The space The Bradley Park Beach House is a single family home on a large 50 x 150 lot located in the Bradley Park section of Neptune Township. The first level features a large open concept kitchen, living and dining area, a full bathroom with standing shower, and stacking washer and dryer in a laundry closet off the kitchen. The second level features three bedrooms and an additional full bathroom with tub shower combo. Bedroom 1 features a single queen size bed, bedroom 2 features a single king size bed, and bedroom 3 features two queen size beds. All beds have brand new memory foam mattresses and are made up with fresh linens and duvets prior to your arrival. Back on the first level, large sliding doors lead from the kitchen out onto the huge two level deck featuring a large outdoor dining table and stainless steel grill. The entire property has been professionally landscaped with all new sod and plantings. The rear yard offers lots of open grass area for catching some sun or tossing a football, while the side yard features a huge gravel court for playing lawn games after the beach! Bocce, cornhole, and Kanjam sets are provided for your use. There is a good chance your plans here include a trip or two to the beach, and our home is stocked with eight backpack beach chairs and beach towels to take along with you. New for 2025, we will now also provide 8 season passes to Bradley Beach beaches! Our goal is to make your stay here as enjoyable and seamless as possible, and we have worked hard to stock our home with everything you need for a perfect vacation! Our guidebook details some local secrets when it's time to grab a bite to eat and see the area! This beach home sleeps comfortably up to 8+, featuring 3 spacious full bedrooms+loft, with high quality linens: 1 king, 1 Queen, and 1 Full with 1 Queen in the loft that your kids will love, aka "the penthouse". An air mattress is also available. 1-1/2 baths complete with high-end body soaps; fully equipped kitchen; office, dining room; and living spaces indoor and out. Walk in from a day of travel to a fridge full of complimentary beverages and a bottle of wine. Brew a fresh coffee in the morning dew and unwind on the porch swing or lounge in the newly upgraded back patio complete with many relaxing amenities. For the remote workers there is a professional home office setup (plug laptop into the hub with USB-C) and the living room coffee table lifts up for a great surface to use your laptop. Lightning fast 1 GB Verizon Fios internet provides full coverage over the entire property. The fully equipped kitchen with new appliances, cookware and dishware will ensure that you can prepare any meal for the entire family. Propane and grilling tools are available for the BBQ and firewood is stocked for the firepit. Cleaning products and paper products are located in the kitchen pantry, along with fold up table and chairs if you require more seating. All linens, towels, etc. are provided. The front porch is a popular hangout on summer nights, with a small sitting table and porch swing. The back patio has a dining table, hammock, hanging chairs, couch, hot tub, fire pit and BBQ to relax after a great day on the beach! Don’t forget to bring your fur baby along for the ride. We are completely dog friendly. Please make sure they are good with other dogs, up to date on all shots and potty trained.
