You will love the classy comfort of this condo. The space We looked for a condo that was in the perfect location and central to everything you could want to enjoy in park city for all seasons. Just recently replaced all flooring, new slate around the fireplaces, new ceiling fans, new quartz counter tops in the bathrooms, under mount sinks, faucets, a new tiled shower in the master bathroom, new modern toilets, all new windows and slider doors as well as installing an AC unit to cool the unit in the summer months. Brand new gas fireplaces were installed for easy immediate warmth. WINTER: World class skiing/snowboarding is right out our back door. With the Park City Mountain Resort one short block up from us you can choose whether to walk or grab a shuttle that picks you up right in front of the condo at frequent regular times. Also being on Park Ave puts you in the heart of Old Historic Downtown minutes from Main Street. You will love being on main street with all the action and the streets lit up with lights in the winter. SPRING and SUMMER: With Park City Mountain Resort being right out the back door you can ski into the spring months and as it warms up enjoy, an extensive trail system for mountain biking and hiking in the summer. These trails connect to the entire trail network throughout park city (including deer valley and canyons resort). Park city resort also offers many summer activities for children, including an alpine slide, alpine coaster, rock climbing wall, mini golf, zipline, scenic chairlift rides, and more. Main street is a short walk or free bus ride from the condo through charming old town, and offers many options for dining, shopping, art galleries, and nightlife. Main street also hosts the silly market every Sunday (local craft vendors, music, and food), and many festivals throughout the summer (Kimball arts festival, international music festival, gallery stroll, wine festival, jazz & food festival, etc). The huge city park is across the street from the unit, which includes free tennis courts, sand volleyball courts, basketball courts, softball/baseball/soccer/football fields, a playground, a skate park, and grilling areas. Park city golf course is also within walking distance, which offers reasonable greens fees and an amazing mountain backdrop. There is free live music to be found in town 5 days a week, including the popular Wednesday summer concert series at deer valley. The free town bus system has a stop that picks up outside the front door, which will take you anywhere in town. The Jordanelle Resorvoir is a short distance away (offering boating, paddle boarding, picnic areas, and sand beaches) as well as multiple rivers offering fishing and whitewater rafting. SLC international airport is easily accessible with a 45 minute drive or a shuttle ride. Fall: The changing colors are breathtaking and the trails and mountain sides take on new beauty. It is our second home so it is fully stocked for your every need as well as decorated with an organic modern feel. Comfort was key so you will enjoy the open airy feel of the great room with a soft large sectional with a wood burning fireplace, large 60” smart tv w/cable that you can swivel to see in any part of the great room and kitchen and dvd player. You will enjoy internet access to log into your favorite streaming services to round out your viewing options. Walk out sliders from great room and master bedroom take you out to the large, private balcony area where you can enjoy the large trees right outside the door. There are two master bedrooms. The first one has a king bed, wood burning fireplace, and walk out to the deck, flat screen smart tv w/cable, walk in closet, and newly tiled shower in the bathroom. The second master has a queen bed, flat screen tv w/cable and dvd player, walk in closet, and bathroom. The third bedroom has two sets of bunk beds (4 twins), and door to third bathroom which also has another doorway to the common hallway. All of the beds are made to be comfortable with down comforters for adults or children (the bunk beds are suitable for adults as well). The kitchen is fully stocked with all the things you need to stay in and cook. The restaurants in park city are many but you can also stay in and spend time in this kitchen and great room area. The appliances are all brand new stainless with granite counter tops. Five bar stools and a table with six dining room chairs will seat 8 people comfortably for meals. You can also enjoy a 10 person hot tub, ping pong and sitting area in the common area of the condominium. Large towels are provided in the condo and we also have a washer and dryer in the unit if you should need to do any laundry. The unit comes with one dedicated covered parking spot in the underground garage, and additional parking is available in guest spots outside on a first come first served basis. We also have a ring doorbell for added security. We are owners who care will and will do everything we can to make it an exceptional experience. We will be happy to let you know what activities are going on during your stay. Guest access Not only will you have the comfort of your personal space in your condo but the common areas offer a 12 person hot tub, and ping pong table. Other things to note The free shuttle picks up in front of condominium and will take you anywhere you want to go in Park City if you don't feel like walking. There is no elevator so being able to take the stairs is required for guests.

My home is a remodeled townhouse in Old Town Park City [centrally located, on Park Ave]. 5 min walk to the bottom of Main street, grocery store, base of Park City Mountain Resort. If you don't feel like walking the bus stop is right outside of the front door! There are three window ac units to keep things cool and comfortable in the summer. There is parking for one vehicle. It is quite easy to get around town with the bus and on foot and to/from the airport with Uber! The space This is a three story, 3 bed/3 bath townhome WITH A PRIVATE HOT TUB! Bedroom 1: Queen bed Bedroom 2: King bed Bedroom 3: Twin XL bunk bed + queen bed Parking: There is parking for one vehicle Guest access This location makes it extremely easy to walk to the base of the ski resort and main street shops and restaurants. And lastly there is the Canyons Village Connect shuttle van which is a free shuttle between the Canyons Resort and the PCMR Resort. Download the Connect app to your mobile device and schedule pick-ups as needed. This is also on an availability schedule so know that during the morning and afternoon when most are going or leaving the ski areas this shuttle is busy and waits can vary from 5 minutes to an hour, but it is a good way to get from one resort to the other if you don't want to ski across from one to the other.

There is a mini wine bar with cabinets where you will find wine glasses. Our condo is also only 400 yards from the 3 kings bus stop (blue line #3), featuring a fabulous free bus line. The bus arrives every 20 minutes and runs from 8 am to midnight. With this great bus service, a car is not necessary to get to shopping, ski resorts (Park City, Canyons and Deer Valley), restaurants, movie theaters, supermarkets and recreation centers. If you decide to bring a car, we have parking for 2 vehicles, one in the garage and one in the driveway. Parking is noted in the listing and check-in details! Just outside the lobby doors is a charming outdoor ice rink where you can rent ice skates and skate all day! (Nov-April, weather depending) It's simply magical in the winter! There is also a wonderful restaurant connected to the complex called The Pig Pen Bar and Grill. Grab a burger and a beer and watch the skiers fly by on its large wrap around deck. The food is perfect after a day of skiing, try the chili! The restaurant is owned by a local family, they also run the ice rink. You'll see all the family members, even their son working at the restaurant. It really is a local gem and one of our favorite places. The village at the base of PCMR also hosts a delicioso Mexican Cantina, shopping, ski rentals, an ice rink (winter), breakfast and coffee cafes, and The Corner store bar. There is frequently live music and PBR drinking locals when the slopes close at the Corner Store. It's within walking distance but not within hearing distance! Our condo is on the most peaceful area of the village. As much fun as our village is, you must get out and see the rest of Park City! Take the city-wide bus that stop directly in front of our village and head to Main Street for the best restaurants and night life in town, Deer Valley, Canyons, supermarkets, pharmacies, even Kimball Junction is easily accessible by our bus for some boutique shopping or discounted outlet shopping at the Tanger Outlets. The bus system is efficient, clean, and goes anywhere you might need to go. Plus, it's FREE!!! Other things to note Scott and I manage the condo ourselves. (As local as it gets!) But that means the front desk is not available to our guests. If you need anything please text us. The patio off of the living room features a gas grill and outdoor seating area with Park City Mountain Resort and Park City Municipal golf course views.
