The space The top level boasts a modern kitchen, 2 dining areas, a spacious family room, master bedroom with a newly renovated master bathroom and a private deck, a powder room, and screened in patio. You can see a slice of the Atlantic from the level 3 deck! The mid (2nd) level has 4 bedrooms, 2 full-size Jack & Jill bathrooms, and a washer/dryer located at the end of the hallway. A covered and shaded wrap-around deck is accessible by 2 of the bedrooms, as well as stairs leading from the carport. In the first level entryway, you will find shelves and hooks to store your belongings, board games and puzzles, as well as all your pool and beach necessities! This entrance is found in the carport. An outdoor shower and toilet are available in the carport, as well as laundry lines to hang wet towels and suits. Through the carport, you can enter the gated pool and hot tub area.
