Our home is located less than .25 miles from the beach and .20 miles from all of the Rosemary restaurants and boutiques. Perfect home for relaxing & entertaining! The space Once you step through the front gate you will enter the private courtyard covered in natural stone. The large pool and numerous poolside gathering areas will be a favorite amongst you and your guests. There is so much space in this resort style poolside from lounge tanning chairs, to a dining table with 6 chairs, and a large sectional sofa to relax on whether you chose to be in the sun or in the shade there are so many options! A set of French Doors open into the 1st floor living space with Thermador appliances and beautifully decorated furnishings. There is a large Living room with a large sectional sofa and fireplace, full serviced kitchen including an ice machine, large dining space and a half bath all located on the 1st floor including access to an elevator for an additional activation fee. As you walk through the home to the rear of the 1st floor you will step through the 2nd set of French doors and are greeted by another outdoor living space complete with a dining area and a living area along with a flat screen tv. Lush green Japanese Yew frames three sides and offers you a choice of gathering under the bistro lights or lounge in the fully screened porch. Outside of the screened in porch is an oversized grill and a large firepit with seating to enjoy the grilling and fire! The gas fireplace which has a "sear" feature keeps up to 600 degrees. One main house that overlooks the pool, as well as the carriage house that faces the street. The main house has 4-bedrooms with a private patio and pool that can be heated for an additional fee of $50/day. The Rosemary Beach community pools and beach access points are reserved for that community, so we offer the private pool here as your own escape from the crowds. A public beach access sits at the end of our street, a three minute walk from the front door. Parking fits up to three vehicles. Overnight street parking is not available in the area, so please plan to keep vehicles on the property. This is a non smoking, no pet home. The guest who books must be 25 or older and present for the entire stay. A standard rental agreement is provided after booking and is required before arrival. It protects both you and the home, and takes only a moment to sign. This home is on a septic pump system, so a refundable $500 security deposit applies to every stay. It is a hold, not a charge. The hold is placed 2 days before check-in and released 2 days after checkout as long as nothing needs repair. You enter your card through the secure guest portal after booking. Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. We are located right off Barrett Square in the heart of Rosemary Beach. Our house sleeps 14 people, comes with six bikes, and small outdoor heated pool. Five bedrooms and five and 1/2 bathrooms makes it the perfect spot for two or three families to gather and make memories! We are a short distance from the beach and have access to four pools and all walkovers to the beach in Rosemary Beach. Our house is located at 63 Charlestown Avenue, north of 30A, directly behind Bombora Surf Shop and Barrett Square. Sit on one of the two wrap around porches and watch the activity without having to leave your house! We are right around the corner from the cabana pool and playground. You will love the open living, dining and kitchen area on the first floor, which is perfect for hanging out and relaxing with the family. Tall ceilings and hardwood floors throughout the house make for a spacious feel. Decorated in a neutral pallette with big, plush arm chairs, and comfy couch the family room is a great place to kick back. A fully stocked kitchen with Thermador and Bosch appliances and quartzite countertops allows you to whip up some wonderful beach cuisine; if you are not into cooking, many delightful restaurants are just a stone’s throw away. Amavida Coffee is a great spot to grab a cup of coffee right across the street! It also is set up for internet access, for those of you who just have to check your email and possibly do some work. There is a drip coffee maker and a keurig coffee maker. Off the kitchen is a private courtyard with a small heated pool for the quick get away. Perfect for kids to have a 'private pool' of their own as well as adults to relax and wind down. There is an alarm on that door that goes off anytime that door is opened that can be silenced by a push of the button. There is also a full size gas grill. There are five bedrooms in the house. On the main floor is a guest bedroom with queen bed and private bath. Second floor is the master bedroom with king size bed and a large master bathroom and a walk in shower. There are two other guestrooms on the second floor. The first one has a king bed, walk in closet and private bath, and the other one has 2 sets of twin bunkbeds and separate bath, and closet. The second floor has private porches to take in the Rosemary ambiance and just get away from it all. On the third floor is the kids den complete with two sets of twin beds (trundle) foosball table and sitting area. This floor also has its own full size bathroom with walk in shower. All bathrooms have been recently remodeled as well. There is even a pack-n-play there for those little tiny ones who need a space of their own. All the bedrooms are equipped with flat screen tvs. There is a full sized laundry room on the first floor, as well as an outdoor shower, and powder bath and outdoor gas grill. Rosemary Beach was designed by the same town planners who designed Seaside 20 years ago. It is set high upon the dunes overlooking the white sands and crystal waters of the Gulf of Mexico. It is a pedestrian friendly, close-knit community, with the whole town on a five minute walking scale. The location of our house is perfect to access any of the shops, restaurants and the beach. Just plan on parking your car and leaving it until it’s time to pack up. There are four pools, one covered and two heated, and two playgrounds are all just steps away. Just take a boardwalk and head on a five minute walk to the beach. There is even a fitness and tennis center, just in case the walks on the beach aren’t enough. NO GOLF CARTS ARE ALLOWED IN ROSEMARY BEACH, UNLESS A REQUEST IS FILED AND GRANTED PRIOR TO ARRIVAL BY THE POA FOR MEDICAL REASONS ONLY. THIS MUST BE DONE BY THE RENTER. This gorgeous vacation home is on the south side (beach side) of 30a, and is the 4th house back from the Gulf (40 yards from the beach stairs). This gated subdivision has only 35 homes, which allows for low density private beach access. A set of chairs with cocktail table and umbrella are provided on the beach for our guests. “Dune Alright” is a 5-bedroom+, 5 ½ bath vacation home with over 3,100 square feet. It is a 3-level private home with an office and media room. Beautiful tile floors throughout. It includes Free high speed wireless internet and has flat screen TVs in all bedrooms. The main floor has a gourmet kitchen with granite counter tops, 48' Sub-Zero Refrigerator, Wolf Double Convection Oven, Wolf 5 Burner Gas Cook Top, Microwave and Ice Maker. The open floor plan makes entertaining easy with a handmade reclaimed oak dining room table for ten, and a counter area that seats four. Relax in front of the 60-inch flat-screen TV with surround sound in the family room. A powder room is located just off the foyer. Stroll out back to the porch and patio area and enjoy a private pool that includes a 6-foot diameter in-pool lounging area (NOT A HOT TUB - even though it has jets that look like one) and has a state-of-the-art(saline) non chlorinated cleaning system. Bask in the Florida sun poolside, or take a short 40-yard stroll down a lovely landscaped, palm tree lined path to the beach stairs to enjoy the beautiful white sandy beach. This home has 3 master suites. The first-floor master is a large bedroom with a king bed and a private bathroom with a granite counter. Strategically located away from the family room, this suite provides both privacy and convenience. Its location on the main floor makes it especially nice for anyone with reduced mobility concerns. The main master bedroom on the second floor is unbelievable! This large bedroom with king bed has a private porch that overlooks the pool & spa, an expansive bathroom with granite counter-tops, double vanities, soaking tub, and shower with bench. Attached to this bedroom is a private office that overlooks the pool. This office is multi-functional, as it can be used as a quiet reading space, work area, or nursery/young child’s sleeping area. The other second floor master has a king bed, and is also spacious and has a private deck with gulf view. The bathroom has granite double vanities and large shower. For the kids there is a Bunk room on this floor with 2 sets of Twin over Full Size Bunk Beds, that will accommodate four kids. It has its own private bathroom. A full-sized dedicated laundry room with extra-large capacity front loading washer/dryer is on this level. The 3rd Floor features a bedroom with two queen beds and a semi-private bathroom with a double vanity. There is also a media room with a 46” flat panel TV. There is a wet bar adjacent to the media room with a sink and mini-refrigerator. There are two large furnished decks on the 3rd floor which provide great views of the gulf and make a great spot to have a cocktail and watch the sun set over the beach. The gated community provides privacy and serenity for a relaxing vacation, yet is conveniently located within a 3-minute walk to Rosemary Beach restaurants, shops, and spa. There is a 17-mile walk/bike path located just outside our entrance, and fishing, sailing and kayaking are also available locally. The Publix food store is only about a 5-minute car ride east on 98. The new outdoor shopping area in Panama City, called Pier Park, is a 10-minute drive east on 98. Pier Park has numerous restaurants and stores, and a new state-of-the-art movie cinema. Seaside is 7 miles west, and the Sandestin Outlet Mall, Silver Sands, is about 20 miles west. 'Dune Alright' is a custom designed, professionally decorated, and well-equipped home to make your vacation relaxing and memorable.
