New upscale single family home built in 2021 includes four bedrooms, 4 queen beds, plus a very comfortable fold out couch, and three full baths. We are located just three miles from downtown Naples and many of the gulf beaches. You get all the amenities without the downtown prices. Our pool is complete and ready for use! The lanai around it is a comfortable place to rest and relax. Please check out the pictures. There is ample parking on our driveway, so please do not park on the street. The space We have added many kitchen items, as well as bikes and beach gear. The pool and screen cage is now finished! Its a great space we think our guests will enjoy. As a stand alone single family home, there are no other guests to worry about so you can be assured of privacy for you and yours. We hope that you will love this home as much as we do, and help us to make sure we add whatever is needed to make your stay as memorable as possible. We are very close to the Naples airport, but as a private airport, any noise is minimal. The main airstrip goes out over the gulf. Our house is very well insulated, so when they do use the auxiliary runway, if you are inside, you will not hear it. Guest access The home is accessed using an electronic lock code. We also have a Ring doorbell for safety and so we can better help you out if you are having trouble getting in. You will have access to the entire home. The pool is now complete and screened in. There are alarms on all doors and windows on pool side. Just push button on the frame before opening the door to enter or exit. If the alarm goes off, just push the button to silence it, and close the door. Part of the garage will be accessible for your bikes and toys. We have beach toys and accessories stored in the garage as well as a 5 bikes for your use. Please respect that at certain times of the year, we may have a car in the garage during your stay. Other things to note Shopping, restaurants, and Breweries, oh my! There is something for everyone. Downtown Naples for those with real money, Tin City for those less affluent, and craft Breweries for the beer snobs. We will even try to have a couple empty growlers here you can use for trade, as long as everyone plays fair. The Naples Botanical Gardens for those with green thumbs. This changes all the time, so you can visit every time you are here, and see different things. What would Florida be without beaches, and of course Naples has many of them. It is a 3 mile bike ride through the mangroves and city street green way to Naples beach. If you have a car, our personal favorite is Clam Pass Park. It is a short car ride away, and they have a free golf cart ride to get yourself and some of your beach essentials to the beach. Easily get to the must do activities in town because it is so centrally located to everything - convenience is important! The space The driveway has amples space for 4 large vehicles or 6 compact cars, plus there is space for 2 more vehicles in the grass easement along the street. Do not park in the street itself, as it is an obstruction of the roads my and may be towed. As you walk into home, you're greeted with the open great room and kitchen, ample seating to gather and plan your adventures of the day. A guitar, ukulele and keyboard are waiting for your musician to set the vacation mood. Walk straight to the back enclosed lanai with plenty of seating and a Hammock. continue to an outdoor patio with chairs and the pergola and fire pit with seating to enjoy the outdoor weather. A charcoal BBQ is waiting for your chef on the back patio. The backyard is partially enclosed and is surrounded with fruit trees. With lucky timing, the fruit will be ready for harvest and you can enjoy. Wash the sand off after a trip to the beach with the outdoor shower. To the left of the great room is a full bath and 3 bedrooms. On the right side of the great room is the master suite and bath. The home can sleep 8 adults and 7 children on the futons. This home is ideal for extended families with children as a crib is included (please ask for the cribs ahead of time, they are not set up unless requested). There is WiFi in the home and desks in each room, ready for works stays. Children are welcome in this space and we recommend baby and beach equipment rentals from Twinkle Twinkle Little Store. Guest access Guests will be able to access the entire home with the exception of the closets and most of the garage, however luggage and clothing racks are provided for guests in each room. Laundry is located in the garage however there is no other guest use of the garage available as the space is leased to a different company for storage. Other things to note As per AirBNB requirements regarding capacity and events, no parties are permitted and the maximum number of guests in the home may not exceed the registered number of guests on the reservation. Our home is in an ungated neighborhood but is very safe and the neighbors are a mixture of retirees and working families. It is a very safe neighborhood. While it may not be as fancy as some of the surrounding multimillion dollar communities nearby, you in turn get to enjoy a lot of home for significantly less money. We price our home at a fraction of what it would cost to stay elsewhere because we know that budget savvy travelers come to Naples for the beaches and the weather, not for the home they are staying in. We hope you understand this value and appreciate it for what it is and the fact that you are a close drive to everything. Please note that the fire pit might not be available for use during dry season when wild fire risk is high. Please note that Collier County currently is in a drought and there is a government issued water shortage warning to limit irrigation. Because of this, the grass might not be lush and green. During the hot summer months, please understand that all HVAC units, have physical limitations and may not be able to cool the home more than 20 degrees less than the outside temperature. We cannot accept USPS mail however UPS, FedEx and other delivery services can deliver. We recommend a PO box if you need to receive mail.
