Guest access Guests have access to the whole house, including the laundry room. There is a double-wide driveway that comfortably fits 4 large cars with plenty of free street parking. The entire backyard is yours to enjoy, along with a seating area for you to enjoy your morning coffee in the sun on the front side of the house. The house can be accessed via the combo keypad entries, so your group doesn't have to worry about sharing or misplacing keys. Other things to note Quiet hours per city ordinance are 10pm to 8am. We kindly ask you to relocate your group to the loads of amenities that are inside at this time. We do realize you may want to use the hot tub later into the evening. Do not bring any portable speakers with you, and please speak in an inside voice for respect of the neighbors. Absolutely NO guests are allowed that are not accounted for on the Airbnb reservation. Any amount of guests beyond 14 total people will need to be approved in advance within the Airbnb app at a cost of $60 per person per night for any guests beyond 14 people. Any additional guests at any time of day would be in breach of our Airbnb agreement and grounds for cancellation of your booking. There are outdoor security cameras located on all sides of the property for insurance reasons, the guests and the home's safety, including the backyard. Life jackets are not provided. They will not enter the home. You will be informed in advance if their visit coincides with your stay. - Our A/C unit is a bit older, and running it below 72°F for long periods can cause damage. To help keep it in good shape (and because we all occasionally forget the little things while traveling), the thermostat is preset and locked at comfortable temperature ranges. That said, we’ve set the system to operate below and above typical industry standards for both cooling and heating, so it should feel great year-round. If the temperature ever feels uncomfortable at any point, please don’t hesitate to reach out — we’re always happy to make adjustments to ensure your comfort. - The cleaning fee covers standard turnover cleaning, including laundering linens, sanitizing surfaces, vacuuming, mopping, and restocking essentials to ensure a fresh and comfortable stay for the next guest. However, it does not cover excessive messes or damages, such as leaving excessive trash behind, unwashed dishes, spills or stains on furniture or carpets, strong odors from smoking or pets (if not permitted), or any damage to furniture, appliances, or the property.
