Two major parks are right around the corner with both paved and soft surface trails for hiking, biking, and running. Close to so many amenities! The space Privacy-fenced backyard so that you can kick back and enjoy relaxing on the patio with its gas-burning fireplace, grill for your outdoor cooking, and smart TV. We are blessed with evergreen Live Oak trees that surround the property and give it both shade, privacy, and beauty. Park your cars in the wifi-operated garage; additional parking in the driveway. Inside, we've worked to put together a space that we would be happy living in. Comfy beds, tasteful decor--the 1220 sf feels larger than it is with the lovely light dappling in through the trees. The pictures give a true perspective of the house in the evening with all the lights on. The Grey Havens would be most comfortable for 4 adults or fewer. The office/flex room does have a futon couch that would be comfortable for kids and teenagers, in my opinion. If you want to book for more than 4 adults, an extra guest fee of $30 per person per night will be charged. Other things to note The 3rd room is both an office space and has a futon that folds down and out into a bed. This sleeping arrangement may not be comfortable long term for an adult. We love hosting your pets and pets are more than welcome. We only ask that pets are kept off furniture and beds. We charge a $75 pet fee per pet for your stay. Cats are not allowed due to a highly allergic family member. Smoking or vaping on the premises is strictly prohibited. If evidence of smoking or vaping is found, including odor, a $300 fine will be imposed. Remote Controls - please ensure all remotes are left at the property. A $25 fee will be charged for any missing remotes after your stay. Excessive Cleaning - a fee will be charged for excessive cleaning if the property requires additional attention beyond normal wear and tear.
