On the way to the kitchen, there is a door to the right that leads to the laundry room. Past the dining room to the hall on the left, is the first bathroom an next to the bathroom, you will find the linen closet. At the end of the hall, the left door is the Master bedroom (King bed) and master bath. Ahead of you is the bedroom with the daybed (2 twins) and where there is a desk and printer for your use. To the right of the hallway, is the green artsy bedroom (full-size bed). We also have a memory foam bean bag that turns to a full-size bed. There are some personal items in the closet, please don't mind them. Guest access You are welcome to use all the space in the house, except the garage. There is another door in the master bedroom by the nightstand that will be locked. That is where I store my personal items. The garage is monitored by a live camera. There is a ring camera that will be deactivated upon arrival. All pets must be kept off couches, beds, and kept out of bedrooms. Other things to note House is 420 friendly. All smoking must be in the backyard. No pets please.

The second level features three bedrooms and an additional full bathroom with tub shower combo. Bedroom 1 features a single queen size bed, bedroom 2 features a single king size bed, and bedroom 3 features two queen size beds. All beds have brand new memory foam mattresses and are made up with fresh linens and duvets prior to your arrival. Back on the first level, large sliding doors lead from the kitchen out onto the huge two level deck featuring a large outdoor dining table and stainless steel grill. The entire property has been professionally landscaped with all new sod and plantings. The rear yard offers lots of open grass area for catching some sun or tossing a football, while the side yard features a huge gravel court for playing lawn games after the beach! Bocce, cornhole, and Kanjam sets are provided for your use. Wake up and smell the ocean! My place is great for families or friends vacationing together. The apartment was recently renovated, and comes with its own private entrance in the rear of the house. Street parking is scarce here, but you have TWO spaces in the private lot! The location is perfect, its a two block walk from the beach, boardwalk, and Convention Hall and just under a mile to Cookman Avenue! I've lived in Asbury Park for 10 years and I love it - I'm sure you will too. The space The apartment is in the rear of the property with its own private entrance. This unit comprises both the first and second levels of the rear portion of the home, so you have no neighbors above or below! The first level consists of the living room, dining area, kitchen, half bathroom and laundry closet. The living room features a sectional sofa and a 65" smart TV. The dining area is on the other side of the living room and has a dining table with seating for six. We like to cook, and we have strived to stock the kitchen with all the essentials for home cooked meals with family and friends. Dinnerware, utensils, and glass ware are provided for up to seven guests. Pots, pans, cooking utensils, serving platters, baking sheets, measuring cups, toaster, blender, coffee machine, you name it, we probably have it! The second level features three bedrooms and a full bathroom. Two bedrooms have one queen size bed each, and the third bedroom has two twin size bunk beds. All mattresses area memory foam models, and we have received lots of positive feedback on these over the years! Our goal is to make your stay here as enjoyable and seamless as possible, and we have worked hard to stock the unit with everything you need for a perfect vacation! All beds are made up with fresh linens for each guest, bath towels, hand towels, and washcloths are provided as well. The bathrooms are stocked with toilet paper and hotel size conditioning shampoo, bar soaps, and hand soaps. There is a good chance your plans here in Asbury Park include a trip or two to the beach, and our unit is stocked with seven backpack beach chairs and beach towels to take along with you. We also provide seven season passes to Asbury Park beaches! If you are planning a beach getaway with a group larger than seven people, please reach out to us about reserving our other short term rental unit in this same property. This second unit sleeps up to nine in 4 bedrooms, so the two combined will accommodate up to 16! A common concern with apartments is the potential for noise from neighboring units, but that is no concern at our property! We have invested significantly into sound mitigation measures in the demising walls between the rental units. Over many years of renting these spaces, there has not been a single complaint regarding noise from neighboring units. Guest access Guests have exclusive use of the private rear patio with a table, chairs, and BBQ and of course the entirety of the above described rental unit. There are also seven backpack beach chairs and towels to take to the beach, along with seven season beach passes! Other things to note This property is suitable strictly for mature responsible groups of families or friends. Respect to our neighbors is of paramount concern! Absolutely no parties or late night noise allowed! If you are traveling with a group of seven, please review the sleeping arrangements in the photos to ensure that they will be comfortable for your group. We have 4 security cameras on the exterior of the house for added security. It should go without saying, but there are of course no cameras or recording devices of any kind inside the home. The exterior cameras are not actively monitored, but are available for our review in the case of an emergency. Pets will be considered on a case-by-case basis, and an additional fee may apply. Enjoy a newly renovated, modern experience at this centrally-located home that is minutes walk to bars, restaurants and beach. 3 bedrooms and 2 bath home with fully enclosed sunroom to enjoy year round along with spacious front porch and fenced in backyard. All less than 1 mile to Asbury Park beaches. Permit #STR-Renewal-26-00352 The space In terms of sleeping - the main bedroom has a queen bed (complete with vaulted ceilings); second bedroom has a queen bed; and the third bedroom has a trundle with two twin beds. These are on the upstairs floor, where this is also a full bathroom (tub + shower). There is a bonus twin bed in the sunroom on the main floor. The main floor also has a full bathroom (shower). In total 3x bedrooms plus a bonus sun room, and 2x full baths. Ceiling fans are installed in all rooms for comfortable sleeping at night (in addition to central air). The expansive kitchen island is the focal point of the living area and sits 5 people. All appliances are Kitchenaid. In terms of outdoor space - includes front porch (2 rocking chairs, great for people watching!), and a spacious backyard - fenced in, half grass/half stone.
