Our deck is great for coffee in the morning, outdoor grilling/dining or relaxing at anytime. The kitchen has all the essentials including a microwave, lobster pot, coffeemaker, toaster, and blender/food processor. Both bedrooms have queen beds and there are 2 full bathrooms. Although rarely needed in the summer, the unit has thermostat controlled AC in both bedrooms and an additional built-in wall unit AC for the living room. For winter months, it is fully winterized with heat, including an in-wall propane unit to ensure your stay is cozy. Guest access Guests will have full access to condo, including a washer and dryer and 2 decks- a main side deck has lounge seating for 5-6 and an additional small deck off of the master bedroom.
