There is also easy access to the outback terrain from our street, for off-road riding! Our 2300 sq foot, 4 bedroom, 4 bath pool house is a very charming home with boat parking. One of the bed/bath is a cute spacious Casita with separate entrance for more privacy if needed. Plenty of room for a large group to stay and play. The space This home is only 4 miles to the famous London Bridge, the beautiful Lake Havasu State Park, the quaint downtown shopping areas, and a number of delicious restaurants. When you are relaxing on the backyard patio, there is a private pool, a bar-b-que, numerous lounge-chairs, a fire pit, and plenty of other outdoor seating; a great place to enjoy the beautiful Arizona sunsets! If you prefer the air conditioning inside, you will enjoy an open, fully equipped kitchen, with a bar to socialize while cooking, and a large living area, complete with a wood burning fireplace! Dining area has a beautiful new table that seats up to 8. Also as a bonus area, we have a large space in the air conditioned garage, where everyone can hang out and enjoy the pool table and darts. A computer desk with monitors is also available for those working from home, or enjoy gaming. The garage is also available for parking. The space This 4 bedroom, 4 bath luxury vacation home is Designed with you in mind. The open concept kitchen area has all the necessities for food prep, cooking, baking and even a coffee station for both a single serve or a 12 cup craft. The dining table has a comfortable seating capacity of 10 with 4 stools at the island to complete the 14 guest capacity. Each bedroom was thoughtfully put together and designed for comfort and convenience. The home can support 12 -14 guest at a time with 6 beds, a folding twin bed and a spacious couch if needed. No diving is allowed, and please don’t touch the pool equipment. The pool can be heated for your stay and will be prepared on a schedule should you choose this service. Since Havasu uses Propane to heat the pool which can be expensive, there is a per day charge of $100 based on your total stay, with a minimum charge of $400. Behind the gates you will have room for at least 2-3 more boats. As you enter the front door you will walk directly into the Livingroom, to the left you will see a small hallway , 2 bedrooms and the bathroom. As you enter and look to the right yo will see the dinning area with a LARGE view window overlooking the pool area. To the right of the dinning area you will see the kitchen along with the entry door leading to the oversized master bedroom with its own private Master bathroom with a walk-in shower. There is so many details that pictures cannot capture that you will appreciate. You will really like not having any rear neighbors due to the fact that the home sits back so you don't have side neighbors breathing down you neck lol. The property features open space throughout with lots of privacy. The lot is very private and secure. As for the garage , you will enjoy how there is a wall AC unit that keeps the garage cool on those hot summer days. The poker table along with the Ping-Pong table are located in the garage along with a AMAZON ECHO that you can have play music for your enjoyment. As you enter the inside of the house you will appreciate how spacious and roomy the home is and you will get very warm feeling that just makes you want to relax. The living room features a reclining sectional and a 70' WIFI enabled TV that is situated so all seats on the couch have a great view. You will appreciate the fact that all the rooms that have ceiling fans are controlled by separate switches that control the fans and lights separately , if you just want the fan on just hit the fan switch- if you just want the light on just hit the light switch. All rooms have a charger pack on 1 outlet that will let you plug and place your phone on it so you can charge your devices. *NO GLASS OR FOOD AROUND THE POOL -if the pool needs drained it will be at the expense of the guest. On the left side of the house, you’ll find gravel parking for your cars, and on the gravel in the front there is room to park your boat. All vehicles must park on our premises. SWIMMING POOL Children must be monitored in and near our pool at all times. And young children must wear swim diapers. No diving is allowed, and please don’t touch the pool equipment. DO NOT REMOVE THE POOL VACUUM! No glass or metal around the pool area. You are welcome to heat the swimming pool for an additional $100 per night ($395 initial heating, then 100$ per night during Oct-April). Advance Notice: To ensure the pool is perfectly warm upon your arrival, please request heating at least 3 days in advance. Spa As our hot tub doesn’t have an on-site control panel, please let us know in advance of your stay which days and times you’d like to heat it. And if you’d like to make adjustments while at the house, just let us know. Heating the hot tub is an additional $35 per night. Main House: You enter through the double doors from the Courtyard into a foyer that is nicely tiled that continues everywhere you see. You can see the Dining room slightly to the left, the large Livingroom with a wood burning fireplace, super comfortable oversized down filled leather sofa and loveseat, a massive beanbag and other nice furnishings straight ahead and slightly to the right and to the far right is the beginnings of the kitchen and side door exit. The large kitchen is fitted with all of the essentials needed for creating a culinary masterpiece or just heating up some pizza. The modern refrigerator has 2 Ice Makers (One in the frig door and the other in the freezer). The tiled backsplash is unique hand-painted subway style brick and the counters are slab granite. There is plenty of cabinet space as well. A portion of the counter and cabinets serve as a place for 4 to grab a quick bite and beverage before hitting the lake, desert or town or as overflow dining for a larger party.
