Welcome to the Siesta Stunner! This 1950s pool home has been completely rebuilt w/ designer finishes & high ceilings throughout. A short walk or bike ride will get you onto Siesta Key & the house is walkable to both Publix & the Siesta Key Mall! The open floor plan includes 3 well appointed bedrooms, a media room, a dining area & central living room & a chef's kitchen. The private backyard is fully fenced & offers a new heated saltwater pool w/ outdoor dining, & new astro turf putting area. The space The space is light and bright thanks to the 10ft ceilings, abundant windows and southern exposure. Upon entering the home the entire living space is in front of you with a true open concept floor plan. To the left is an open dining area with seating for 6. Beyond the dining area is the great room which has been appointed with designer furniture and conversational seating for 8 guests. On one side of the great room is a separate media room with sectional sofa and 60 inch tv offering streaming services on a smart tv. On the other side of the great room is the cheerful kitchen with all new SS appliances and quartz counters and bar stool seating for 4. On the East wing of the house are two bedrooms with a shared bath. Bedroom 1 offers a king size bed and two night stands while bedroom two offers two twin beds with a nightstand between them. On the West wing of the house is the oversized master suite which offers a designer spa-like bathroom with his and her sinks and a subway tile walk-in shower with seamless glass enclosure. Across from the bathroom is a walk-in closet large enough to park an SUV. The master bedroom offers a dedicated workspace with large flatscreen above and a sitting area with two chairs looking out onto the pool. A laundry room with washer and dryer and additional storage space completes the West wing. The party is in the back at the Siesta Stunner with a fully fenced backyard that features an all new heated salt water pebble pool. 4 lounge chairs and an umbrella are available on one side of the pool deck and outdoor dining table, a bbq grill and additional seating for 4 can be found on the other side. The perimeter of the pool deck now features a new xeroscape astro turf surface with a small professional grade putting green with 3 holes. Fence and landscape uplighting make being outside at night a treat! ***Please Note the pool is not screen enclosed and as a result leaves and debris may find their way into the pool between weekly cleanings. We offer guests a skimmer on site should they choose to remove the leaves between cleanings. We have a brand new renovated kitchen with new appliances, cabinets and countertops that is organized, thought out and comes fully equipped with all of the essentials, including coffee maker (with filters), toaster, microwave and cooking pots/pans and utensils. The home comes with basic condiments, oils and spices to make it easy for you. There is hi-speed Wifi throughout the house which you can use for entertainment, emails or remote work (400 Mbps). Zoom, Microsoft Teams and WebEx all work great in the home. The primary bedroom has a premium queen size bed with a 42" Smart TV., and luggage rack. Three windows give this wing of the house plenty of natural light and privacy. Bedroom No. 2 also has a premium queen size bed along with a dresser. The workstation in the living room is perfect for remote workers. Bedroom No. 3 has two twin beds and a nightstand full of games. This one is perfect for the kiddos or singles. Our home has a brand-new screened-in lanai with large seating area, 50" TV and dining table for 6. A perfect place to watch a game, savor your freshly brewed coffee or favorite cocktail and enjoy al fresco dining with your group. The backyard is fully fenced and contains a propane fire pit and chairs, lightscaping and a propane BBQ to make the most out of the Sarasota weather. This single family home is also close to Marie Selby Gardens and a short 5-min drive to Marina Jacks and St. Armands shopping. A large full-service grocery store, Publix, is about 200 yards away making it convenient for you to stock up for your stay. The home is situated within an hour of 7 MLB Spring Training stadiums (Pirates, Rays, Phillies, Braves, Blue Jays, Yankees) and within 5 minutes of the Baltimore Orioles facility. Other nearby attractions include Mote Marine Aquarium (4 miles), Sarasota Art Museum (1000 feet), and the world-famous Ringling Museum (5 miles). The home comes with three bikes and all the beach equipment you need to have a great time. We are close to the start of the Legacy Trail where you can bike for many miles between Sarasota and adjoining towns. Guest access You will have access to the entire house, including all bedrooms, kitchen, living room, screened-in lanai, fenced backyard and garage. No shared spaces. The washer and dryer are located in the garage and we offer some basic laundry supplies. An iron and ironing board are located in the master closet. There are couple of cabinets in the garage and master bedroom closet, along with a few bins in the twin bedroom closet that are locked for the owners. Other things to note We have three bikes that you can use and we are just a couple of blocks from the start of the LegacyTrail, an 18 mile paved trail connecting Sarasota with Venice, Florida. The bikes' tires may need air but we have a pump in the garage for use, along with locks. Also, you may borrow our beach chairs, ice cooler and beach towels. We just ask that you clean all items return them to the location you found them.

This beautifully renovated, spacious home is in an awesome location! It's only 3 miles to the vibrant downtown Sarasota. Only about 6.5 miles to the famous Siesta Key Beach and Lido Key Beach as well as upscale shopping and dining at St. Armand's Circle. And 8 miles to SRQ airport. If you become tired of the beaches and exploring all of the restaurants, cook in the fully equipped kitchen or cook out in the fenced backyard with your kids (with & without fur). Relax & enjoy the beautiful weather The space As you enter, you'll see that there is all new tile throughout the house, new furniture, smart TVs in each room to stream whatever you’d like, new cooking appliances, utensils, etc., fresh paint. The is an inviting, open living/dining area with a relaxing, beach vibe. There's plenty of seating on the sectional couch, large dining room table that seats 6, 3 bar stools at the breakfast bar and another table in the kitchen with 4 chairs... perfect to gather, bond and entertain. The spacious master bedroom has a king bed and new 55" smart tv with french doors to the backyard and a large master bathroom. The 1st guest room has a king bed with new 50" smart tv. The 2nd guest room has a queen size bed, smart tv, and they share the a spacious guest bathroom. There is also a laundry room with new washer and dryer. Beach towels are provided. Guest access Front door. Press “Yale”” to illuminate the keypad and put your personal code in (code is provided to guests the morning of check in). Other things to note This 3/2 is attached to a 1 bedroom in law suite.
