BYOB (bring your own bubbles! ;) Close to Kay Bailey Hutchinson Convention Center, American Airlines Center, and all downtown Dallas has to offer, Deep Ellum, and Uptown, and DART's Red and Blue lines. Looking for a great walkable spot a mile south of downtown Dallas, you found it! The space This is a two story duplex with a two car garage, and available street parking. The back yard is open and gets mid-day sun, so the upstairs rear room is usually warmer than the rest of the unit. Owners occupy the other half of the duplex. Guest access There is a lock box with a key a the front door. The garage has a remote keypad. Codes will be provided once the booking is finalized. If you have any issues, the owners are next door and almost always available. Other things to note While we're 1 mile south of Downtown Dallas, we're also connected to the world. The Cedars Station stop on DART rail is a 7 minute walk to the front door. It serves both DFW and Love Field, so you don't need to rent a car. Ride sharing, scooters, and public transit are easily available. Note: this unit is across the street and alley from Lee Harvey's. They have live music on the weekends that can be heard in the unit. It's not very loud, but could be a distraction if you weren't prepared. We have provided earplugs in the nightstand drawers. ;)

If you are in town for a conference at the convention center, this is the place for you! A 10 minute walk will get you to Kay Bailey Hutchison Convention Center so you can skip the hassle of city driving and parking. Not only can you enjoy a pool and a work out center, but this view of the lit up city will not disappoint! The space Experience comfort and convenience in our stylish downtown property! The first bedroom features two plush queen-size beds, a full bathroom, and a spacious closet. The second bedroom boasts a luxurious king-size bed, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. Each bedroom comes with its own TV for your entertainment. A second full bathroom is conveniently located in the hallway. Disclaimer: 1.Our apartment is located in a downtown setting in big city. THIS MEANS THERE IS A HOMELESS POPULATION! 2.This is an old historical building that has been renovated. Due to its historic nature, windows were not permitted to be opened. Also, the material used to seal the brick in the building does have a distinct odor. We are a corner unit with a lot of exposed brick, so the odor is more noticeable. This has not been a huge issue the majority of the time with our guest, but for those with odor sensitivity, this is not the place for you. 3. Also due the to buildings historical presence, the elevators are sometimes in repair. This has not been a huge issue, but it is a possibility you may have to walk up stairs at times. We have a very nice, clean apartment, in a historical building, in a downtown urban setting. The outside atmosphere is out of my control, as is the workings of the old building.
