The cottage features a covered deck, 3 bedrooms, fast WIFI, smart TV's, BBQ grill, and fishing rods if you would like to fish from the deck. The interior amenities have a cozy~modern design as we also use this home as a getaway for our family. The space The living room has seating for 6-8 and the table sits 6 and the bar sits 2. There are 3 bedrooms, Primary has a king sized bed, Queen in the guest room and than there are two beds (a single and a double in the 3rd bedroom) The deck has two couches that seat 4 and a table that seats 4. There is also a love seat on the front porch. The A/C is newer and super chilly. Guest access The house and deck are for guests use. While large gatherings are NOT permitted, this home is perfect for relaxed family time. Enjoy meaningful conversations on the oversized, covered back patio complete with a ceiling fan and dimmable lighting. Unwind in the hot tub under the stars, or bring your boat and take advantage of the private community boat ramp which is a 2 minute walk. Because we are on the north side of the lake, the waters are calmer and excellent for fishing. We have a dock that has tie ups for your boat. Our boat slip is occupied by our boat. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals, along with both a Keurig machine and a pour-over coffee maker for your morning brew. Our little getaway sits on a canal that leads into Lake Conroe. The marina at the lake offers jet skis and boats for rent. Our house comes with a canoe and a kayak. It also offers fishing in the canal. Very quiet, serene place with lots of beautiful birds. We particularly like to sit on the back porch and watch the egrets fly by or the ducks swimming in the canal. Perfect place for respite and recharge, or ramp it up and go jet skiing on the lake. Or both! This is a non-smoking home. Guest access You will have access to the whole home. Also, the office can be used as a third bedroom -- it has an inflatable queen size bed in it.

1,000 sq ft. Cottage overlooking Lake Conroe located at Waters Edge resort, offering lake access, boat launch and docks. 800 sq.ft. deck includes a giant water cooled fan, fire pit with seating for twelve, outside dinning table that seats six and gas grill for outdoor cooking. Inside, sixteen feet tall ceilings create a large open main room with an overlooking loft; complete kitchen and wetbar with extra ice machine and wine cooler. Perfect for fishing trips & family parties! The space CLEANING: We have expanded our cleaning process to include wiping all surfaces, appliances, bathroom fixtures, and cleaning all linens including quilts. Check-in time has been extended to 3:00 PM to allow for the extra cleaning we are doing. In many cases, the house will be available sooner. Please text or call the day of your arrival to find out when the house will be available. The resort has a lot of wide open spaces so you can walk around and easily maintain safe social distancing. WE ARE DOG FRIENDLY BUT PIT BULLS AND AGGRESSIVE BREEDS ARE NOT ALLOWED IN THE PARK. Please keep your dogs on a leash when walking them in the resort and pick up after them. There are 3 bedrooms including master downstairs with king size bed; second bedroom downstairs with queen bed and a loft with a queen bed. The loft is open to the main room. Full size kitchen and living area provides room for entertaining and the outdoor deck can accommodate up to twenty people so you can host parties and invite friends who are not staying at the cottage. The indoor folding table (seats 4) can be used outside with the outdoor dinning table (seats 6) so you can have outdoor dinner seating for up to ten people. The circular outdoor couches by the fire pit provide even more seating and people can use the fire pit table for holding plates and drinks as well. Guest access You will have full access to the entire house. I live next door and I am often around to help out with any problems you may have. I do not use the deck when I have guests in staying in the rental property so it is for your exclusive use. Other things to note The outdoor deck is a great place for socializing. The front porch is covered so you can sit outside even when it is raining. It offers a great view of the lake. Waters Edge is situated on a small cover at the northern end of Lake Conroe. It is the most peaceful cove on the lake and is great for fishing, kayaking, or paddle boarding. The main body of the lake is just around the bend so you have full access to the entire lake, with plenty of room for boating, sailing, or riding jet skis. In addition to the pool, there is also a put-put golf course located on the property. There are many boat rentals businesses on the lake and fishing guides too. The space This home has been lovingly renovated into a modern and cozy bungalow with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Although we allow guests up to 12 people we personally think it comfortably accommodates 10 adults/kids. The living room and each bedroom has its own Roku smart TV with access to apps like Netflix, Prime video, Hulu, & Disney+. Internet access throughout the home is also included. The living room has an assortment of board games, cards, and dominos for the more relaxed evenings. The Primary bedroom has a king bed and sofa bed and en suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed with 2 rollaway beds stored in closet. Bedroom 3 has queen bunk beds and roll out sofa bed that separate into 2 single beds. The living room has a sofa sleeper. Second bathroom is in the hallway. Kitchen is fully stocked with cooking utensils, appliances, silverware, dinnerware, pots/pans and basic cooking spices, full sized fridge with ice/water dispenser and a coffee/tea station. Bathrooms have cruelty-free, vegan shampoo, conditioner, body wash provided including a hair dryer and straightener. In the backyard you will find a full-sized barbecue grill and grill accessories. NOTE: The home sits directly on Lake Conroe and the community boat ramp is only 5 houses down. Guest access Guests will have access to the house and property except for a closet for the owner's/house cleaner's use and the garage. There is plenty of parking (auto, boat, RV) in the driveway. Other things to note To maintain security the house has 3 exterior cameras and a ring doorbell, none inside. One camera is located above the garage with a light, one camera is located on the corner of the boat dock, and one camera is located at the sister property next door pointing toward the boat doc. The ring camera is at the front door. The home also uses wifi hubs to ensure good wifi service across the property. A hub is located under the living room TV, one hub is located on the desk in the guest bedroom, and the last hub is located in the bunk room under the clothes hanging unit.

Guest access Guests have access to the master bedroom and second bedroom as well as the living room, kitchen, laundry room and balcony. *Please understand that the pools are not under my supervision. If by chance they are not working or not in season (as these pools are seasonal) that is not my responsibility.* *The private pool is open Tuesday-Sunday and closed on Monday’s. Hours are from 8:00am-9pm.* Other things to note The kitchen is fully equipped or if you prefer, you do not need to cook, you can enjoy the services and excellent food of the Restaurant that is just 20 feet from the apartment.Or you can enjoy the Dinner Cruise that docks just 30 feet from the apartment (known as the best dinner on Lake Conroe), or just simply enjoy the view of the cruise from your balcony.
