downtown and the beach. Galveston Bagel Company and Bambu Mexican Grill are also a block away! The space The 1921 is a unique 1900 sq ft craftsman bungalow centrally located in Historic Galveston. The home has 3 bedrooms with 1 king bed, 1 queen bed, and 2 double beds. There is plenty of living space for large families. The home features a massive front porch which almost always has a cooling breeze coming off the gulf! The home is also fully fenced on a huge piece of property with an incredible 100 year old wrought iron fence out front and a 150 year old brick wall on the side! The home still has all the original architectural details including hardwoods, craftsman-style trim, French doors, original windows, and tall ceilings. Sinatra House Down, Walk to Pleasure Pier and Fun

Our vacation rental, The Pelican Cove, is just 2 short blocks from the beach, a mere 3 minute walk from the seawall, less than a mile away from Pleasure Pier. Our house has free wifi, two 40" smart TVs with access to many streaming services available for use, and is pet friendly! There is a place for 6 people to sleep comfortably and maybe max 9 people to fit in the house, if using the sofa. The space Our vacation rental is two blocks from the beach / Seawall Blvd., it is less than a mile away from Pleasure Pier, maybe a 15 minute walk. Accommodates 6 COMFORTABLY, up to 8-9 using couches or an extra mattress. We have 3 bedrooms, the master bedroom has a king size bed with it's own private bathroom. The other rooms: the first bedroom has a queen size bed with a couch in the room, the second room has two twin size beds, there is an extra mattress provided, there's also a couch in the living room. The house has it's own kitchen with cooking utensils, it has 1 bathroom (apart from the master). Our house is also wifi capable!! We have 2 TVs provided, one in the master bedroom and a SMART TV is in the living room (both HDTV and with DVD players), we also have a private collection of DVDs for your viewing pleasure. There is also a small iPod speaker where you can dock your iPod/iPhone (not newer models) it also has a CD/Radio. We also have a multi-charger USB dock where all you need is your USB cable! Charge your iPhone, Samsung, HTC, camera, portable speaker, etc. whatever you can charge via USB you can charge with this! Although with some models it may not work (maybe older models), but it works for most! Linen is provided. In our backyard we have deck including BBQ grill and outdoor furniture, it's private, fenced off and covered (as of April 2014) PETS We are animal people too, so you may keep your pet but we've had experience with tenants bringing large animals that caused problems, so small animals will be allowed, they must be house trained, medium/large pets will be considered and will be charged a fee! Please let us know how many pets will be staying, 1-2 are okay but anymore than that we will have to consider. There is FREE on-street parking, and since the house is so close to Seawall Blvd., you can save money. No parking meters.
