Two bedrooms have one queen bed and one twin bed in them. The large master is set up with one queen, one double, a bunk bed, and a pull-out sleeper love seat. There are three full bathrooms, a stocked kitchen, HUGE dinning table, washer and dryer, pool table, dart board, and bar area. The lodge features 2 second story balconies and a first floor deck area. There are many games, toys, puzzles, and books. There is WIFI and a smart TV. Outside there is also a grill and fire pit for your enjoyment. A quaint locale with amazing outdoor space, 6 person hot tub, and a teepee. It is at the end of a hidden road and very secluded. Perfect get a way after a day of exploring! There are endless adventure opportunities. Only a beautiful 10 minute drive from Glacier Natl Park. In a 2 mile radius are antique shops, 3 cafés, a distillery, grocer & fuel. Lots of winter activities as well. Plenty of snow shoeing, cross country skiing, and Big Mountain skiing. Whitefish is a short 17 mile drive. The space The master bedroom has a king size log bed, flat screen Roku tv, and on suite bathroom. The private loft bedroom (kids love this space) has 2 extra long twin beds that can be converted into one king bed, also an extra twin mattress, a flat screen Roku tv and a cozy reading space. the third bedroom has queen size wood bed and full bath just across the hall. All TVs are updated Smart Roku and now have a purgula over the hot tub with privacy greenery. The tv console is actually a queen size (very comfortable) cabinet bed. We are so close to so many attractions here in "The Canyon" ~ the gateway to the gem of NW Montana - Glacier National Park. Big Sky Waterpark and the new Yeti zipline are five minutes to our west on the way to the bustling Flathead Valley. Glacier Highline ( tree top adventure ), the Amazing Fun Center ( mini golf, maze, go karts ), Glacier View Golf Course, and the village of West Glacier are only five to ten minutes to our east on the way to Glacier Park. There are endless adventure opportunities here - guided rafting trips, horseback riding and paddle boarding on nearby Lion Lake or Lake Five. Bike and hiking trails right out our front door and one can even rent a pontoon party boat on Hungry Horse Reservoir! Not to mention all our winter time activities! Only a short 17 mile drive to Whitefish and Big Mountain Skiing! Tons of cross country skiing and snowshoeing! There is also another rental on the property that sleeps 2-3 people and a full bath and kitchen. If reserved enough in advance a large family could have an incredible get together in GNP. The Fern Farmhouse on Grove offers a cozy home base for your adventures. Centrally located near Glacier National Park, the Flathead River, and Whitefish Mountain Resort, it is an ideal vacation hub. The Flathead Valley, and Glacier National Park in particular encompass some of the most breathtaking landscapes. With all there is to explore, The Fern Farmhouse is the perfect place to rest at the end of the day and create everlasting memories with friends and family. Happy travels! The space Originally built in the 1940s, The Fern Farmhouse was recently updated to include modern necessities while still maintaining its charm. The farmhouse has three bedrooms: The primary bedroom is quite large with a queen bed, ceiling fan, walk-in closet and en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom is located on the main floor near the kitchen and main bathroom, and has a daybed with a pull-out trundle bed (both twin sized). The third bedroom (western-themed from the pics) is located downstairs and has a queen-sized bed. The room is adjacent to the basement access which is kept locked. The mattresses are all medium-firm with the exception of the mattress in the primary bedroom which has a temper-pedic topper that makes it softer. The farmhouse also includes a large kitchen with any cooking or baking items you may need, a coffee nook, and an attached dining room. There is a loft upstairs with a desk, a second TV, and games for entertainment. The yard is huge, completely fenced, and has a deck off the back with grill. Yard entertainment includes a handmade swing set with hammock chairs, a horseshoe pit, giant jenga, frisbee, and cornhole with a scoreboard. Guest access Guests have access to the entire house except for the basement where storage and the water heater are located. Other things to note Grove Street is a dead-end street with truly the best and most friendly neighbors! It’s also walking distance to Flathead River as well as the quaint town of Columbia Falls. Please Note: The speed limit for Grove Street is 15 mph. For Food: There are many options nearby on Nucleus which is close enough to walk and just a couple of minutes to drive. I highly recommend North Fork Pizza - they have delicious options including vegan/gluten-free and amazing salads (605 Nucleus Ave). Vaqueros is really good Mexican food (535 Nucleus Ave). Gunsight Saloon has a full menu and live outdoor music (624 Nucleus Ave). There’s also a cute little ice cream shop on Nucleus Ave if you end up eating over there. Backslope Brewing is slightly farther.. you’d have to drive but still not far. They have a good menu and brewery (1107 9th St W). There’s a terrific sandwich shop close by, Laurie’s Deli (330 9th St W). The Coop, also nearby, is a fun space with live music and food trucks (810 1st Ave W). Next door to that is O’Brien’s Liquor & Wine which in addition to its namesake sells cute memorabilia shirts and trinkets (830 1st Ave W). For Coffee: Cowgirl Coffee Drive-Through is super close and one of my personal faves (75 US Rte 2). Also very close is Montana Coffee Traders which has food too (30 9th St W). For Groceries: Smith’s is closest to the farmhouse (419 Nucleus Ave). You may also pass by Super 1 Foods coming into town (2100 9th St W). Vintage Finds: Station 8 is a really cute shop down the street (38 Hwy 2 E).

The home is located near historic downtown Columbia Falls, Montana. This area provides an excellent variety of restaurants, breweries, live music, shopping, and outdoor activities with in walking distance. It's a 3 minute walk to town. Don't forget the town is in the heart of Whitefish Mountain Resort (15 minute drive) and West Glacier National Park (15 minute drive). The home includes: 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms - brand new home, built in 2020. The master suite has a huge beautiful king bed and a private bathroom with his and her sinks and walk in closet. The second bedroom has another king bed, both with top of line comfortable mattresses. The 3rd bedroom has 1 TWIN bunk bed and 1 TWIN over FULL bunkbed with a single trundle, that sits underneath it. We put a sleeper sofa in the living for extra guests. We hire premium cleaning with trained housekeepers who carry out consistent cleaning measures that meet or exceed all CDC guidelines. We also provide essential amenities, which includes a few rolls of toilet paper and paper towels. If you need more or are missing any other essential, the grocery store Super 1 is right down the road. We welcome you to come enjoy a worry-free stay at our beautiful mountain escape! There are several great places to eat within a mile and a great coffee shop just down the street. A great place to stay for small families, couples or solo travelers. 15 min drive to the Glacier International Airport. Glacier National Park is a 20 min drive. Whitefish Mountain Resort is a 15 min drive. Wonderful place to stay in the Flathead Valley. The space The house has a full kitchen stocked with everything you need to cook. The living-room is stocked with games, puzzles and a real comfy couch. Master bedroom and bathroom are on the 2nd Floor(you are going to want to get dibs right away on this room). The First floor has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. Guest access Just down the street are several good places to eat if you don't feel like cooking. If you're up for a 5 min walk you can take a stroll along the beautiful Flathead river. Five blocks away is the Farmers Market every Thursday afternoon May-October. Other things to note The house has a private backyard for you to enjoy. Great place to let you furry friends run around. The kitchen has pots, pans and dishes if you feel like cooking. There is wireless internet with Netflix and Amazon available to watch tv. But most guests never use it since there is so much nature to enjoy just outside your door.

Home provides full kitchen amenities. Enjoy an outside patio, grill and deck in the summer and fall, with lovely views of Columbia Mountain. Washer/dryer in house. No pets. The space Guests have access to park 1-4 vehicles in driveway. Covered outdoor patio with dining table set and lights, new deck and outdoor seating, and large yard giving space and privacy from neighbors while still close to downtown (one mile). Kitchen, bathroom and laundry provisions and amenities provided for use at no extra charge. New windows and sliding glass doors installed 2023. Please note upstairs bedroom is a loft style room.
