The house sleeps up to 10 people comfortably with 3 bedrooms and 3 pull outs. The space The house is located right on a side street right on Plymouth's Waterfront. The house is right near the 1620 Hotel and all the waterfront's restaurants, shops, and historic attractions are right across the street. Everything historic Plymouth's Downtown has to offer is just steps away. The house has been recently renovated with all new flooring, tile, windows, deck, and outside living area. All the furniture, beds, and linens are brand new. The house has a driveway that can accommodate two to three cars. There is also free parking along Murray Street. Walk up the granite stairs on the side to enter the house into the kitchen. Kitchen features all stainless steel appliances and quartz counter tops. There is a built in bar into the kitchen with three bar stools in the living room. Kitchen has an open concept to the living room space which features a couch that's a pull out queen, a rocking swivel chair, and a gas fireplace that turns on with the push of a button. There is a 65 inch HD TV with full cable and streaming options. From the living room you will come to the dining table that's in the front of the house and features 6 chairs. There is a nice reading nook in the next corner for having some private space away from the living room and also pulls out into a full bed. From there you come to the second living room area with another TV, swivel chair, and another queen pull out couch. Beautiful French doors lead to the first floor bedroom which is a queen size bed and has its own TV. First floor bathroom is off of the living room and has a full quartz vanity, Jacuzzi tub with full shower. Upstairs is a half bathroom with the master bedroom on the left side with full queen size bed and TV. The right bedroom features two twin size beds with a TV that is great for adults or kids. There is a brand new washing machine and a gas dryer in the basement with a laundry sink. Basement also features a game area with a foosball table. The backyard deck and patio are the best features of the house! There your private oasis will begin with two lounge chairs on the back deck. Full natural gas outside kitchen with a sink and grill. A stone gas fire pit surrounded by Adirondack chairs. A big outside shower with a waterfall shower head and handheld sprayer. Full 6 seat dining area, full outside bar, and a hot tub bar. Summer is a great times to visit Plymouth, from beaches to sunny warm weather, we have it all! Our location is walkable and super safe, and you'll be in the heart of it all. We are less than a block from many beaches, restaurants, nightlife and historical tours. Check out our walk-through video on You Tube. Central heat and AC and private mini splits in all bedrooms keeps the Whale Tail at just the right temperature. The kitchen is a great place to cook and entertain. Fully stocked, you won't need a thing! The kitchen opens onto the deck and grilling is a must year-round. The gas grill is set up year round, and the retractable awning on the porch is great for spending some time in the shade (or if it rains!). The ample dining room seats eight around a beautiful cherry dining set for a more formal gathering, complete with giraffes. You’ll love the plush carpeted bedrooms and the comfortable accommodations the Whale Tail offers. My place is great for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), and big groups. We've thought of everything! Plymouth beach is the biggest beach close-by (about 2 miles up RT 3A) and offers paid public parking and a beach side restaraunt - 'Sandys'. Enjoy all kinds of seafood, burgers, fries and the full bar while you watch the waves and enjoy the salty spray. Never a dull moment! This is what they mean when they say LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION! Three upstairs bedrooms accommodate eight comfortably, so bring your family and friends. With a queen bed in two of the cozy bedrooms and four convertible twins in the third (two 'convert' to king size with trundles), and a pull out queen couch on the ground floor if the bff's want to come too! The kitchen is a great place to cook and entertain. Fully stocked, you won't need a thing! The kitchen opens onto the deck where grilling is a must year-round. Something is always happening for kids and adults - day and night - any season... but a quiet enough street for some serious chilling if that is what you are after. This house is a great central location for day trips too. Boston is less than an hour drive, or "Take the 'T' in" from the local Plymouth train station. Cape Cod is a short hop down Rt. 3 - packed with beaches, bike trails and plenty more to see. For a more adventurous day / overnight trip, head an hour or two North to New Hampshire or Maine for some seriously beautiful outdoor fun. At the end of the street, there is also a seasonal ferry that will take you right to the docks and beaches at Provincetown. A must see for anyone who hasn't been! So much to do and discover, Americas Hometown awaits - the perfect place to relax and enjoy this season! Guest access Guests will have access to both first and second floors of our home, as well as the outdoor deck and backyard patio /parking area. Basically, the whole house is yours - minus the basement where there is a separate unit sometimes used by the owners. Other things to note Our downtown neighborhood is very safe. You can be at ease walking the area at night, making the nightlife that much more enjoyable and attractive! Since we are in the heart of downtown Plymouth, our parking is limited. We have one private parking space behind the house, and there is on-street metered parking three doors down. There are two long term lots one street over (Brewster st. Lot and North Lot) that are only 221 steps away! Also, free long-term parking is available less than a mile from the house. Again, also a very safe area. Paid parking can be re-upped via an online app for your convenience. Parking is always free from 7pm to 9am and off season there is no fee to park. Just google parkplymouth for their website with lots of helpful parking info. We have just finished a new small basement level unit that will occasionally be owner-only occupied. It is accessed by a separate entrance off the front of the house and is a completely separate space from the house.

Go back in time and relax at this unique and tranquil getaway in one of the oldest historic homes in the United States. Built in 1684, the landmark Nathaniel Church House is nestled between 3 museums, is a short walk to the Mayflower in the harbor & all restaurants and sites. This beautifully appointed 3BR suite has, 3 full baths, living room, kitchenette, dining area, sitting room, garden, patios w/seating, gas grill and brook, mill & pond views. It is a one-of-a-kind place to stay. The space This family home was built by my 9th great grandfather, a shipbuilder, and is a precious landmark, It has been meticulously restored, preserving its historical essence while ensuring comfort and functionality. A 1684 house , it is typical for the time it was built. The rooms are small and ceiling are not high. To get the most out of this description please see detailed floor plans in the photos section. It is comprised of two suites with two living rooms and private bathrooms, which makes traveling with more than one family or friends more private if needed. To the left of the house is the oldest house in Plymouth, The Sparrow Museum. To the right, is the Jenney Museum and, across the river at the back of our house, is the working Jenney Grist Mill Museum, restaurant, and Museum Gift Shop as well as a pretty town park and pond. (The free guest parking is also in the Jenney Gristmill parking lot next to two the pond) The indoor pool/waterpark is not onsite. Pool passes, when available, may be purchased directly from the John Carver Inn across the street. See their website or "Other details to note" in this listing for more information. The house may be very old but it has many modern amenities: 1. Linens, towels, blankets and pillows are the highest quality and washed and or steam cleaned between guests to ensure a spotless germ-free stay. 2. The mattress and floor is steam cleaned between guests to disinfect and prevent bedbugs. 3. HVAC system is equipped with UV disinfection clearing the air of dust mights, dander, pollen and more dangerous germs and viruses. 4. Super fast Mesh WiFi 7 with ethernet in some rooms 5. Every room has multiple ways to charge your devices, even your high-powered laptops: All areas have 45watt, 60 watt or 100watt USBA, USB3, and USBC charging areas 6. All beds have at least one magnetic charging station for phones, tablets, watches and AirPods. 7. All bedrooms and living rooms have HomePod minis for white/brown noise, music or to find out the weather. Just touch the center top and ask it to play what you need. 8. There are two high end irons and table top ironing boards in your suite 9. All 3 TVs in your suite are ROKU Guest TVs. There is a 40" in the Family room, a 32" in the Cranberry Bedroom and a 32" in the Wanderer's Wing Sitting room. You may log in with your own streaming services and enter your checkout date, which will automatically delete your personal login information. *Remember to bring your username and password to log in to receive your preferred channels and turn those apps on. Usually, you will need to have your cable service username and password for anything that you watch through cable. 10. A 36” Weber Summit gas grill and griddle with side burner for outside cooking. Please request grilling tools, beverage dispenser, platters, etc., before you need them so they can be set out for you in the lower level laundry room. 11. In the family room there is a small kitchenette with bar sink, filtered cold water, a dishwasher, and a new larger capacity under-counter fridge and freezer with an ice maker. While we can’t have a stove or hotplate in this area, it’ll still be great for any small food prep you need. The kitchenette has a toaster, coffee maker, water kettle, egg steamer, personal blender and, of course, the Toshiba ML2-TC10SAIT combo microwave, air fryer, convection oven, broiler, defroster, toast function, and yogurt-making functions (instructions provided). There are two other mini fridges with freezers in this suite. This ends up being the same amount of space as a normal full sized Apt fridge if you need them all. 12. In the Beach Plumb bedroom and the Peregrin Bedroom both have an additional mini fridges each with freezer and the sitting room adjacent to that bedroom has it's own coffee makers, tea kettles and microwaves. 13. A large variety of games and puzzles for all ages are available on the shelves and in the cabinet under the shelving unit in the family room. 14. There is a fire Pit in the garden (bring your own wood available at all supermarkets) 15. State of the art laundry room in the lower level with washer/dryer, place to hang clothes, and a steam closet (LG Styler) to freshen and de-wrinkle fine garments. Please see "Other Details to note" for instructions on accessing the laundry room. Accessible from the outside of the building. The steam unit is particularly;arly useful if you are attending a wedding. 16. All three bedrooms have a yoga mats and two hand 5lb weights. 17. From the front door, ascend nine steps to the second floor, where you’ll find two doors. Directly ahead is the door to your private Entry Bathroom. This private full bathroom is equipped with a shower, sink, toilet with bidet, and hooks with hangers for hanging clothes. (This bathroom also has a door to the Peregrin bedroom, as shown below.) The door to the left opens into a cozy family room & eating area, with a fireplace, TV, and a small table with four chairs. This space is perfect for having coffee, playing cards, or eating cereal. If you have more than four adults, they’ll have to eat at the sofa or other chairs, (there are four tea tables available behind the entry door at the top of the stairs). In good weather, there’s seating at tables outside for an 13-person group, as shown in the photos. The family room features a comfortable sofa that can accommodate an adult for a night’s sleep. Bedding is stored inside the bench that doubles as a coffee table. The family room alcove houses your kitchenette, as described above. Off the family room are two doors: one to the Cranberry bedroom and the other to the Peregrin bedroom. The Cranberry bedroom, which faces the street, is the oldest intact room in the house. It features a queen-sized bed that sleeps two adults, a dresser, a small desk and chair, its own fireplace, two accent chairs, and a TV. There’s also a wash basin with a mirror and a towel stand. A new pack ’n play baby bed, changing table, and bassinet are stored under the bed. Off the Cranberry bedroom is a short passageway that leads to the suite’s only closet. This closet conveniently stores spare pillows, a broom, an iron, an ironing board, a high chair, and ample hangers for your clothes. At the end of this passageway, you’ll find a door that locks from the inside. This door opens onto a short hall that provides access to the other two bedrooms (the Peregrine bedroom and the Beach Plum Bedroom in the Wanderer’s Wing Suite. There’s also a Hall Bathroom and steep stairs leading to the exterior side door. The Hall Bathroom boasts two sinks, a shower, and a toilet with a bidet. This summer, a laundry area will be added to this bathroom, and we’ll update the description and photos once it’s complete. (There is still a laundry room in the cellar, accessible from the back lower garden door- please text if you need access) The Peregrine, a garden-facing bedroom, accommodates two adults comfortably with its double bed. It features a spacious dresser, a dedicated desk, and a comfortable chair. This bedroom also has a mini fridge with freezer, microwave, electric kettle, two personal-sized coffee presses, two coffee cups and water glasses. A small variety of teas and ground coffee is also provided. There is shelf stable milk in the mini fridge for your coffee and tea. The Beach Plumb, a street-and garden-facing bedroom, stands as the largest bedroom in the house. It’s located in the Wanderer’s Wing Suite, which includes its own sitting room and full bathroom. The bedroom boasts a queen-sized bed that sleeps two adults, a secretary desk with a chair, a mini fridge with a freezer, a settee that accommodates a person under 113 pounds, and a towel stand. A new pack ’n play baby bed, changing table, and bassinet are conveniently stored under the bed. The sitting room features two sleeper/lounge chairs that can comfortably accommodate one adult each, as long as they’re under 5’9” tall. Amenities in the room include a TV, coffee maker, water kettle, and microwave. The Ensuite full bathroom is equipped with a shower, sink, and toilet. For outdoor relaxation, head around the back to the wonderful shared patios and gardens. They features a spacious dining area that can comfortably seat nine people. The two tiers of gardens and patios lead to a private boardwalk, hammock and a river edge walk. Please remember to leave the space as you found it. If you move patio furniture, ensure you return it the same day. There’s a fee associated with this service, as detailed in the “Details to Note” section. If I need to hire someone to move the furniture for you, please let me know. 😊 Guest access You have access to the entire upstairs of the house but not the attic. Guests have private access through the front door and side doors using a Schlage smart lock with keypad that lights up when you touch it. Your key code will be sent to you a few days before your booking begins or rightly for last minute bookings. The front door is the main entrance, the side door has steep, ancient stairs - We recommend that people with hip, back or knee issues use the font door. The wanderers wing Beach Plumb bedroom also has one of these smart locks, (we often rent the two suites separately). This door is also keyed to your code. The back garden is comprised of four tiers: 1. The private owners patio off the back door 2. The Upper Tier is where the fire pit is and 5 Adirondack chairs 3. The Middle Tier has 3 cafe tables and 9 chairs on one side and the gas 36” pro webber with griddle and gas hob for pots or pans for out door cooking (there is no stove inside for guest use) 4. The Lower Tier is the boardwalk down to the river and a rear view of the gristmill wand walking trail. There are three Adirondack chairs as well as a cafe table with four chairs by the water The single parking space in the driveway is available on a first come/first serve basis for $25 per night plus $25 per EV charge. That said there is plenty of free parking around the corner in the Jenney Grist Mill public parking lot next to the pond. The first floor of the house, upper most patio, and cellar office are my private spaces. I do rent an additional bedroom (The Mizzen Bedroom) downstairs which has full shared use of my sitting room, kitchen and bathroom. If you must have kitchen access I suggest renting this space (up to two guests) as well if available. At some point in the summer of 2026 a laundry machine is being added to shared passageway bathroom (TBD) In the meantime, the laundry room is on the lower level of the house (below the first floor) and is accessible via the garden door. To get there you need to exit your suite and go around to the side gate, past the upper most patio, and down the first set of stone steps. Follow the brick path around to the garden door. Text me to let me know you need to access the laundry room and I will program your key code to operate the cellar door lock. Once inside the laundry room is to the right (my private office is to the left) Other things to note ADDITIONAL RENTALS During some holidays and sometimes and upon request - the whole house is available. Thats is two floors and a total of 5 beautiful bedrooms, 5 modern full bathrooms, one living room, one family room, one sitting room, downstairs a modern full eat-in kitchen with luxury appliances, upstairs kitchenette, sleeping up to 13 adults pls one person under 113 lbs all for an additional $900/night. It has a dresser, wardrobe, accent chair, desk and office chair. LOWER CLEANING FEES If you are two guests or fewer *and* you only use one of the bedroom rooms, the cleaning fee will be adjusted down from $200 to $150 after confirmation from my cleaning service. Please alert me so I can let the cleaning crew know that you intend not to use one of the bedrooms. QUIET HOURS Please be aware that there are other guests in the house as well as the hosts and quiet hours should be observed. This does not mean that you can not come and go as please, late or early. Just be quiet and gentle with your movements in the hallways coming and going and keep that doors to bedrooms closed when watching TV. If you are watching or listening with your device(s) please use headphones and provide your other guests with headphones. Thank you so much! ORDERING IN There are several restaurants that deliver, either through their own websites or via apps like "UBER EATS" and "DoorDash". You can also order a large variety of groceries and produce on Apps like "STOP & SHOP" and "DoorDash". There are two local limited-item grocery stores nearby, the best of which is the Plimoth General Store, which carries high-end gourmet groceries and fresh-made ready-to-eat and heat-up meals. The other is 7-Eleven. Both of which are within walking distance. A list of favorite restaurants will be texted separately and found in our house manual. SUNSCREEN & BUG REPELLANT During warmer weather, I recommend purchasing mosquito repellent and sunscreen while you are here. Being so near the water and with a few small streams running through the property, and a river bordering it at the back, there are bound to be mosquitoes. Also, there are several beaches both saltwater and freshwater, so sunscreen is a must. I have beach towels, beach chairs and beach umbrellas too! Enjoy all that Plymouth has to offer! They also have spa facilities, a restaurant, and a bar just steps away. They serve breakfast daily and lunch and dinner most evenings. PETS Please be aware that a 150lb service dog lives downstairs. He is guest friendly. He is NOT guest-pet friendly. He will not bark or try to go upstairs to your area but it is VERY important that your pet or service animal is under control at all times and does not bark at or tease my dog; it would not be safe for your pet or service animal to encounter my dog. Use of the backyard must be preceded by a text to make sure I bring my dog inside so it is safe for your pet in the yard. Your pet or service animal must be walked before using the yard; the yard is not a toilet and there is no one but you to clean up after them. (We want the yard to be clean for other guests and their barefoot children). PENALTY FEES: 1. There are additional cleaning fees for pets or service animals who leave a mess, starting at $500, and up if there are damages. This is a very old house, a landmark, so please do not bring an animal who is not entirely house-trained or scratches at doors or chews on furniture unless you plan on leaving them in a kennel that you bring with you while you are away. If the mess necessitates that the suite is not available to the next, incoming guests, you will be required to cover all cleaning fees, repairs, cancellations and losses until the space can become available to guests again. 2. Fee for moved for moved furniture. I am not an able bodied person. If you or your guests move any furniture in the house or in the garden and it requires me to hire someone to move it back then you will be charged for that amount plus $50 for the inconvenience. 3. Please note that items left behind are subject to a $50 handing fee for the cleaning crew to mail to you plus the cost of postage. Please look under furniture, in drawers, closets, the bathroom and shower before checking out. Please make sure the sleeping arrangements are good for you. Some adults may not be comfortable on the sofa or the fold-out sitting room chairs, and certainly adults cannot sleep on the child's bed/settee. Our 2nd floor apartment has central air, hardwood floors and granite counters. There are 3 bedrooms and a small home office. Free high speed Wi-Fi, 2 TV’s with Roku sticks and Netflix, washer & dryer, and 2 off street parking spots. Lockbox for contactless entry. Our home is smoke-vape free and pet free The space Our living room features a large (101 inch wide) sofa, two swivel club chairs, and large (55 inch) television. In addition, the home office has a love seat, television, computer monitor, keyboard, and mouse to connect to your laptop. Both televisions are connected to Roku sticks – we provide Netflix but you can log in to your other streaming services via the Roku stick. Note: we do not have regular cable. The primary bedroom sleeps 2 adults in a king bed, while the second bedroom sleeps 2 adults in a queen bed. The third bedroom sleeps 2— one in a twin bed with a twin trundle bed that rolls out from beneath. The twin bed has a new 12” medium pillow top hybrid mattress suitable for an adult or child and the twin trundle bed has a 5” firm gel memory foam mattress that is more suitable for a child or young adult (note that the trundle cannot be raised, it stays close to floor level). We have a pack and play, high chair, and booster seat available. Our accommodations have one bathroom with a combination tub and shower. We have a small grassy area adjacent to the driveway with a BBQ grill and small table. The location is great because it is just 500 feet from Nelson Recreational Park and Beach, featuring a splash pad, large playground, walking path, paved bike trial, picnic area and seasonal snack bar. Note: Nelson beach is great for looking for small critters, especially at low tide, but it is a little rocky so bring water shoes if you have them. The Mayflower II and Plymouth Rock are less than a mile walk from our home. Also within walking distance are many shops and restaurants, whale watching and fishing boat tours, the Visitor's Center, Provincetown Ferry, and other historic sites. Our location is a short drive from the primary highway and major malls so it also makes it easy to take day trips or pick up groceries. Our home is also 11 miles from the famous King Richard’s Faire Renaissance Festival in Carver, MA that typically runs weekends in September and October. The combination of natural beauty, historic sites and many conveniences makes Plymouth a wonderful vacation destination. The second floor of a Victorian Sea Captain's home steps from the 'Rock,' whale watching, restaurants & more. 3 suites, 2 with queen beds, one with 2 single beds, each with sitting areas, full baths, microwave, mini-fridge and TV. Please note—you do not have access to a kitchen. You do have access to a library/lounge, free coffee, sunroom and 2 patios. All of the guest rooms have room-darkening shades. Hosts live on the first floor but our office is off the guest room hallway on the 2nd floor. The space In Plymouth terms this is a relatively 'young' home: an 1845 Grand Victorian (175 years old) that has been updated with technology and conveniences but retains its period charm in each of its three bedrooms on the entire second floor. Our second-floor guest area also features a sunroom and library/lounge where free coffee is dispensed through a Keurig machine. The library, by the way, is full of many unique volumes dedicated to our local and regional environment. The kitchen table sits 4 and the island sits 3 where guests can enjoy views of the backyard. The bathroom has a tub/shower combination with shampoo, conditioner, bath gel provided. Plenty of hooks to hang bath and beach towels. The private back deck & patio are perfect for your gathering. The deck offers a small table with an umbrella to enjoy a drink or breakfast and coffee, etc with four chairs. In addition, The private backyard and patio have a lot of furniture for outdoor socialization, and The gas grill allows you to cook a delicious meal with a lot less clean up! Also, There are 3 Adirondack chairs around the fire pit, and marshmallow skewers to enjoy dessert. The WiFi reaches both locations and there is an outside charging dock located near the fire pit. The backyard garden features diverse plants & shrubs & 2 unique wooden carved birdhouses, so it is a unique spot to relax while being downtown! Please note: A high chair, pack n play, small stroller & toddler bed rail are available for guests to use. 5 Beach towels & 2 beach blankets are also provided. In the warmer months, both bedrooms have window AC units as well as the tv room, which cools down the whole Airbnb. In addition, there are floor fans and ceiling fans. Free Street parking can usually be found directly in front of the Airbnb, and if not, close by on the street. There is no assigned street parking, but finding a parking spot will never be an issue. There is a private door code to use upon check in; it is an easy self check in process, which allows flexibility for guests when they choose to check in on the arrival date. The airbnb is fully private. There are no shared spaces with guests and hosts. Upon arrival, you will find water and seltzers in the refrigerator and snacks on the counter. It’s important to feel right at home as soon as you arrive! Guest access Almost everything you need is within walking distance from the house! A short walk away are all waterfront restaurants, bars, boutiques, coffee shops, fish market etc as well as Nelson beach, the Plymouth waterfront, and the 1620 hotel. A two minute drive away is a grocery store and gas station. Also, Our house is right next to the Thanksgiving and Fourth of July parade route! Free parking is located anywhere on the street! Other things to note My husband, daughter, and I (and our mini Aussie dog) live on the second and third floors of the two family house. We have our own entrance to our home and everything is fully separate and private.

Its the Perfect location for any guests attending a wedding at 1620 or downtown Plymouth. There is one other separate unit on the second floor with longterm tenants in place, the yard is shared. The space Two bedrooms with queen beds in both, spacious living room and kitchen area. One bathroom with a tub and shower. Laundry is also in unit. Window Acs are in both bedrooms the rest of the house does not have AC. Guest access Guests have full access to the entire apartment and front porch.
