Welcome to The Stillwater Retreat at the Lake of the Ozarks! Guests love our relaxing, spa-like interior paired with lots of private outdoor living space to enjoy with friends & family. Our home has 3 private bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, indoor and outdoor dining and a private dock & swim deck. If you plan to get out, this home is located close to Camdenton and is a 5 minute drive to Old Kinderhook Golf Resort, HaHa Tonka State Park and many other popular lake attractions. The space The dock does have two slips, and you are welcome to bring your boat or have a rental boat delivered and have use of a slip during your trip. Please be aware that one of the two slips is occupied by a tenant that rents that slip on a permanent basis. It is unlikely that the owner of the boat will use it during your stay, should they need to access the boat you will be given plenty of notice. They will never just come upon the property. Please respect that boat as it is not part of the rental and not for guest use. Please note that we do not have a boat lift in either slip, but the water is quite calm, and you should not feel the need for a lift like you might in the main channel. Other things to note 1. BAE made no attempt to "childproof" the house, property or grounds. 2. The primary renter must be at least 25 years old and occupy the premises the entire length of stay. 3. The primary renter must provide a signed vacation rental agreement before taking possession of the property. 4. Maximum group size is 7 persons, including children and day visitors.

Go ahead, have your morning coffee on your private deck. Forget your worries in this serene space. NOTICE We do not use or have TV. The condo has Free wifi and cable, but I know nothing about it. There are TV cords in the unit. I do not answer emails on Sundays, but will contact you back ASAP. The space In 3 minutes you can turn off Highway 54 and be sitting on your private balcony enjoying the water. Unit is quickly accessed by the elevator or stairs within 30' to our front door. Drive through the bluff to find the condo. Take a short walk from the elevator to the docks on the lake, nestled against a bluff. Small children must wear life jackets on the docks. There are three Pools on the property. Guest access We do have a small locked closet just behind the entry door. Other things to note Only steps away from the elevator or stairs. This cabin is a duplex-style cabin right at the water's edge. Your party will enjoy the open space living room/dining room and kitchen. This entire duplex was completely renovated as of April 2022. The dining table offers seating for 8 guests. The kitchen offers new appliances including a retro style fridge and microwave, a 4 burner glass cooktop and oven. Additional appliances include a coffee pot, a hand mixer, a blender and toaster. All supplies needed to cook meals can be found in this kitchen. A new mini-split unit was also installed, providing an easy solution to cool and heat this cabin.   Bedroom #1 has a twin over twin bunk bed. Bedroom #2 has two queen beds. Bedroom #3 has a king bed and also offers a window AC unit, for additional cooling measures during the hot summer season. The first floor also has a half bath for guests or general use. The bathroom in the basement serves the 2 bedrooms down there, but has an additional separate vanity for allowing multiple people to get ready simultaneously. This gorgeous 3 bedroom 3 bathroom plus loft is on the top floor with a beautiful view of the lake! It is located in Camdenton on the 13-mile marker of the Big Niangua. They have so much to offer including two pools, one which is heated, an outdoor playground area, a basketball hoop, a sand volleyball court, horse shoe pit, a boat launch, and parking for your trailer. The space If that is not enough, this complex is one of the few that has a swim dock for paddle boarding, kayaking, swimming, and relaxing in the lake! Kitchen and Dining Area This open-concept kitchen is stocked with everything you need while away from home. There is a breakfast bar with seating for four as well as a dining room table with seating for eight. There is a coffee bar with a K cup and a drip coffee maker. Living Room The living room has high vaulted ceilings with floor-to-ceiling windows for a great view of the lake! It features a reclining couch, reclining loveseat, chair, side tables, flat screen TV, and sliding glass doors that open onto the lakefront balcony. The door code will only be active from exactly 4:00pm on the day of check in to exactly 10:00am on the day of check out.
