Plenty of space to enjoy, not only the waterfront and yard, but also inside this spacious, updated home. Lots of windows with views of the lake. About 330 ft of waterfront on Long Lake on the Sauk River Chain of Lakes. There are 15 lakes all together to explore with one gas pump and one boat up restaurant. In the summer you can enjoy swimming, boating, kayaking, golfing, fishing, etc. In the winter, you can enjoy ice fishing, sledding, snowmobiling, downhill skiing, etc. The space You will love the relaxation of the swing on the 3-season porch. You can read, nap, or just enjoy the view of the water. If you happen to encounter not the best weather while you are there, there is plenty of space and plenty of inside activities to do...ping pong, arcade game, cards, board games, or just space for everyone to spread out and have some quiet time. Guest access Guests have access to this entire home and the 4 acres of land it sits on as well as the private docks at the property. One dock (closest to the home) is short and mainly used by our own family for fishing. Please be careful as it can be steep and/or slippery getting down to this dock. The second dock is off of a very large, flat area on the property. This is the dock we prefer guests use as it is very easy to use and offers the most choices for your lake fun. Other things to note Fun adventures nearby such as the Quarry Park and Nature Preserve, the new and fun Amazen Farmyard, and several golf courses.

This is a quaint log cabin situated in the most beautiful area on the Horseshoe Chain of Lakes (that connects 14 lakes)! This cabin has everything you need to feel comfortable, safe, and relaxed. The newly remodeled kitchen, bedrooms, and bathrooms are fully furnished, the living room has games, puzzles, blankets. The decks have comfortable patio furniture, a propane grill, and table to dine outdoors. There are two bedrooms upstairs that each contain a queen size bed. There is one bathroom upstairs between the two bedrooms. The bedrooms are enclosed with the unique opportunity to open windows to overlook the main floor of the cabin, There is a full size Murphy bed on the main level in the living room that is easy to handle right next to the main floor bathroom. A pack 'n play is in the upstairs bedroom's closet. Two kayaks are on site for your personal use. A swim raft is anchored in the swimming area. A water mat is in the beach shed for your use. Rent a pontoon, boat, kayak, or SUP from one of our local rental options and spend the entire day exploring the 14 lakes! Or bring your own boat! Discover sandbars and make sure to stop at one of the restaurants on the Chain of Lakes. The beach/shoreline at the cabin is absolutely perfect for swimming, for young children to wade in and play in the sand, and the dock is fun for jumping in or fishing off of! Make the most of MN winters at this cozy cabin. Ice fishing is phenomenal and snowmobile trails are accessible close by. Shovel a rink on the lake to ice skate or take a 20 minute drive to ski or snowboard or snow tube the slopes of Powder Ridge! Cozy up with the fire back at the cabin. Guest access Guests have access to the entire house, including the shed down by the lake. Guests may use the washer and dryer. Other things to note There is parking for a maximum of 3 vehicles. No street parking. There are stairs to get from the parking area to the front door, and more stairs to get down to the lake. This cabin is not wheelchair accessible. Bring your own lifejackets if you will need them. Lifejackets are not provided. No parties or extra guests! No pets allowed. Quiet hours: 10pm-7am Please be respectful of neighbors! The dock and swim raft will be in the water from Memorial Weekend to Labor Day weekend.
