Guest access Access to the entire property Other things to note 🏊 Pool heating is included at no additional charge. Pool temperature can vary based on weather conditions, including day and night temperatures, wind, and sunlight, so a specific temperature cannot be guaranteed. The pool heater is set to a maximum of 82°F during winter (November 1–March 31). From April 1–October 31, the pool heater is turned off. Please note these are target settings for the heater, not the exact water temperature. Additionally, the heater is a heat pump and will not operate when the outside temperature drops below 60°F.  We want you to feel right at home, but we also want to keep things comfortable for all guests and neighbors. Please keep these guidelines in mind during your stay:  🚭 No smoking indoors – You’re welcome to smoke outside, just please dispose of butts responsibly.  🎉 No parties or events – Our neighborhood is quiet, so please keep noise to a respectful level.  🕓 Check-in after 4:00 PM | Check-out by 10:00 AM – Need to arrive early or leave late? The beds were comfy- the backyard is fenced all the way in so it’s great for the kiddos! Well-stocked kitchen. We did have a situation arise that caused us to have to leave early. We were so disappointed! “Live Simply “ became our home! The management team immediately came to our rescue and went above and beyond to look after my health and provide the best for me.
