Not one, but 2 ice cream shops and a coffee shop are within half a mile. Downtown Sarasota has an amazing assortment of restaurants. Plus, 3 more bedrooms and 2 workspaces Registration #VR24-00079 The space Our pool features a sun shelf with 2 pool loungers, spill over hot tub, and a deep-end bench. The total dimensions are 30' x 12'. We also have 4 deck loungers, a daybed, a 2-person hammock, a floating mat, and a regular pool cleaner. Pool & Hot Tub: We have a saltwater pool that is a 25'x12' ft (max 5’ deep) with 7' sun shelf. We also have a hot tub that is 5’ x 12’ with a spillway into the pool. Both the Spa and Pool are heated on a schedule during your stay. And there is an outdoor shower to rinse off. (It is facet fed, so would need to turn on before and turn off after stay) Backyard Patio: The Lanai features a large sectional sofa and a fire pit. There is a Traeger wood pellet grill for BBQing and an outdoor dining table that seats 8. The deck is paved with Marbella shell stone. (We provide propane gas for the firepit and pellets for the Traeger grill. We will refill if empty. Technology: We provide WIFI on both 2.5ghz & 5ghz signals. There is a wireless access point upstairs and downstairs for connectivity. The speeds are fully capable of Zoom calls and online streaming. There are A/C and heating units for both upstairs and downstairs with temperature controls via Google Nest. Living Room: features a large sectional sofa and an additional love seat. There is a 65" smart TV against a light-up media wall where you can watch Amazon Video for your streaming entertainment. Kitchen: We provide full cookware and utensils. There is a large French door refrigerator & bottom freezer with ice maker. There are 12 large & small plates and bowls, drinking glasses, wine glasses and 8 coffee mugs. You can cook on the electric stove, oven, microwave, toaster and we have a coffee maker & french press as well. Additionally there is a walk in pantry and kitchen island with 4 barstools. (we supply dishwasher pods) Dinning Room: We have a large 8 person dinning table with 8 chairs. Adjacent to the kitchen is a large dining area with seating for up to 12. The main house offers 3 large bedrooms and 2 well appointed bathrooms. The bed configuration is as follows: Bedroom 1 is just off the living room and is separated by french doors with privacy curtains. This room offers sleeping for up to 4 guests with two stand alone twin beds as well a twin over twin bunk bed. An open shelf closet, nightstand and mounted tv complete the set up. Bedroom 2 is located on the Master wing of the house with good separation from the Master bedroom and with easy access to the guest bathroom. This room offers a queen bed with two nightstands, a dresser and a large reach in closet. A large flat screen tv sits on top of the dresser. The Master bedroom is huge and offers a king bed with two nightstands, a dresser and a mounted tv on one of two shiplap accent walls. The Master has a zen feel and offers a large walk in closet, separate water closet/toilet area, and a recently remodeled spa-like bathroom with tiled shower, and double vanity sinks. Access to the courtyard and pool area is available from the master bedroom through a secure exterior door. Step beyond the kitchen and dining area to an exterior covered breezeway to find a laundry closet to the right as well as a beach essentials closet to the left. The keypad enabled door between both closets grants access to the guest house which features a full living room with two large sofas including a queen pullout sleeper sofa as well as two club chairs. The seating centers on a large flat screen tv and a cubby filled with board games . Adjacent to the living area is a full kitchen and eat-in kitchen area as well as a second washer and dryer. Beyond the living space is a large bedroom with King bed, 2 night stands and mounted flat screen. This 2nd Master offers a walk in closet and full en suite bathroom. Beyond the breezeway and into the courtyard is where you'll be reminded why you came. A large glistening pebble tec heated saltwater pool awaits with an in-ground heated spa and large sun shelf that allows you to stay dry with your toes in the water. Great location, 10 min from downtown Sarasota, 10 min from Siesta key Beach, 20 minutes to lido beach! The space This comfortable and spacious house is 2,580 sq ft with 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and a large fenced outdoor area with a private swimming pool (not heated). The house is located in a residential area (dead end street), really close to great amenities. You will feel right at home in this relaxing house! The living room is cozy with its comfortable couches, ottoman, coffee tables, wooden floor, large windows with a direct view and access to the pool and the garden. The white, beige, and blue shades give the room a relaxing atmosphere. You will like how pleasant it feels. A second living room features two taupe couches, a large TV and a coffee table. There are two big windows that bring in the light and an access to the pool. A relaxation room overlooks the living room. Armchairs, coffee table, desk allows you to stand back to work or read. The dining room is open to the kitchen with a nice table for 8 guests. The open-plan kitchen is equipped with all amenities: microwave, oven, fridge, freezer, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, blender, and dishwasher. The master bedroom features a king size bed with a sleek white and grey decoration, a dressing room, two windows. You then have access to the master bathroom that includes, a tub-shower, 2 sinks and a toilet. The second bedroom features two single size beds, and the third and fourth one has queen size beds. The decoration is simple in tones of beige and blue. The bedrooms have big windows, dressing room and nightstands. The second bathroom has been completely renovated, has a shower, sink, toilet, mirror, a clothes washer and a dryer. The spacious swimming-pool is great to enjoy the average year-round temperature of 73 Fahrenheit degrees (23 Celsius degrees). Please, be aware that the pool is not heated. There is also an access to the Philippi Creek. With its table for 8, an outdoor living room and its tikki bar. The garden is beautiful with lush landscaping, palm trees and other tropical plants. The space This property is leased on a first come, first serve basis. If we reply the property is available, it is at that moment, but may become unavailable before you can book it. The top floor is the Main bedroom has a California King bed with a full bathroom and beautiful porch to relax. On the porch of the primary bedroom we have an infrared sauna with Ozone disinfecting. Also on the top floor you will find another bedroom with a full bed & its own private full bathroom as well. 2nd floor will be two bedrooms that share a full bath. One of the bedrooms on the 2nd floor has a queen bed and its own covered porch. The other bedroom has two twin beds.
