Freshly remodeled in 2025 with a brand new, high-end kitchen and three beautifully designed bathrooms. Located less than 200 yards from private gated beach access, you’ll have the sand and surf just steps away. The neighborhood also features a community pool and sundeck for year-round enjoyment. Park your car and walk for the duration of your stay! First Floor: A private suite with direct access to the back patio, brand new full bath with bathtub for relaxing or families with little ones, full laundry area with washer and dryer. Parking: Due to my home's proximity to the beach, every guest must have a parking pass displayed in their car. Only two cars are permitted per home. You can park in the driveway and directly in front of the home. I will provide you two parking passes in the home. Failure to follow parking rules will result in the HOA towing your vehicle. Pool: Feel free to use the pool, but be courteous of others. There is no code or wristband requirement. Garage: The garage is used for owner storage and will not be available to you during your stay. Beach: Hopefully this is the reason you came to Destin, you have deeded beach access directly across Scenic Highway 98 from the crosswalk. There are chairs and umbrellas to rent on the beach, though I have provided some beach towels and chairs by the front entry way as well as on the back porch for your use! Other things to note Pets: The HOA strictly prohibits guests from bringing pets. Service animals are always welcome. Pool: The public pool is heated depending on time of year but that is left up to the HOA - it’s either heated or it isn’t and we don’t control that. The pool is typically heated for October/November and in March/April. Pool hours are from 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM. Parking: The HOA will tow vehicles that do not have a parking pass displayed, or if they are not parked in a unit's driveway or directly in front of the home. We have left two parking passes out for you in the kitchen area. You must display the visitor parking pass on the rear-view mirror of your vehicle. Make sure you have returned both parking passes at the end of your stay. Failure to return a pass will result in a $100 replacement fee. Smoking: Our home is a strictly non-smoking home. We do not permit smoking indoors or outdoors on the property. Violators of this policy will be asked to leave the home immediately and will be liable for actual cleaning charges incurred. You have deeded beach access directly across Scenic Highway 98 from the crosswalk. There are chairs and umbrellas to rent on the beach, though we've provided beach towels by the front entry way as well as some chairs on the back porch for your use! Other things to note Pets: The HOA strictly prohibits guests from bringing pets. Service animals are always welcome. Pool Temperature: The public pool is heated depending on time of year, but that decision is left up to the HOA -- we don’t have control over that. The pool is typically heated for October/November and in March/April. Pool hours are from 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM. Parking: The HOA will tow vehicles that do not have a parking pass displayed, or if they are not parked in a unit's driveway or directly in front of the home. We have left two parking passes out for you in the kitchen area. You must display the visitor parking pass on the rear-view mirror of your vehicle. Guest access Guests will have use of their own private heated saltwater pool, a gas grill, cable and WiFi throughout the home. However, guests must be granted permission by the host to change the temperature of the pool during their stay. Other things to note The driveway can accommodate 3 vehicles (perhaps 4 if the cars are small). Absolutely NO street parking or boats, jet skis, trailers, buses, RV's and/or campers. For times when both the daytime and nighttime temperatures consistently remain below 50 degrees the pool heater may not be able to reach a temperature above 78F degrees. Guest understands and agrees to the potential limitation of the pool heating during colder periods in the season.
