Located in the Crossing Resort, this 6-bedroom, 5.5-bathroom cabin is a three-level home with separate deck access from each floor. Upon entering the home the upper level opens up to the kitchen and living room, with one bedroom and bathroom on the top floor as well. The space The kitchen is recently updated with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. With an open design and an island, there's plenty of counter space to cook and enjoy meals!  Next to the kitchen, guests will find a dining table seating up to six and the living room with two leather couches and two individual leather seats to sit down and watch the TV - plus a gas fireplace for cozy nights. In addition, the upper-level deck access opens up to the deck with rocking chairs and a barbecue grill, perfect for taking in views while cooking up dinner or lunch.  Finally, the upper-level bedroom hosts a king-size bed with an en-suite bathroom. Next, guests will find the middle floor with three bedrooms and the middle deck. There are 5 king-size beds, along with 1 queen bed and 1 queen bunk. The Rambling River Waterpark is closed January 1–February 28 and operates weather-dependently in November and December, with heated water features when temperatures stay above 60°F for two or more days and the forecast holds. Pickleball, mini-golf, and other non-water amenities remain open year-round. Please note that this is a brand new community that is still under construction. There may be some construction noise in this community during your visit. Other things to note The hot tub is for usage by adult guests. Alcohol is not allowed near the hot tub. You are not allowed to use the hot tub if you have consumed alcohol or if you are pregnant. Use the hot tub at your own risk. Fires are prohibited outside of the fire pit area. Unauthorized fires (including candles) will be charged $100 plus damages. We do not send maintenance to the cabin during your stay, only after you depart. No smoking inside cabin. Dollywood 6BR Stay + Water Park — Sleeps 24!

Six ensuite bedrooms sleep 25 on a flat driveway less than a mile from the Pigeon Forge Parkway. Five minutes to the strip and LeConte Center, no mountain switchbacks. The space The Layout Three floors, six bedrooms, every king room with its own private bath. Three ensuites on the main and lower levels plus two on the upper floor give most couples and family groups a door they can close and a bathroom they don't share. A dedicated bunk room on the lower floor sleeps the kids on the same level, and a loft adds flexible sleeping for older teens or overflow. Two sleeper sofas in two of the king rooms push capacity to 25. Separate HVAC units on each floor mean the basement can run cold while grandma stays warm upstairs. What Guests Use Most Families and youth groups consistently call out three things: the game room downstairs with pool table, foosball, and wet bar where the kids disappear for the weekend; the private hot tub on the back deck; and the three levels of covered porches with rocking chairs. The granite kitchen is stocked for cooking full meals — large groups regularly cook breakfast for fifteen-plus here — and runs alongside a dining area that seats the whole group. Two washers and two dryers handle the laundry load for a 25-person stay. TVs in every bedroom, 370 Mbps WiFi, and a charcoal grill on the lower deck round it out. The community pool is a short walk from the cabin. It runs seasonally, Memorial Day through Labor Day, and is shared with the neighborhood — not private. The walk back up includes about 65 steps; most guests drive down or pace themselves. Location The driveway is flat with parking for six vehicles and the road in is easy — no steep grades, no switchbacks, nothing that makes first-time drivers nervous. Less than a mile to the Pigeon Forge Parkway. Five minutes to the LeConte Center, the strip, and The Island. Fifteen to twenty to Gatlinburg and the national park entrance. A Dunkin' sits at the bottom of the hill. The cabin itself is tucked back in a quiet community with mountain views from the decks. Large-group guests come back for the convenience: the LeConte Center hosts Arise and other youth conferences, and this cabin has been the repeat pick for groups of fifteen to twenty-five attending. Family reunions, church retreats, wedding parties, and sports teams all report the same thing — room to spread out without tripping over each other. Checkout The checkout list is short by design. Start the dishwasher, take the trash to the bin, lock the door behind you. No stripping beds, no running a towel load, no scavenger-hunt checklist. Check-in runs on door codes sent in advance, and messages during your stay get fast answers — usually within minutes. Located at the very top of a hill, the wraparound porch allows you to take in majestic views from all directions. Watching the sun rise over the hills and trees in the East with a cup of coffee has never been so relaxing. And as night falls, share some laughs in the private 6-person hot tub as the sun sets in the West. For the younger folks in the group (or young at heart!), there is PLENTY to do as well. Our family's favorite is the skeeball, where many challenges are thrown down. The full-sized air hockey game and pool table are also a hit, and the kids get massive smiles when they score their first victory over adults. The home theater with a massive TV is also a lot of fun, with actual stadium-style seating to get comfy and take in a show. There are 200+ DVDs to choose from, or you can bring your own if you want. Talk about making memories! The cabin itself is appointed just as you'd hope and is both massive in size AND filled with charm. As you walk into the front door, you're greeted by soaring 20' ceilings. A gas fireplace in the large living room lets everyone feel warm and cozy on a chilly night, and a baby grand piano is right there in case anyone is feeling inspired to play. The kitchen has just about everything you need for your stay -- a Keurig and a coffee maker, pots, pans, silverware, glasses, a blender, crock pot, microwave, iron and board, washer and dryer, and more. Just bring any food you want, store it in the pantry or one of the two refrigerators, and you're all set.
