A new 70" flat-screen TV is placed above the log beam mantel. ★ KITCHEN ★ Just off the large living room is a spacious kitchen with all modern appliances: microwave, Vitamix Pro 750 blender, KitchenAid assistant, Cuisinart food processor, double toasters, panini grill, waffle maker, double function coffee machine for drip brewing and Keurig pods, Crock-Pot, etc. The kitchen has basic supplies, including spices and multiple sets of salt and pepper grinders. There are plenty of high-quality plates, dishes, cups, and glasses – even for the largest groups. The beautiful flatware is American-designed and American-made. The kitchen has large counters, as well as a work island with a bar and extra seating. Well-lit and with a practical floor plan for preparing meals and cleaning up, the kitchen is so beautiful you will really enjoy the time you spend there. A second fridge is located downstairs. ★ DINING AREA ★ Adjacent to the kitchen and through the beautifully carved log arch is a large dining area with customizable seating: 10 at one long table, two tables that can seat four each, and five stools at the kitchen island for a total seating capacity of 23 altogether in one room. ★ MAIN FLOOR DECKS ★ There are two large, covered decks just off the kitchen, on either side of the large dining area. One has a large commercial-grade 5-burner Broil King Regal 520 gas grill with plenty of space for meal preparers. The other deck, also covered, has outdoor tables and chairs for those who would like to enjoy their meal outdoors gazing at the Smoky Mountains, as well as rockers to sit and relax. ★ MASTER BEDROOM ★ The master bedroom King suite on the main floor enjoys a splendid view of the mountains, beautiful furnishings, a spacious bathroom with a Jacuzzi tub, a walk-in shower, a large walk-in closet, and a flat-screen TV. ★ UPSTAIRS LOFT AREA ★ At the top of the grand staircase, you realize anew just how impressive the view is from your cabin. The loft area is well-appointed and designed for fun and relaxation. You can watch TV, revel in the spectacular beauty out the windows, recline on the comfy couches (which also offer extra sleeping), or join in a game of pool on the solid wood pool table. ★ UPSTAIRS BEDROOMS ★ Upstairs and to the right are two King bedrooms with two full bathrooms in the hall. Both bedrooms are completely private, with flat-screen TVs. One room enjoys the view of the mountains, while the other faces the woods at the front of the house. ★ THEATER ROOM ★ The lower level houses the theater room. Plenty of seating on sofas and comfy recliners so everyone can see the big screen. New 82" flat-screen TV, 290+ satellite channels, Bluray/DVD player, and a selection of DVDs with our favorite movies. There is also a wet bar with a fridge with an ice maker and microwave for preparing movie snacks and drinks. Window coverings provide darkness for that matinee showing. An Xbox One X with four controllers and a good selection of sports, party, and family games allow for entertainment for everyone. There are also two multi-game arcade machines (placed in the laundry room so they won’t disturb those watching TV) that will provide hours of enjoyment for all players. If needing additional sleeping space, two of the sofas convert to queen beds. ★ LOWER DECK ★ The lower deck is home to an eight-person hot tub with an amazing view of the mountains. What an incredible spot for relaxing with friends or family in your own private tub. The covered deck is optimal for enjoying the hot tub no matter what kind of weather. There is also a wrought iron table with seating for 6. Fabulous outdoor living area. ★ THREE DOWNSTAIRS BEDROOMS ★ On one side of the theater room is a master king suite that has a private ensuite bath with a shower tub, a large walk-in closet, and a flat-screen TV. On the other side of the theater room are two more bedrooms. One bedroom has a queen-size bed with a twin-over-queen bunk bed and a private ensuite shower bath, ideal for a family with two or three children or just a couple. Across the hall is another bedroom with a queen-size bed and twin-over-queen bunk bed with a full-size hall bathroom with a tub shower. ★ LAUNDRY ROOM ★ There is a large laundry room with a commercial-grade washer, dryer, and ironing board for your convenience. ★ THE YARD ★ The large backyard with a lawn hosts a beautiful, custom-built wood fire pit for hours of enjoying just sitting and gazing into the fire. Or maybe your group would like to roast hot dogs and then make smores. We even have pie irons made out of cast iron that you can use to cook directly in the firepit. We provide firewood for guests (please use responsibly). For the children, there is a swing set with a slide in the yard. We also provide guests with a range of lawn games that you'll find in the outdoor storage box: Giant Jenga, Giant 4 in a row, Cornhole, Horseshoes, Washer toss, Tic tac toss, and others. ★ MOUNTAIN STREAM ★ With our cabin, you don’t have to choose between amazing views and relaxing by a mountain brook. We have prepared a walking trail down to our mountain stream, where you will find Adirondack chairs to let you sit in the middle of the serene nature and listen to the soothing sound of running water. ★ THE AREA ★ While we are convinced that you won't want to leave the lodge, it is just a short drive away from Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge, Sevierville, and Smoky Mountain National Park. The Greenbrier section of the Smoky Mountain National Park is just four miles away. This is a lesser-known entrance with many beautiful trails, plenty of parking, a picnic area, a playground, and access to the Pigeon River throughout. Ramsey Cascades is a favorite amongst hikers. If you would like a workout, just seven miles from this cabin is the beautiful Gatlinburg Community Center – a complex with an indoor swimming pool, basketball court, ping pong, bowling alley, weight room, and showers, with very reasonable fees for access. Also, only five miles away is Mills Park, with a playground for the children and covered picnic tables for your get-togethers. Guest access ✤ You are renting the entire home and will have access to all amenities of the property, including the hot tub and yard and all the games and entertainment at the lodge. ✤ Entry is via a smart keypad. The code will be sent via email a week before check-in. ▲ While the road to the cabin is relatively wide and gently winding, it is a mountain road, and we recommend first arriving during daylight for the best visibility. ❆ For bookings in winter time, you should expect to encounter adverse weather conditions (snow, ice, etc) and slippery roads. It is the guest's responsibility to be prepared for this - bringing a car with all-wheel drive and winter tires would be wise. Other things to note ▲ Seasonal decorations: We decorate the cabin for the different seasons, including holiday decorations featuring a gorgeous 9' Sugarlands Spruce from Balsam Hill (inspired by evergreens that thrive in the Tennessee mountains). The holiday decorations are normally up until the end of January – but if important for your trip, please inquire to make sure! ▲ Renters’ agreement: We ask all guests to sign a standard renters’ agreement after booking, covering some basic rules. ▲ Security deposit/hold: A note regarding the security deposit: A day before check-in, we place a $300 hold on your credit card (just like when you check in at a hotel). If there are no damages or excessive cleaning needed, the hold is released after your stay. The vast majority of our guests are very responsible, so it is rare for us not to release the hold in full.

INGROUND SALTWATER POOL 1000sf of amazing clean water that is partially shaded by the upper deck and overlooks the lake. This pool should be in a Hotel (but it is all yours). SWIMMING & BOATING This property is perfect for lake swimming as the water becomes gradually deeper as you enter (Great for young kids). The shore and lake do not have weeds! Down by the swimming area is the new aluminum dock that stretches over 80' into the water! Attached to the dock is a jet-ski port with rollers that will keep your ski out of the water when not in use! You simply drive up on it. The dock also features a platform to lay out in the sun, 4 kayaks for your use (on racks) and a swim ladder for those who choose to jump in! The outdoor box on the lower back porch contains lawn chairs, life jackets, paddles & swim noodles for your use. There are even fishing poles and tackle for you to use. BOAT LAUNCH There are several boat launches in the area including the neighborhood launch that is just down the street a mile (directions are in the digital guest book). PRIVACY This home is secluded with woods on 3 sides! The mountain and lake views are amazing! OUTDOOR FIREPIT The firepit is located in the back yard overlooking the lake and has 8 surrounding chairs. The pit is naturally shaded by tall trees. In the house, by the indoor fireplace you will find a bucket that contains roasting sticks and a few other campfire items for your use. HAMMOCK ISLAND Adjacent to the firepit and overlooking the lake you will find 4 hammocks strung up for your use. While swinging and lounging you can watch the nightly bonfire & stars or simply enjoy the shade. OUTDOOR DINING Enjoy the seating for 12 overlooking the lake and mountains from the second story wrap around deck. After dinner relax in one of the rocking chairs or zero gravity loungers overlooking the lake. GRILLING AREA The grilling area is located on the side deck (outside the kitchen).
