Other things to note The main and top floors above the apartment are occupied by our businesses, which operate from 8-6pm, Monday-Friday and occasionally on weekends, when required. Someone from our maintenance team is on site 24/7 to address potential issues that arise and inform us of any violations of our house rules that they observe. All guests must be registered. For example, if your booking is for 4, only 4 are allowed at any time. If you need to alter your reservation to the accurate number of guests, you may do so by sending an alteration request. There is a maximum occupancy of 6. Any guest found with more than the number listed in their booking will be charged a penalty of $50 per day, per guest. If a guest is found with more than 6 in the apartment at any time, they will be asked to leave immediately. Due to numerous issues we have had with this issue, we will not make exceptions. We appreciate your understanding.

The space The home has a large living room area with a L-shaped sectional and 2 recliners. Off of the livingroom is a bunkbed room with beds for 2 guest, children or adults. From there you enter the hallway with the master bedroom on the right with its own bathroom. Then on the right you will see the full bath next room is a bedroom with a queen size bed and TV, next to that is another bedroom with a queen size bed and TV. Coming out of the hallway you walk in to the dining room with sitting for 8 adults then to the kitchen with all new appliances with the last room being the utility room with a washer and dryer.
