It is a great spot for a family getaway, and has lots of living space for relaxation and quality time. The master bedroom is located on the main level and has a king bed with an ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom is on the lower level and has a queen bed with a bathroom around the corner. The third bedroom is also on the lower level and has a twin bed with a second twin bed that pulls out below it. The third bedroom also has an ensuite bathroom. The back patio is the perfect spot for watching the sunset, and the view of the gulf is fantastic. There is a grill underneath the deck, and beach towels are provided for our guests as well. Step outside the back deck and look out to the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. A great spot for fishing and snorkeling. The house has older plumbing and the water can drain slowly in some bathrooms, but it is in an amazing location and a great spot for a beach vacation! Other things to note 1) The house is older and has a few quirks. The sinks can drain slowly, but work well. 2) The outdoor shower does not have a door, just a curtain. 2) This is not a party rental. The space Sandpiper Cove is a fresh, spotless and well-appointed pool home!! With three bedrooms and two baths, this home sleeps up to six! Safety is a major priority in the home with carbon monoxide and smoke detectors, pool safety fence, caged pool and fenced yard to name a few examples! Outdoor space: The large pool, patio and backyard make for a quiet, private retreat. The yard backs up to green space and is fully fenced. There is a pool cage AND a child safety fence around the large pool. An outdoor TV allows you to catch up on the news with your morning coffee by the pool. Grill a delicious meal on the BBQ to enjoy at the outdoor dining set. Lounge in the sun or nap in the shade on the comfortable furniture! After sunset, turn on lights strung overhead and enjoy the ambiance and sounds of nature. Note: Pool is heated to 84 degrees, 12 hours per day November through March at no additional charge. Obviously, if outdoor temperatures are below 70, the pool temp may not reach 84 during the duration of the heating cycle. A barn door separates this room from the kitchen and allows some privacy from the other guests when turning in for the night. Guests should not touch the pool operating equipment for ANY REASON. Other things to note Safety is a priority to us!! We do have a safety fence installed. We ask all guests to leave the fence in place during your stay. If it is found that the fence has been taken down, it will be at your own risk in addition to your own expense. Guests will be charged a $100 fee which covers the cost of properly re-installing the fence. Responsible adult visitors should watch over even confident swimmers 100% of the time. The owner is not responsible for injury or death. Security cameras on the property provide the host and guests peace of mind. The cameras are all on the exterior of the home. They are directed at the front door, driveway, side yard/pool equipment, and backyard.
