We are the CLOSEST unit to the ski lifts—so close that you can directly ski from front steps to ski lifts, & also ski home from the top of ski lifts. This 2 bedroom condo has our vacation home amenities, including extra sleds 🛷. Special walk through 3D video also available. Reserved parking—guest parking too. All ski lifts 30-90 seconds direct skiing away! EV charging outlet too. The space The condo, plus access to community pool, hot tub, and tennis court (when available). The top floor condo is directly accessible from the outside—no central building to enter (ie no Covid risk), and we are located directly adjacent to ski slopes, with mountain facing patio. An electric fireplace for extra cozy heating or just to relax by at night. Other things to note Pool is closed during fall and winter. Community hot tub open in summer and winter. Well behaved pets are allowed—but please add +1 guest occupancy per pet. Very strong WiFi signal throughout the condo. We have two tables, one in living room, one in bedroom (not shown in photo) in which to work or do video conferences. EV charging outlet adjacent to reserved parking spot 11. Outlet charges at ~240 volts, max 24 amps (+22 miles of range charging per hour for a Tesla Model 3/Y). However, you need to a NEMA 6-50 or NEMA 14-50 plug. EV charging $10 per weekend or $20 per full week, $40/month for month-long stay.

Relax on the rear lush forest-facing patio deck. The rear deck also has special access to a hidden ski path directly down to the chair lift as well. An electric fireplace for extra cozy heating or just to relax by at night. A rocking chair and a German acoustic upright piano add character to the place. Welcome to the Rockwell Suite, our room at at the Inns of Whitetail. We have updated our suite to include a king sized pillowtop mattress, 65 inch TV, Roku box, and Keurig coffee maker. We are located at Whitetail Resort and while the ski resort is open you can access the slopes using a trail that takes you from our building to the top of Northern Lights and Velvet ski runs. Our building offers a community great room that includes a gas fireplace and there is a picnic table outside on the patio The space We set up our condo to make the most of the available space and maximize the comfort of our guests. Amazing Summer Holiday and Mountain Retreat

Welcome to our secluded cottage located in picturesque Little Cove PA. The cottage offers a stylish/warm atmosphere for couples to connect with each other and the outdoors. The outdoor fireplace/pit gazing at the stars is must see entertainment. This intimate getaway will provide for making wonderful memories in a scenic, relaxing location free from the bothers of normal life, with WIFI. Cottage can be used as a venue, pricing is then negotiable. No smoking! The space Step inside to find a multitude of modern comforts and beauty. The space was designed to get you outside on the covered front porch, large back patio and expansive fireplace patio area. It offers several areas to enjoy the sunshine or try and escape the heat with shade. The outdoor fireplace and fire pit patio area is absolutely AMAZING. However, please be aware of burn bans in Franklin County PA. Mercersburg Academy is 25 minutes away for those travelling to visit sons and daughters and for special events. There are biking/hiking opportunities locally from the C&O canal at Little Pool Campground and Hancock, to many state parks in PA. The Meadow grounds, Cowans Gap, and President James Buchanan's birthplace are practically in your back yard. It is in close proximity to Saunderosa Campground if you have friends who camp, but you want to have a separate place to sleep and decompress. The cottage is located 12 minutes from JLG McConnellsburg Plant for those travelling for a work week. The Goldfish Barn is 16 miles away for those traveling for weddings. The Frontier Barn Quilt Trail is a gorgeous trip to see on a fall day or two. Back at the cottage, evenings are best spent around the fire pit and/or outdoor fireplace sharing conversation and laughter and disengaging from our plugged in world. The cottage has 2 smart TV's for you to login and catch up on your latest series or favorite movies. When it is time to retire, enjoy the King Size bed on the upper level and the serenity and quiet of country living. For a second couple or children, there is a Amish made Queen size Murphy bed on the lower level. This leaves an entire level between guests. Both sleeping areas have full bathrooms within a few feet of the beds. In the morning enjoy coffee and the gorgeous view of the mountains from the front porch. The fully functional kitchen allows for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Appliances include a coffee maker, cook top, dishwasher, fridge, microwave, oven, toaster oven and are located in a quaint galley kitchen. In this space a couple could enjoy spending quality time preparing meals. Outside, off the front porch is a large gas grill with a covered roof. Rain or snow won't stop the meat and vegetables from being charred. ******Indoor propane fireplace on lower level is unavailable to guests. We have carbon monoxide detectors, but are choosing safety. Furthermore the basement area seems to be where children sleep and fires caused by strewn blankets is a tremendous concern.********* Starlink Wifi (can't say enough good things about) and bluetooth enabled Pyle speakers to hook up to Spotify, Pandora or XM radio are also included. The cottage has large windows on the main floor to view the many turkeys and deer that wander through daily. We worked on this property for a couple years preparing it for your stay. Countless hours were spent brainstorming, discussing and planning the details. A ton of blood (and a few band aids), sweat and beers went into making the ideas and thoughts reality. We went 130% over the budget (Fireplace was a budget buster... ), because we realized this space was going to be amazing and you deserve it! There is no extra charge for the breathtaking view of the nighttime stars!! Pets are allowed, however please clean up and hair on floor with vacuum. Please lint roll any hair on bedding and couches. We have spent more time doing this than any other aspect in the cleaning process and it isn't how we want to spend our free time. Guest access Here at the cottage, you will have the entire place to yourselves. The home is yours without interruption for your entire stay. With that said, relax, unwind and enjoy the views, the outdoor shower and the amazing fireplace area!! We provide toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher pods, laundry detergent and bleach. The fridge will have a few water bottles, Gatorades (for hiking on the C&O canal) ginger ales and condiments. The cottage is rural enough, we don’t want you wasting time running to the grocery store 20 minutes away. Other things to note There is a Level 2 EV charger available. The outlet is on the barn in front of the cottage. The driveway is gravel, but it is well maintained. We are located 30 minutes from Whitetail Ski Resort. However the lane is difficult to traverse if snow pack has turned to ice. We will certainly let you know the conditions leading up to your trip and make every effort to make the entrance and exit as safe as possible. There is plenty of parking and ample space to turn around. There is plenty of space for boat trailers as well.

Wonderful circa 1820s home for getaways. Sparkling clean with tons of ambiance from lovely Historic Mercersburg, PA on Main St. A nicely equipped kitchen with 2 large bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. There is free off-street parking. The house is located 2 blocks from the town square with shopping and restaurants. Mercersburg Academy is 2 blocks away. Whitetail ski resort and Golf course is 6 miles. Lots of Civil War sites are a short drive, Antietam + Gettysburg; plus hiking and biking too. The space This lovely home is built for comfort and ambiance. The goal was to romance the guests with a quieter, historic time period, to unwind and enjoy. Lots of designer touches in furnishings and elegance, without being stuffy. Nine foot ceilings with ceiling fans, a freestanding soaking tub, oversized shower with 2 shower heads, heated toilet seat with bidet, crystal chandeliers, antique oriental rugs and artwork make this a standout residence. Two queen beds are located in their own bedrooms upstairs. Two full baths are upstairs also. The well appointed basement contains a laundry area. There is also a 50-inch TV for streaming. Bring your own Firestick or Roku for TV streaming shows. Strong wi-fi signal and a workspace at the eat in tables in the kitchen or dining area add more flexible space to enjoy. The house is located right on Main Street, so enjoy your stay with a front seat view to the activity around you. Some road noise is usual at this home. However, ironically, the backyard greenery and garden make you feel like you are in a beautiful rural setting. Guest access There is a small covered deck with chairs off the back of the house. There is also a lovely green space with garden. This residence is located across from the Historic Mercersburg Post Office. We are a couple doors down, if you need some help. Welcome to our house in the country. Located on a quiet country road you can sit on the porch and watch the sunset over the Mountains to the west. When the weather is warm, we host goat yoga at our farm with our Nigerian Dwarf Goats. We are located less than nine scenic miles away from Whitetail Resort and Mercersburg Pennsylvania. Cushwa Basin on the C&O Canal is less than 14 miles away. We are also a short drive away from Antietam and Gettysburg National Battlefield. The space Our home is located on our farm where we host goat yoga on weekends when the weather is appropriate. We have 8 Nigerian Dwarf Goats, 2 Katahdin Sheep, 7 Horses, and Rhode Island Red Chickens. That number is subject to change since we are going to breed our goats. We don't have any Roosters so you don't have to worry about a 4:00 am wake up call. Guest access You will have access to the entire home minus the owners closet and the cellar. Our house features a large wood stove that is capable of keeping the entire home warm. There is a large porch on the front of the house that offers wonderful sunset views to the west. You can also see Whitetail Ski Resort from there. To the rear of our home there is a brick patio with a picnic table to enjoy eating outside. There is also a large maple tree to provide shade. Other things to note We feed our animals daily. Typically we do this in the late afternoon or early evening. If you or your family are interested in meeting our animals you are more than welcome to join us. Our goats are very friendly and well socialized. We are home to seven horses. Our horses have come from many different situations to get here. Many have come from rescue or situations where they were at risk. One of our rescues, Jet, has been known on occasion to smile while taking a horse selfie picture. We like to think that our horses like living here so much that they can't help but smile.

LODGING AGREEMENT: The guest booking the property must digitally sign a lodging agreement immediately following the reservation. QUIET HOURS START AT 10 PM: Our property's quiet hours of 10 pm to 6 am are required by county ordinance and enforced by local police. If the police respond to a noise complaint, every individual on the property may face a misdemeanor criminal charge and be subject to a fine by the county of $300. Failure to abide by the county noise ordinance will result in the immediate termination of the stay without refund. Past noise complaints have always come from groups of 20-somethings. If you are booking for a group of people and you think your group may want to play loud music at any time then do not book this property or cancel your reservation if you have already booked. Find another place for your trip so you do not have your trip terminated early and without refund. NOISE MONITORING AND SECURITY CAMERA: We use devices that measure volume levels throughout the property (like a smoke detector but for noise) and allow us to respond to noise nuisances before the police are called. The devices are triggered primarily by sustained periods of loud music, not things like loud talking or laughter (which is encouraged!). The devices do not record audio and are 100% privacy compliant. We also have a security camera that records the front door and driveway. This allows us to facilitate remote check in and monitor the property between guests. ACCIDENT FORGIVENESS: Every stay is backed by our accident forgiveness program. Guests will not be held responsible for damage caused during their stay (up to a maximum of $1,500) if 1) the damage is accidental, and 2) the damage is reported as soon as possible, and by no later than the check out time. POSSIBLE BACKGROUND CHECK: We reserve the right to use a third-party to verify the guest's identity and check criminal databases to finalize the reservation. Complete terms regarding the guest verification are provided in the lodging agreement, and can be provided sooner upon request. NO PETS: No exceptions, sorry. Please don't ask whether we can allow your perfectly house-trained, hypoallergenic labradoodle to join because we can't :-) DOG ALLERGY WARNING: While we do not allow pets, there have been dogs in this house before. Those with severe dog allergies may want to find a different place to stay. NO RIVER ACCESS: Although the property sits atop a cliff overlooking the river, there is no easy access to the water. It is very difficult and unsafe to walk from the house down to the water. BATHROOM ACCESS: There is only one full bathroom and it is located on the upper level between the two bedrooms there. The main floor has a small powder room near the kitchen. MAY NOT BE SUITABLE FOR SMALL CHILDREN: Certain features of the house may pose a particular danger to small children, including the steep cliff and the stairs. No special efforts have been made to “childproof” this cabin. LOFT WARNING AND WAIVER: From the second floor there is a built-in ladder to an additional half story space above. The ladder and loft area may pose a risk of falling, especially to small children, and we recommend guests do not use the loft (not pictured in any photos). Guests agree to hold Owner and Manager harmless for an accidents that occur while using the ladder and/or the loft space. SNOW-INS: During the winter, four wheel drive, snow tires/chains, and a car with good clearance are HIGHLY recommended in the event of a snow storm or heavy rain, as there is a good chance that a significant snow storm could restrict access in and out of the house. You need to use good judgement as to whether to cancel a trip before it begins or leave the house early. BUGS: This is a house in the woods--that means there are lots of bugs, especially in the summertime. Even if you are careful some of those bugs will find their way into the house. The best way to minimize the number of bugs inside is to keep doors and windows closed at all times. Please also carefully clean up the kitchen every night and securely package up all food. NO SMOKING: Smoking is never allowed inside the house. You may smoke outside as long as you clean up after yourself. You may not litter cigarette butts on the deck, in the yard, or anywhere else--butts must go in the trash after they have cooled off. SHEETS: At the end of your stay you will be asked to strip the sheets off the beds that were used and leave the sheets on top of the beds. WOOD STOVE: You are encouraged to use the wood stoves as long as you do so carefully! Always keep the stove doors securely shut unless you are actively putting logs inside the stove. The stove can get very hot, so be sure to keep small children away whenever a fire is burning. We do not guarantee there will be firewood or fire starter at the cabin, so it is best to bring your own. SEPTIC SYSTEM: This house has a septic system. Grease and oil must never be allowed down any of the sink drains. Feminine hygiene products must be thrown away in a trash can and not flushed down a toilet. Never flush solid trash down the toilet or into a sink drain. NO FIREWORKS: Fireworks are not allowed. NO FIREARMS: Guests may not bring firearms or ammunition inside the house. NO ILLEGAL DRUGS: Guests may not possess or consume any illegal drugs on the property, including cannabis.

Slope Side Townhouse!

Unplug and relax. Tiny House 3.0 is a primitive style cabin in a small patch of woods at the rear of my 2-acre property. There is no electric or running water. Solar lights and candles are provided. There is a small wood stove for those chilly evenings, as well as cooking, and a fire pit outside if you like open fire cooking. I have recently added a propane camp cook stove, outside, for convenience as well. A separate bathhouse contains a camper style toilet, sink and a camp shower. The space Please note: The woodstove is the only heat source in tiny house and should not be left unattended for extend periods while burning Other things to note Please keep in mind. This is a primitive setting in the woods. It will be hot in the summer and temperature must be maintained in the winter with the wood stove or Buddy Heater. While I do spray for bugs to the best of my ability, there is a good chance you will encounter at least a few. We are in a residential country setting, so you may experience other wildlife as well. In the summertime while the foliage is up it is quite private, although you can still hear the neighbors. In the winter you will be able to see the neighbors as the trees are bare.

Located down a private lane, you will truly experience "getting away from it all". Washer and dryer available for use. Some soap provided. The house has been cleaned and sanitized according to Airbnb’s five step process. Your health/safety is important. Guest access There are steps leading into the house and a single step down into the den area. Other things to note There is coffee with packets of sugar and cream to get you started. Also, there are six bottles of water in the refrigerator. There is a filtered water faucet at the sink separate from the normal faucet. Some laundry soap and cleaning supplies are provided to help clean up the place and send you home with clean clothes. One roll of toilet paper will be provided to get you started.
